The sourcing and paying for parts could not be easier. The only adverse comment I would make is in regard to exchanges. I was unaware that items for exchange had to be returned within seven days. A reminder about this should be very clear during the on-line transaction.
Very happy with parts price (cheapest on the net) and free delivery, service parts were delivered next day.
Plus if you want to return anything, can return it back to store, no issues so far.
Brilliant! A first rate, easy-to navigate-website for parts. Begins with a car ID via registration and then lists parts by general heading. Offers premium and economy parts and gives a lot of information to allow checking for correct part eg brakes!. Prices very competitive. With recent 30% discount offer I paid £26 for front pads AND discs for a Golf Mk 3! Easy payment (I like Paypal as it's quickest) with no extras. Prices include VAT and free delivery. A real bonus is FAST delivery. eg bought online on Bank Holiday Monday and the parts were delivered by courier next day! No I don't work for Europarts, just a very satisfied customer. Good phone service if needed. Can't be beaten!
I usually always order items from the Euro Car Parts website for collection in my local store. That way I can make use of one of the many discount codes available online (e.g. 25% off). The items are usually ready within an hour or so, and I usually get a call from a staff member informing me I can go and pick them up. So far I've had no problems at all with anything I've bought from Euro Car Parts, which includes brake discs, brake pads, a thermostat, and a good deal of spray paint.
Had some issues with this store. There were many failed attempts at getting the problem sorted and I got ignored a lot in the process. But after 4 months it finally gets sorted out. I do appreciate the resolution to the problem, but it's a shame it took so long to sort out. Also the fact that customer service kept ignoring my emails was really frustrating.
Giving a 1 star review on here sorted my problem out almost instantly. But 4 months of speaking to customer service did almost nothing. Maybe I wont bother with customer service next time!
Treated like a friend.I was concerned that I would have to stay indoors for the whole day, but when I explained to the advisor (Hussain) that I was under the hospital for heart condition and could not stay home the whole day, he arranged to have the parts delivered by 9.30 am. Brilliant service. Couldn't have asked for more!! Thanks.

The charger bought from Euro Car Parts arrived the next day, very compact but powerful, cheaper than on eBay and no problems with it whatsoever. Good to know it's on a warranty and from a reliable supplier.
The ordering, price and delivery were faultless, but the new engine management sensor for our 2007 Mini didn't clear the fault. After several visits to the garage, I bought a sensor from Mini, which cleared the fault immediately.
I'm still waiting for a refund from EuroCarParts!
Great buying a experience. I have heard some stories about dealing with big on-line companies being too big to care, but my experience with Euro Car Parts couldn't have been better. I rang my local branch to get some advice about what brand of brakes I should put on my car as I wanted to know how the cost of the parts could affect my safety? The lad that I spoke to knew all about the different brands on offer and made me feel confident that the cheaper pads were still great value and above all SAFE. A bit cheeky! But i then ordered on line to get more discount:-). My parts were with me before the Bank Holiday as promised and my car is back on the road with no more flashing lights on my dashboard! I will use this company again without hesitation.
My wife recently used Euro Car Parts Click & Collect Service. She ordered a caliper on-line for our Mondeo. We saved money ( which we all need too ! ) and I thought I would do the job myself !! :) Not long after she placed the order, she had a phonecall confirming the part was at the shop and was given opening times and directions. When she arrived the shop there was a dedicated area for Click & Collect customers. Although there were 4 people waiting to be served and 2 serving, one of the staff called to a side room and another member of staff appeared and said " click & collect " He sorted the parts out and asked if she would need brake fluid. She gave me a quick call, thank God, because I had totally forgot about fluid. To cut a long story short. Great price, Great Service and would recommend. I can't even say it's because of my wife collecting that the service was Great as the tide would not take her out !!!! :)
Only took a few minutes to order the parts for my car on the Click and Collect site, imagine my surprise when I received a call within 5 minutes to advise that my parts were ready for collection at the new Newport Store, great service, wish all companies were as well run as ECP.

I can't fault Euro Car Parts, the service has been exceptional. I recently purchased a part online and went to the Chessington branch to collect it. As it turned out I had ordered the wrong part, despite this mix up on my part, the staff at Euro Car Parts were helpful, efficient and quick at getting this resolved. The advice given was second to none and helped me getting the right part for my car. Not only was the customer service outstanding but even buying online was clear, concise and quick. Very user friendly. I will definately recommend to others.
