An experience

Had 4 flights with Etihad. The planes are no different from any other, but the hospitality and meals are a delight being arcraft meals.

Very helpful and polite cabin crew.

Worst Business Class seat in the market

This airlines bssiness class seats are so narrow at 20 inches that even an average guy like myself cannot lie flat on my back in the seat. Crew are sullen, food average and no amenity bags! hat is reserved for first class! Arrival in Abu Dhabi airport and the byusiness class lounge did not even have enough seating for all the business class passengers! avoid this airline at all costs!

Simply the best

What a pleasure to fly with them. They go the extra mile to make the flights enjoyable, comfortable and stress free. Best in the world by far

Small Seats but good service

Flew from Dubai to Birmingham. The service was very good considering the flight was full. I wouldn't have the patience to serve all those people if I was a stewardess, my only complaint is that the seats are so small in economy, otherwise it was OK.

Excellent

This company gave me a very relaxing flight from Heathrow to Brisbane, it took AGES as expected so I wanted comfort, and that's exactly what I got, with free unlimited drinks and the cabin crew was amazing too.

Literally the best flight I've ever been on.

Not as slick as some of the others

Chose Etihad many because they fly to the UAe during the day and not overnight. I can't say the whole experince was as good as some of thier rivals.

- Online checkin, frustrating that you enter all you details passport number etc but the return flight didn't retain any of those details, small but annoying when you have to walk back over the other side of the hotel to get your passport in the middle of online checkin.

- Etihad guest program when you sign up you have to specify a username, the confirmation contains your membership number but not your username and the site only accepts username for login so when you forget there is no alternative way to login such as email or membership ID.

- The fast bag drop line was on the way out and the way back both longer and slower than the non online checkin one

- Being tall the foot rest that is on the seats is just annoying it reduces the leg room and is no use to me at 6'4" when trying to use it. I ended up taking out all the magazines in the front pocket in an attempt to make a bit more space.

Saying this, food was good, no problems with the service and no delays on either end.

really nice staff and helpful. someone on my flight was ill and they looked after her all through the flight. very professional and on time. comfy plane and lots of room esp since im quite tall...even better i had a free seat beside me on my 2nd leg of my flight. also signed up as a frequent flyer as a result
