Euroffice is great! They have everything we need at low cost, deliver it the next day, and anything that is not in stock they will keep us updated on. Since we started using them, the amount of money we spend on office supplies has dropped considerably and we are now highly loyal customers. We go nowhere else.
Great customer service and they really ensured i got the best deals instead of trying to up-sell, fantastic free gifts swell, my staff love the new coffee machine. Would highly recommend to any new business or anyone looking to switch suppliers.
Ordered £2000 of goods. Never received after one month. It was claimed that someone called and emailed me 10 days after (never received these) order that it could not be fulfilled and so a refund would be processed but when I phoned after one month this refund had not happened. Customer "service" initially said it was "definitely" processed and would look into covering related charges if there was a mistake. 10 minutes later I was told there was a mistake (like other reviewers on here have said) but they then reneged on the offer to cover my costs related to their mistake. Will be taking action to recover the losses. CEO [name] should be ashamed of how his business deals with its customers. He is quoted as saying "it is a focus on retention that is behind our success". Euroffice should say goodbye to success in that case.

I ordered two black epson ink cartridges at a very competitive price (cheapest I could find!). I received them in two days! Excellent turnaround! This has been my first purchase with euroffice and it was a great experience.
Not tested the cartridges yet but i'm sure they're fine. They look legit.
EDIT: I just noticed their price is ex VAT unlike most retailers! So I was hit with an unexpected VAT add on at the end which I only just noticed! Took off a star for this. In light of this and a few calculations, ASDA direct would have been cheaper to buy my cartridges from. Still very happy with the turnaround but not cheapest after adding VAT on!
Ordered a bookcase on 14th November. Received 'phone call promising delivery on 21st. Stayed in all day but bookcase was not delivered. Phoned company on Friday 22nd who promised to get back to me within two hours but didn't so I phoned again in the afternoon to be told the warehouse depot would 'phone me that day to arrange delivery. Nothing happened so I 'phoned again on 25th. to ask to cancel the order and have a refund. Was told the warehouse would need to authorise this and it would take a couple of hours. Then received an e-mail telling me the item had been sent out for delivery the next day so I would need to refuse it when delivered (joke) in order to have a refund. I still can't track the delivery on the web site so don't believe a word of the e-mail sent on 25th. I'm just being fobbed off all the time.
Ordered a laser printer from this company as they offered next day delivery and was a good price. After a week and numerous phone calls still no printer, in the end after a couple of weeks with no goods and just being palmed off by customer services I asked for a refund which they agreed to do - still waiting after a month now. Have now taken this up with credit card company as a charge back.
As a company; The Knowledge Academy, we expect our stationary to arrive on time and be of a high standard; this expectation was perfectly reached. I would highly reccommend this company to all personal and business customers. Good value for money; we changed our supplier to this company. We ordered our stationary at 6pm and it arrived at 9am the next day. This is 5 star treatment. We were utterly shocked.

I have ordered from them 5 items now. Often get damaged or wrong stock. Standard printer paper took a whole week to arrive after it went missing. Google what you need as other websites could be cheaper.
Ordered item, the website said in stock, waited for the expected delivery all day. called customer services and was told they were out of stock, Why didnt they tell me when i ordered it or before they took payment? Was told to wait 2 weeks for a back order, then recived an email saying the item was now discontinued and would give me a credit refund. This was the first and last time i will use this company. Utterly usless.
Needed a new shredder following a user-induced-failure of the old one. Euroffice were by far the cheapest I could find, and were listed on my favourite cashback site, so that was a double bonus. Popped a few more things in the cart that I had planned to pick up on the next pass of the nearest major office supplies outlet, and sat back and waited. Amazed when the delivery cost (that was surprisingly reasonable) meant the whole order arrived at 10:00 the next day. Packaging was sturdy, but the stuff was all loose inside - had I not ordered boxed products there could have been some damage - but all arrived just fine. Happy customer, will use again.
