i looked on line for the item i wanted it stated that it was in stock i went to the local local store only to find it was not in stock but can order it for the next day we decided to have it delivered free next day as promised it arrived if the web site was more informartive it would have saved me a journey otherwise great service
I run a number of German cars and EuroCarParts is my first choice for brake, suspension and many other components. Quality brands, Bosch, Lemforder etc are available at reasonable prices and are delivered promptly to your door.
However EuroCarParts lets its self-down occasionally by despatching the wrong brand items, having data base errors (A2 suspension joints, Porsche Boxster front discs) and the paper work supplied with deliveries presents difficulties at local depots if claiming a refund or exchanging items.
Order online and you get the parts either next day or within 2-3 days. Good prices as well.
Really helpful website, easy to identify the right part, best value I could find anywhere, and I was amazed that it arrived the next morning after I'd ordered it late afternoon. Can't ask for much more - many thanks.
Ordered outer cv gaiters for my ford fiesta, by doing the reg number search, turns out that they are the incorrect size, so never actually fit properly.....had to pay a garage over £200 to sort out as I had run out of time to redo the job myself....thanks for nothing Eurocarparts
I ordered a car battery using the website's drop down menus to find the exact model of my car (Toyota Rav 4, 3-door, 2002 model)
However, when the battery arrived it had the incorrect terminals which were far too small and unlike any other battery I have been recommended when i have walked into [link].
This was incredibly annoying as it was the first time I have used the service and I needed to get the car started urgently so in the end had to get a taxi to the nearest [link].
The battery is sitting in my garage - please can somebody from Euro Car Parts tell me how I can get my money back for it and send it back?
I ordered parts on "next day delivery". When they didin't arrive I was told that the courier had tried to deliver and had left a card. We have a 24 hour reception so it was a bit of a tall story by someone. It took a further 7 days, 3 phone calls and 2 e mails for the parts to arrive. In fairness to Euro Car Parts they did refund the postage to me and the prices for the parts was very competitive
Order never received contacted eurocarparts told me courier had left it in my garden. They hadn't. It has been 2 weeks and I am still waiting for the promised phone call telling me where my order actually has been left! Not a happy customer!
Over three weeks ago now I ordered a wing, which was marked as in stock.
I've still not received it! I've missed my booking at the body shop and am very much out of pocket and not happy.
I was told to expect delivery within 3 days. After seven days I contacted customer services and they were completely useless. They gave me tracking details for something completely different, which was ordered 4 months earlier and was somewhere up in Scotland. It doesn't surprise me that some people are waiting four months for their items though as Euro Car Parts are a joke!
When I pointed this out they then assured me that those details were correct, which clearly they aren't. I pointed this out, waited another week for a response, which I never got, then I followed it up and finally got a response a couple of days later, saying that they don't know where my part is and they will have to look into it with their warehouse team. That was six days ago! Are they walking to Scotland to sort it out?! I chased this up two days ago, but still no response. Euro Car Parts simply ignore all emails and as for the phone service, you may as well talk to the cat.
I've dealt with many companies over the years buying Car Parts and Euro Car Parts are by far and away the worst. They are a complete joke and nothing but thieves.
I ordered some front brake discs and pads for my Toyota Corolla 51 plate late on Tues eve and they were with me by about 10ish on Thurs morning. I was really happy about that as my mechanic friend was going to fit them that night. I had already been without a car for 4 days, which is a bloody nightmare living out in the middle of the countryside. I had to ask neighbours and friends to get some odd bits of shopping for me.
So on the Thurs eve he came out looked at the discs and said that's right. I explained that all I had to do on the website was put in my number plate and it came up with the parts I needed, although different variations of them, so I picked what I thought would be best and ordered them. So off we went to get started, he gor one disc on, but when it came to the brake pads, they were the WRONG ones. They weren't for my car at ll, even though everything on paperwork and boxes matched up. I was fuming and my mechanic was not happy either, as he had taken time out from his busy schedule of work to fix my car for me. So nothing more could be done that evening.
The next day he took me down to [Link], which is where I should've gone in the first place, they were so helpful towards me and didn't treat me as a 'thick woman who knows nothing about cars'. I bought the correct brake pads and some grease that was needed as well. Then returned home and he finally finished off fixing my brakes.
I won't be using Euro Car parts again, I'm now stuck with brake pads that are no good to me or anybody else I know as I can't find the receipt, think it may have blown away when we were out by the car. So very annoyed, I mean how can parts for a Camry fit a Corolla? Surely things like that are checked as they leave the warehouse? the box said Toyota Camry on it for goodness sakes!
I was without a car for longer and had to spend out more money than I needed to, all because somebody can't check the stock going out properly.
I have been contacted by the company, they have emailed me with a copy of my receipt and a returns authorization. Thank you very much indeed, happy with customer services.

Would recommend checking Euro Car Parts website for the best range of auto parts from the comfort of your armchair. Their service, clear web pages, easy of ordering and delivery are first class. This is always my first choose when looking for good quality products at a price I believe is excellent value for money.
The sourcing and paying for parts could not be easier. The only adverse comment I would make is in regard to exchanges. I was unaware that items for exchange had to be returned within seven days. A reminder about this should be very clear during the on-line transaction.
Very happy with parts price (cheapest on the net) and free delivery, service parts were delivered next day.
Plus if you want to return anything, can return it back to store, no issues so far.

Offers premium and economy parts and gives a lot of information to allow checking for correct part eg brakes!. Prices very competitive. With recent 30% discount offer I paid £26 for front pads AND discs for a Golf Mk 3! Easy payment (I like Paypal as it's quickest) with no extras. Prices include VAT and free delivery. A real bonus is FAST delivery. eg bought online on Bank Holiday Monday and the parts were delivered by courier next day! No I don't work for Europarts, just a very satisfied customer. I usually always order items from the Euro Car Parts website for collection in my local store. That way I can make use of one of the many discount codes available online (e.g. 25% off). The items are usually ready within an hour or so, and I usually get a call from a staff member informing me I can go and pick them up. So far I've had no problems at all with anything I've bought from Euro Car Parts, which includes brake discs, brake pads, a thermostat, and a good deal of spray paint.
Had some issues with this store. There were many failed attempts at getting the problem sorted and I got ignored a lot in the process. But after 4 months it finally gets sorted out. I do appreciate the resolution to the problem, but it's a shame it took so long to sort out. Also the fact that customer service kept ignoring my emails was really frustrating.
Giving a 1 star review on here sorted my problem out almost instantly. But 4 months of speaking to customer service did almost nothing. Maybe I wont bother with customer service next time!
Treated like a friend.I was concerned that I would have to stay indoors for the whole day, but when I explained to the advisor (Hussain) that I was under the hospital for heart condition and could not stay home the whole day, he arranged to have the parts delivered by 9.30 am.
