Ho acquistato un telefono nel mese di ottobre del 2012, mi é caduto e si é rotto il vetro. Ho chiesto di ricevere il vetro sostitutivo, mi é stato risposto che il telefono era fuori produzione e non erano reperibili pezzi di ricambio. Ho quindi acuistato un nuovo telefono, Mi viene bloccato in dogana in quanto non accompagnato da documento che ne attestasse il valore, ho dovuto mandare io in dogana i documenti necessari, e tra sdoganamento e multa per la mancata documentazione mi é costato la metà del suo valore solo per la procedura di sdoganamento. Mi arriva a casa il telefono, e noto un difetto sul display, comunico la cosa tramite un ticket chiedendone la sostituzione, e mi viene risposto che il difetto comunque era solo estetico e che non comprometteva la funzionalità del medesimo chiedendomi di tenerlo così, con il solo contributo di un 10% di sconto sul mio prossimo acquisto. Supporto tecnico decisamente scadente e sleale. Ho rifiutato la proposta... e non credo che acuisterò altro presso EverBuyning.

Okay, So this is how my order went. I placed my order and then I read a whole bunch of extremely bad reviews about everbuying. I was TERRIFIED.
When I got the product on my doorstep, it was neatly packaged. I took it out and it was GREAT! It was exactly as the picture shown but not exactly as poofy as I would have liked it, so I bought a slip, no big deal though. The colors matched, and it fit perfectly! I would probably recommend this website to someone.
I will go to everbuying shopping.

I ordered twice from Everbuying and my third package is on the way. I was happy both times with all of my items, I got exactly what I ordered and it only took two and a half weeks! I was not dissapointed by any items, all were super cute and beautiful!

"I purchased an Android phone from EverBuying.com and paid through PayPal. Although their site said that it will ship within 24 hours, it took over 24 days to reach here. I was excited to see the phone. After I put the battery and SIM card, I kept the phone to charge the battery.
Finally when I turned on the phone, I was horrified seeing those broken display across the phone with an android sign. Then I realized that the battery also didn't charge after 8 hours and I had to keep the phone plugged in to turn it on.
When I contacted EB and asked for a refund, they first asked me to send a few PHOTOS. After I did that, here is their response:

In order to get an RMA, I have to agree that they cannot AFFORD the postage. Now I have to send this thing all the way to china and perhaps there will be additional charge to get me the refund. I am not even sure, after incurring all the expenses, there will be anything left.
Do not buy from these people! They sell horrible products and do not have good customer service. We bought 2 tablets, one arrived broken. The other one quit working after a couple of weeks. We received a replacement for the initial broken one after having to pay $20 to send it back. The replacement one is now not working and they will not refund the money. They offer to fix them but why would I want to keep a tablet that has a 0% reliability record. Not to mention that I will have to pay yet again to have them sent back to be fixed. Well they finally agreed to refund most of our money after it cost us another $35 to return the tablets. RIP OFF!! AVOID Everbuying at all costs!! They essentially stole $80 from us.
Their products are as advertised and quite inexpensive, it's easy to get a good deal here with the range of products and specials. Customer service is very responsive when dealing with tickets. All the products I've purchased have been very good value for money, so I'm satisfied with Everbuying so far.
I have on two occasions ordered products from this on-line store. Both times I am quite satisfied with the services that I received. Payment is very secure and easy, shipment is excellent sand prompt and they provide tracking number for convenience. The items I received are exactly the same as described. I have done business with Everybuying.com. My first 3 cell phone cases orders are good and satisfying. Later on, I make a detailed research and Everybuying.com Review, so I find this site is really good, although there are some flaws in its customer service.
Site: well crafted and usability
My attention was lured deeply when I open everbuying.com for the first time. It is well and excellently lid out and easy to navigate. It is easy to find the precise product with clear categories and menu. Besides, all products are divided into neat and purposeful line. For instance, I am really attracted by its top recommendations of the month. The pictures of each product are really eye-catching.
For another thing, there is a little complicated feeling for the whole website design, seeming clumsy. No contact information can be seen in the home page.
I think each site can have its own flaws. And there is no any reliable proof can show everbuying.com is a scam. Generally I am interested in goods in everbuying, though sometimes they cannot offer me a perfect service. If you cannot bear their poor service, other better sites can be sought for.

I stumbled upon Everbuying.com just surfing the web initially looking for mp3 players. I was immediately drawn in by the prices and the fact that they offer many different types of products. After reading all of the reviews,I decided to give them a try. I purchased an Xbox 360 wired controller for my son's Xbox System. The shipping was great. My son seems to enjoy the Xbox controller. I like the fact that it was reasonably priced, with fantastic shipping. I will definitely be shopping with them again.
I’m not even sure if they exist? I made an order Feb. 17th for an in stock phone and paid for expedited shipping. I received three emails from them on the 17th, the first saying that my account had been activated, the second was a copy of the invoice and the third saying that they had received my payment from Pay-Pal and “will process your order immediately, after which it will be dispatched to the shipping address you provided using the shipping method you selected. If you have selected Expedited Shipping with a courier or Standard Shipping, then a tracking number will be provided”. Nearly two weeks later, after receiving two advertising emails from them, I sent an email asking about a delivery estimate, expecting a tracking #. I waited almost a week and received nothing. I then went on line to my acct. and found a message that the phone was out of stock. I then entered a message on their web-site to advise me if it might be available now, thinking that it might be in stock by this time. I never received an answer to either one. I tried calling the support # and I got a recorded message that they were observing a lunar holiday which would end Feb 15th or something like that, I called about March 7th and 10th. I had to call and listen to the message several times to understand, (because the accent was so strong), and I still couldn't understand it all. I finally called Pay-Pal and canceled my order.
I came across everbuying.com when I was browsing online for cell phones. I am so glad that I discovered their website! The prices are amazingly reasonable, the selection of items ranges from electronics to jewelry and even clothes. Above all else the customer service is excellent, and that is a big plus for me. I will be the first to admit that if I have a problem or issue regarding a purchase I have no problem addressing it so that I can be a satisfied customer and everbuying.com went above and beyond to makecany and all of my transactions and communication a very pleasant experience. I will continue to shop with them knowing that I can count on that kind of customer service
Very satisfied with the Everbuying.com. Sometimes they're out of stock, but most of the items I ordered, I don't need them in a hurry, so that's okay I guess. The main thing is that they do arrive and the price is great. Free shipping is of course the best part.I like everbuying.

I was lured in by the low prices and free ADVERTISED as fast shipping. However, those were all LIES!!! I ordered my item 12/3/12 figuring I would get it in plenty of time for Christmas-that didn't happen!!! I am STILL waiting for my package and every time I contact "customer service" I am told to "just be patient" and that it could take 2 MONTHS to get my item. While we are talking about customer service, it it HORRIBLE as well!!! They advertise that they will respond to all issues within 24-hours-LIE!!!! It has taken 2-3 business days at least to hear anything back from customer service and then the grammer and spelling is so bad, I can hardly figure out what they are trying to say. Short end of it...DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!! Otherwise, you too will be writing a review like this one.
Not bad. Understand it will take over 30 days to receive your items and about two weeks for them to respond to customer service emails. I'm okay with that since the prices are a fraction of what I can get at the cheapest seller on Amazon or Ebay.
I bought a few $1 items just to test their speed and reliability before buying anything expensive. Shipping took about 45 days, but I expected that after researching and discovering they use EMS for shipping from China. **NOTE** they do not issue valid tracking numbers. Be prepared for this. My order has a shipping tracking number, but it doesn't actually exist anywhere.
As far as customer service goes, since they are in China and on a totally different time zone than me (USA), email was the only means of communication. I emailed them in advance about an Android device asking if it would work on Verizon's network in USA. They finally responded after about ten business days to say that no, it will not work. They saved me the headache of buying and returning, so I appreciated that.
It's ridiculous to expect Five Star service when you're paying such cheap rates. You wouldn't go to Howard Johnson and be outraged that they didn't treat you like the concierge at the Waldorf Astoria, would you?
All that being said, I don't think I would ever buy anything over $50 from them for the simple fact that they do not provide reliable tracking numbers and their customer service is pretty lackluster. Just keep your orders to little nick knacks and gifts. Pay with PayPal if you can so that if you don't receive your items, you can file a chargeback within 45 days.
I placed my order on 11/24/2012, which was supposed to have shipped 5 days later with a tracking number I paid extra to receive. USPS has no record of the tracking number issued to my "package". Everbuying's tracking number says to check with USPS, but USPS was only contacted that a package would be sent, never received the package. The US customer service number is an automated line answered by a Chinese woman who states something and then it disconnects. Ive sent multiple emails in the last 4 days and no response!
I have been going back and forth with a customer service person via email for 4 days and she doesn't answer my questions but just apologizes that I won't receive my order in time for christmas. And she ends every email with thank you for your understanding. WHAT? I am sorry I do not understand. I placed 2 orders, one less than 24 hours after the other and one order processed and shipped with in 24 hours (on a weekend) and the other it has been 5 days and it still hasn't shipped. I paid for fast shipping and it is being said to me that I will not get this order by christmas. I have asked to pay more for shipping sooner..it hasn't even left the facility yet. All they tell me is due to company logistics that is not possible. I do not understand WHY I cannot pay for shipping to get to me sooner. But more importantly WHY is this taking 4 days when the other took 24 hours. If I placed this order less than 24 hours after that one, I should receive this order about the same time after. I am extremely upset and mad. These are 10 christmas gifts for my children which will not be there now. I do not have alot of money and this was the bulk of the presents. I have tried calling the US number only to get a chinese recording and then it hangs up. If you give me a US number why am I getting a chinese recording? I have asked for someone to call me, to no avail. I have been emailing for the past 4 days, which in that time I could of paid for extra shipping to make sure I got this in time. I understand it is Christmas and they are busy, but we are all busy. The company should be prepared for this. Also, It should of stated on the website the last day for ordering to get it by christmas. If I would have known I wasn't going to receive it by christmas I would of never spent $150 on gifts that are supposed to be under my tree on christmas morning for my children. How do you explain that santa is bringing the gifts late??? Tell me that!

I paid for some items and they shipped them over 40 days ago. They said they "can't" look into until 45 days. The responses are clearly from someone that does not speak the language and signs each one with, 'thank you for your patience.' Um, I was out of patience 5 emails ago. Luckily I paid with paypal and they are refunding my money.

I received a compact package in ten days. Anyway, not bad deal. If it wasn't for them I would never have got a adjustable Headlight, an earphone and a Portable Folding Knife at a low budgets.
When I had to return the product, because it did not work, I was told that I would get a full refund, then the only gave me a partial refund saying that I now have to pay for the cost of shipping the product to me, even though they advertise free shipping! It cost me over $40 just to ship the stupid thing back to them. The product cost me $100, and I have lost $almost $60 because of this company. I am sorely disappointed in the service. The should state in the return policy that they will not refund you a full amount when the product is defective!
Everbuying has lost the order that I placed on 11/28/2011 and have been checking on ever since then. They had no idea where my package was and now would like me to pay for them to ship me a new one. My only other option (according to them) is for them to refund me half of what I paid (since they "lost their product too"). I'm not sure why it is my responsibility to pay for what they lost. I will not be shopping with them again.

But alot of people seems to hate on chinese stuff because it's shit. But if you buy an copy iPhone for $50 then don't think it can do the same as an iPhone for $800!
