Not that easy to find as most if not all the streets were narrow and lots of them pedestrianized. However there was an immediate feeling of warmth and a great atmosphere. So very vibrant yet so quaint and this was just the approach to our hotel.
Las Cortez de Cadiz continued in just the same way warmth in greeting and so welcoming. Yet the hustle and bustle from outside turn to wonderful quietness and so relaxing. The staff were always there to assist and nothing seemed too much trouble for them. Each and every member of staff gave us the benefit of their warm sincere smiles.
The hotel proved to be spotlessly clean and everything there in our room which proved to be so comfortable and relaxing.
My wife and I enjoyed one of the best, if not the best weekend breaks and we will recommend to all our friends.
No problems with booking if you know what you want and where.

We rang the toll free booking number of a hotel in Kalgoorlie WA which was dog friendly and the call was taken by the eurobooking agent in Manilla, Phillipines. The days we requested were not available, so she asked if we would her to find another hotel in the town. I specified very clearly it had to allow us to take our dog. She said yes, yes, of course. She found us one and took our credit card details. I asked a further 2 times if it took dogs - as this is somewhat unusual in Australia and again she said yes, no problem. Two days later I rang the hotel to confirm our booking and the hotel said they had our booking, but definitely DID NOT take dogs, and never had. I am lucky I rang, as Kalgoorlie is a 7 hour drive from our house - what would we have done if we had just arrived? We had no choice but to cancel our booking through the eurobooking website. The cancellation was done on Oct 1st. On Oct 3rd, an amount was charged to our credit card. On Oct 4th, a lesser amount was credited back into our credit card. The difference was the exchange rate between two consecutive days. We DID not receive a 100% refund - we are $42.50 short, which eurobooking owe us, due to false and misleading information from one of their staff members. Nor were we informed that the purchase was to be made in US dollars and converted to Australian dollars. A payment of $42.50 (in Australian dollars thanks) and an apology for the inconvenience is warranted in sought after in this instance. Wonder if they will follow me up to make me whole again after their error?
Update 2 hours later - Eurobooking.com have received my complaint and told me they processed the cancellation on October 10th (2 days from now, today is the *th October) and that I should contact my bank). Unacceptable service to begin with and unacceptable customer complaint resolution as well. All I want is the measly $42.50 they cost me due to operator error.
Update 4 days later - Happy to say Eurobooking.com have refunded me a total of $41.03. Thank you Eurobooking.com. Now just need an apology and we are square!
Tu peux réserver très facilement sur ce site sauf qu'à la fin tu t'aperçois qu'il ne s'agit pas d'une réservation mais d'un paiement d'avance!!
et si tu veux modifier ta réservation un seul numéro : en Angleterre, à toi le supplément et à toi de trouver un pot qui parle anglais !!

Ok hotel, but breakfast cost left out with no obvious means of including it. Made visit a little of problem in the restuarant . Hilton was gracious about it.
Eurobooking is a nick name for many other society and I did not appreciate to pay in advance for a hotel which I was told one week later that it was not available and therefore l was redirected toward tripadvisor to chose another hotel while the first one l chose had still available rooms on the internet
I booked and had confirmed a double double deluxe room for 3 adults and a child. When I arrived I was told I only had a double no deluxe, that would mean all 4 of us in one bed...cosy. Fortunately the staff at the hotel were very good and got me another room with no extra charge, but still we didn't get our deluxe rooms as promised. Very poor show from eurobookings and I definitely won't use them again.

OK - all good but not able to pay by AMEX. I have had the same card and number for over 20 years and use the card extensively for hotel bookings. I tried three times and then used a Visa card instead.
Why wouldn't your system accept my card?
Avec Eurobooking tout c'est fait de chez moi, j'ai trouvé un hôtel accueillant, très proche de mon concert avec un parking disponible, maintenant je partirai sans me faire de soucis grâce à Eurobooking.

Además, el hecho de que uno pague antes me permitió pagar los alojamientos antes de viajar y de esa manera tener un mejor control de mis gastos durante el viaje, además de no ocupar cupo de mi TC durante el viaje. No tuve la necesidad de anular unas reserva por lo que no sé cómo funcionará la anulación de una reserva, pero la seriedad de lo que viví, me hace pensar que no habría problemas con eso. Pienso que volvería a reservar por eurobookings.com en un próximo viaje a Europa
My stay at The Ibis Carlisle was everything I hoped for and more. It's situated close to all the amenitys n the hotel itself was clean and modern with a friendly clientele. Although it was a hot sweaty night the aircon was brilliant. Loved the soap in the shower:-). Was a lovely night at the Ibis n wouldn't mind doing it again
I needed to modify a reservation. I made repeated calls during which I was told they couldn't do anything because "their system was down". In the end, the only way to modify a reservation was to cancel the original and remake a new one. Unnecessarily cumbersome.
Was looking for best deals for Marriott Hotel, Bexley Heath, and
Eurobookings came into view. Found booking and paying easy
and had no problems at all. Will be using Eurobookings again
when we book in the autumn as found them to be first rate.
Nous sommes arrivés bcp plus tôt que prévu, un accueil parfait, souriant et agréable 24H/24, nous pouvions déjà disposer du parking privé fermé sécurisé(10€) et comme notre chambre était déjà prête, ils nous l'ont donné. Service impeccable . L'hôtel est propre aurait juste besoin d'un coup de jeune mais c'est une question de goût, Ce serait bien de remplacer le tapis plein des couloirs mais sans drame. La literie est très bonne et propre. Les ascenseurs font un peu peur par les bruits, un est tombé en panne, mais ça peu arriver. La vue sur le concessionnaire d'à côté mais bon pour une nuit et situer en ville, je pense que ce n'est pas grave et qu'il n'y a pas trop le choix, d'autres chambres ont vue sur piscine. Le wifi n'a pas une très longue portée mais bon y a moyen. 2 sets d'essuies pour 3 à l'arrivée, nous avions les nôtres, mais je suis certaine que si je l'avais signalé, le personnel aurait réglé cette petite erreur avec le sourire. Le centre touristique à 10 min à pied ou moins de 2min en bus 1€ le trajet est formidable pour visiter. Petit déjeuner copieux, piscine très propre et agréable avec son resto-bar à côté, lits de soleil et parasols gratuits. Nous étions au troisième et le matin c'est très silencieux. Soit je recommanderais cet hôtel pour un cours séjour. Nous étions 2 adultes et 1 enfants de 11 ans.
