From long serving happy customer to disappointed and annoyed after an incorrect delivery
As long as they don't mess up the delivery you have a good experience. Once they make an error and you have to return something my experience is they are incompetent and not customer focussed.
My most recent order saw the wrong product shipped and after two weeks I am still waiting confirmation that they have the return pickup scheduled. They had committed last Monday and as of Thursday it was not picked up by DHL. The responsiveness is terrible and the attitude is not one of trying to repair their error positively with the customer.
