I HAVE USED E-TYRES SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS, THIS TIME I SPECIFICALLY SAID MY ABSOLUTE LATEST TIME FOR FITTING WAS 2.30PM. HE CALLED ME AT 9.45AM, AFTER I HAD CONTACTED THE OFFICE TO ENQUIRE WHERE MY CONFIRMATION CALL WAS, BEFORE 9.30AM!!! HE SAID HE WOULD BE WITH ME AT 12.30 TO 1.30PM, HE ARRIVED AT 2.15PM, IT TOOK HIM OVER 1 HOUR TO COMPLETE THE FIT OF 4 TYRES. THERE WAS NO CALL FROM THE OFFICE TO TELL ME HE WOULD BE LATE OTHERWISE I WOULD HAVE CANCELLED, I HAD A VERY IMPORTANT MEETING AT THE DOCTORS WITH MY 81 YEAR OLD MOTHER WHICH I HAD TO CANCEL, I WAS VERY ANNOYED. HE DID NOT APPEAR TO KNOW MY LATEST FIT TIME WAS 2.30PM, WAS THIS INFO PASSED ON FROM THE OFFICE I WONDER????
