We had a slight hiccup in that a "Flood Warden" high vis jacket arrived as a plain one. We were a bit worried as I wanted to present the jacket to someone here in Kent who had done an outstanding job during the recent floods, "adopting her local drain". To cut a long story short the correct jacket was sent registered post and arrived the next day just in time for the presentation. Anyone can make a mistake, but to correct it so quickly was brilliant service. Thank you so much.
The freeze dried goods I ordered were in excellent shape good packaging and condition. The product was well in date and I was impressed with the stock rotation methods. I initially put the wrong post code on my order I emailed evaq8 and they sorted it out immediately. I will definitely order from them again.
I'm very pleased with the many products I received. I compared the items with other companies before buying and evaQ8 seemed to have the best value for quality items.A professional and helpful company. I would recommend them.
Can't believe how easy the website was, found exactly what a wanted to buy for my husband who is a community first responder. Great selection of products, quick, easy and fast. Will definitely pass on details of evaq8, best ever!
Came across this company on the internet, thought the products looked good value for money. Very fast delivery - placed my order mid afternoon but was still delivered next day! Did have a problem will some items being short but this was not only put right but they went one step further and I am very satisfied with their service.
Great selection of products. Mario from evaQ8 was extremely helpful. He gave good advice and was able to accomodate our specific requirements. Delivery was quicker than expected. Would highly recommend.
Have ordered your ration bags before and have been very happy with both the content and the delivery. Exactly as described. Ordered a similar package for my mum in Eire. Goods paid for and excellent website stated parcel would be delivered on Friday. As she is partially deaf, I had arranged for my sister to stay with her in the house as the chances of her hearing the door bell are pretty nil. Parcel not delivered but did get an email to say there were issues with the address I had supplied. Rang the Courier to be told they couldnt understand the address as it had no street name or post code. Post codes do not exist in Eire. Nor, in the rural areas do street names. I repeated her name, the name of the village she lives in, the nearest town, the County and Country. I have also filled in the form that the Courier company sent me with the same information The lady in the call centre had trouble understanding the concept of not having street names. She gave me the address of the nearest office should they be unable to re-deliver. As it is in Cork, an hour there and an hour back, this is a non-starter. She has no car and there is no public transport from her village unless she walks almost 4 miles to the nearest town. As an elderly woman in her 80's this is not reasonable. I have been assured the Couriers will telephone me on Monday so I can once more give them the address that I have filled out on the form and given to the Call Centre. As I don't live in Eire, this is quite stressful trying to arrange from a distance. I am happy to give you 4 stars and would have given you 5 if the Courier company were better organised I now have to arrange for my sister to take another day off work to sit in the house and wait for the Courier when this is re-scheduled.
I'd been advised to put together a 72 hour "go-bag" a while ago and the recent floods in this country gave me the kick I needed to get one sorted. Evaq8 not only supplied everything that I needed but it did so at a competitive price. The service was really friendly and the delivery time was amazing, quite simply, the best. But now they've set such a high standard can they keep it up? Only one way to find out. I will definitely be using them again
