As a company; The Knowledge Academy, we expect our stationary to arrive on time and be of a high standard; this expectation was perfectly reached. I would highly reccommend this company to all personal and business customers.
Good value for money; we changed our supplier to this company. We ordered our stationary at 6pm and it arrived at 9am the next day. This is 5 star treatment. We were utterly shocked.

Thankyou for your customer service. Well done you!
I have ordered from them 5 items now. Often get damaged or wrong stock. Standard printer paper took a whole week to arrive after it went missing. Google what you need as other websites could be cheaper.
Ordered item, the website said in stock, waited for the expected delivery all day. called customer services and was told they were out of stock, Why didnt they tell me when i ordered it or before they took payment? Was told to wait 2 weeks for a back order, then recived an email saying the item was now discontinued and would give me a credit refund. This was the first and last time i will use this company. Utterly usless.
Sent email offering discount on all inks and toners. But no, when I visited site to order discovered the brand I use was not included. Very misleading to point of dishonesty.
Been using these guys for 2 years now and wouldn't think to go anywhere else...
Needed a new shredder following a user-induced-failure of the old one. Euroffice were by far the cheapest I could find, and were listed on my favourite cashback site, so that was a double bonus. Popped a few more things in the cart that I had planned to pick up on the next pass of the nearest major office supplies outlet, and sat back and waited.
Amazed when the delivery cost (that was surprisingly reasonable) meant the whole order arrived at 10:00 the next day. Packaging was sturdy, but the stuff was all loose inside - had I not ordered boxed products there could have been some damage - but all arrived just fine. Happy customer, will use again.
I ordered a decent office desk from Euroffice; I ordered from Euroffice because they looked a bit more reputable than their cheaper competitors (one of which was offering the same desk for about £30 cheaper).
The website stated the product was in stock; the order went through and payment was taken.
A week later (advertised delivery is 3-5 days), I had no desk and the website still showed the item as being in stock, but my order just displayed "no tracking information". I emailed customer support and received a reply stating that the product was not in stock.
Strike one: They took payment for something that was not in stock.
Strike two: The website is inaccurate and does not keep the customer updated with the actual status of their order. You have to chase them. Inexcusable in this day and age.
Irritated, I asked if they had any desks of the same type but in beech instead of maple (both cost the same price). I was informed that there were two in stock, but they couldn't just swap the order due to the way their system works and, if I changed my order, someone may nip in and order the remaining stock. I.e. "you can risk it if you want, we can't help you".
Strike three: They can't respond to a reasonable request without further inconveniencing the customer.
Finally, after waiting weeks, I got my desk ahead of their predicted restocking time but...
Strike four: I received three (subtly) different furniture packs, three (subtly) different sets of instructions, two sets of (subtly) different bolts/screws etc. and some of the parts would not fit together as advertised.
I got the legs for one variant of the desk, the modest panel from the other and only the desktop surface was correct. As such, I managed to get the legs attached to the modesty panel and the legs to the desktop fixed in OK, but the desktop to modesty panel assembly was not possible due to mismatched parts. The result of this is that my desktop surface is only connected to the legs. It still feels solid enough, but it was such a waste of time. If the parts were correct I could've assembled the desk in about 15 minutes tops; instead I spent hours.
I really, really can't be bothered to get in touch with them and send everything back, so I'm just going to stick with what I've got.
The only reason I am giving them two stars instead of one is that, when contact was initiated, their customer support staff were polite, quick to respond and communicated clearly, even if they couldn't be of much help in the end.
I'd think long and hard about using this company again.
The website states over 1,600 for availability for an item so an order is placed. Only after the transaction is complete do they inform you it is on a 2 week backorder . Other items ordered which are in stock can not be cancelled despite notifying them immediately you wish to do so. A complete waste of time and a misleading and poor operation. There are many competitors in this market, so why upset customers with this sharp practice is beyond comprehension.

Euroffice are very competitive and will refund the difference if you find another online company offering cheaper. They are also generally good with delivery times. There is very little to complain about.
