Drawer slides + screws.
The ball-bearing drawer slides appear to function as described on the web site, However, better drawings of the fixing positions would be a great addition.
The screws described as pan head (shown as countersunk head) were unfortunately actually countersunk head - not so good when not going into a thin metal plain hole as any misalignment is liable to distort the runner- better flat heads against a flat faced hole in the runner.

Quick delivery but missing parts and poor instructions
Bought some computer drawer slides for broken computer pull out table. Order came quickly, but there were screws missing which meant hunting around for equivalent ones and there were no instructions for how to mount it. Checked the website which had some instructions but they were not very clear. Only reason why we could fit the slides was because we'd done it before.
So quick service but in our case, missing parts and poor instructions

Hinges work very well
Only comment is that the instructions are difficult to follow. Once I'd worked out how they fitted, it was OPK, and they work really well to dampen the box top decent.

More than generous!
Ordered six metal legs, received twenty four in error but Euro-Fit arranged to pick up the extra next day so all ended well! I wondered why the package was so heavy when it first arrived!
Excellent quality legs, looking forward to fitting them shortly - all fixings present and correct.
Would readily recommend Euro-Fit to others.

Excellent service
My order was place on the 30th March, had an email confirmation saying delivery would be with in 2 days, the draw runners arrived the next day - you can't ask for any better service than that.
Nice easy to use web site, product is first class.

Really easy - just how you want it to be.
The site has a great range of goods, some of which I simply couldn't find anywhere else. Prices are also very competitive and the delivery turned up (slightly) ahead of their promise.
All in all this is just the sort of experience you want from an on-line shop and all to often don't get.

as an amateur DIY and faced with a failed concealed hinge trailed the web and found your site the best. Ordered but the wrong ones. Phoned Sales Manager Steven James and have now placed correct order and am returning original. Steven James very helpful and put me on the right track.

Good variety of products at affordable rates but non user friendly refund policy
I ordered drawer runner (paying £5ish delivery for item worth same price) but realised on delivery that it wasn't the accurate size. I spoke to the customer services and asked if I want to order different size ones again and if I return the incorrect item to the person that delivers the new order or if there is any other easier way to return goods so that I do not incur delivery charges or get full refund for items ordered earlier. I was however advised there is no such way and I would only get the cost price refund and would have to send back myself. I re-ordered new drawer runners (paying £5ish delivery for item worth £6) which was perfect size and works well for my drawers. I still have old ones with me as it does not make sense that I spend delivery charges to only get half of what I spent originally.

Good delivery time, let down slightly by the product.
Great delivery time for the product but marred by the fact that the product, a desk leg, had to have the bolt hole re-tapped before could put it together because the thread on the bolt would not start without cross threading.

One call says it all.
Looking on the net for drawer runners was becoming a bind until I came across Eurofit Direct. One call to their office to get my questions answered promptly and satisfactorily, and I then placed my order over the internet and received exactly what I wanted in about 2 days. There are plenty of suppliers of drawer runners, but I found that Eurofit Direct had more sizes and at better prices. Excellent. I shall definitely use them again for my contracts.

Albeit I have no product to review (due to ordering an unsuitable product which was no fault of Eurofit), Ironically, I can only provide extremely positive feedback of my shopping experience. User friendly website...easy to order process...prompt delivery of product... product packaged and presented well...
I notified customer care immediately that the product was unsuitable and explained the circumstances behind the purchase. During discussions, they have also demonstrated a professional and friendly approach and provided me with clear and consise guidance on the return policy process.
I would definetely recommended Eurofit and have no hesitation in buying a product from them in the future.

Efficient and reliable
I was unsure which type of hinge to fit as a replacement on my fairly dated kitchen cabinet doors so I sent Eurofit Direct an e-mail, accompanied by a few photographs. Very poor
I was an overseas buyer . Post from you to me is 5 days and cheap . Your price on postage was excessive . Your communication slow . We used PayPal to purchase but you did not want to use PayPal for the increased postage . Why ?

I feel I must reply to your review as you have offered a very low opinion of us which is hard for me to swallow for which I must explain why, and also make anyone reading the review aware of what happened with your order.
Firstly, we do not offer overseas delivery on the website. Our delivery options specify at checkout that you must be within the UK, it does not allow any other country to order. You then "tricked" our delivery system by saying you wanted UK delivery, when in fact you put in an Australia address? Even writing in the address field "please send this to Australia".
We then contacted you the same day to say we could not fulfil your order as we do not export. Then via numerous emails - and you asking us politely that you really needed the product, we decided to help you out on this occasion.
We sourced the price from our couriers and offered you it, you said it was fine so we despatched the goods for you. We communicated and took payment via the phone instead of Paypal, and you certainly didn't seem to have a problem with that when we spoke to you?
As mentioned, we do not export as the courier costs are too high for our products, due to the shapes and weights involved, but we answered your appeal and helped you on this occasion.
Then, to receive a 1 star review, full of negatives on our service, is hard for us to take, especially as we went out of our way for you and I feel calling us "very poor" is extremely harsh given that we provided the products to you, right across the World within a few days without issue.
I am sorry you feel that our service was not what you was expecting - as you will see from the 500+ other 5 star reviews that we take pride in our great service and delivery - I'm assuming the product is what you expected, and can only hope that your satisfaction is met on that front.
