Execellent Website & Great Customer Service
Evergreen offers an easy access website and it was quick to find what we were looking for. Good prices and followed up by execellent communication and quick delivery. Not to mention, a well packaged parcel. Very pleased and shall be ordering again.

Well my experience on buying evergreen website was fab,I got what wanted at resonable price compare to other website I did check for le petit Olivier .to be honest I am very please .will buy again.
Well I have been using le petit Olivier products for a while now and was unable to it in the shop where I normally get it so I went online and looked in different webside and i was not happy with , the higher price and postage cost.finally got le petit Olivier on evergreen for a better price and because the postage was free if you spend £29 I thought you may as well buy 3 it will save you money so I bought 3 exfoliating & cleansing face gel whish is fantastic for my oily sensitive skin.
Anywhere I am happy that I saved bit on money and I didn't have to in shop to get it,the delivery was quick and items was well packaged .nice!

Brilliant service and prices!
I found the service excellent! I shopped around to look for cheapest prices on what I was after...Evergreen has very reasonable prices. The delivery was fast and my order was packed superbly. I will definitely be shopping with them again and I would highly recommend.

Rubbish
Bought a gift for my partner's birthday which could of been sent via postal service however was sent by DHL. There was no signs viewable on the site to say that orders would be dispatched from the 2nd Jan 2013 and not prior which is misleading as I probably would never purchased on the 31st Dec if that was the case. I wasn't made aware of the dispatch date until I had an automated email sent to me. I emailed back after this as I knew that if this item wasn't being sent until the 2nd then I wouldn't be at my home address to collect so I gave my work address as I would be there. I received an email saying that this couldn't be changed as they were dispatching on the 2nd Jan but I'd given change of address well before shipping date. Just laziness on the companies part!
I'm really really disappointed with the lack of customer service and automated emails, not one person has gotten in touch to help or assist me! I myself have worked in e commerce so I know it can be difficult in sale times. However the lack of personal communication with the customer is very apparent and I won't be buying anything from this company again as I now have the problem of DHL wanting to deliver but I won't be at the address! WHAT A WASTE OF TIME.

Delivery problems
The website said order before 18th for guaranteed Xmas delivery but the confirmation email said orders dispatached after 17th cannot be guaranteed for Xmas delivery- so what happens if you order on the 17th??? The delivery email said it would arrive in 2-4 days but it didn't!

Good comms and goods delivered as expected
This was the first time I had used this company and I am pleased to say that I would have no hesitation in using them again.
There was initially a slight delay with my order but I received a very quick response to my email. My order was dispatched later the same day with another email sent confirming this.
My goods arrived by courier within the stated delivery timeframe and were all in perfect condition.

Aloe Vera sticks
My wife saw an advert for Aloe Vera Cotton sticks and asked me for more information. After I had found it, I placed an order.
My order was well packaged and promptly dispatched. It was delivered earlier than expected, always a good sign, and it arrived in perfect condition.
The contents did exactly as they were required and I would definitely recommend 'Evergreen Health' to my friends.

The items I wanted were cheaper here than anywhere else and web there was a problem with my delivery they were friendly and fixed it immediately ensuring I got what I needed within their stated delivery times because I was going away ... you can't ask for more than that really!

Bad delivery time and email reaponse
It took from order to delivery over 10-12 day! Having ordered from many protein sites this is highly unexceptable. I dully hope other don't go through this, as I won't be ordering of this site any longer!

Quick and efficient delivery and would use them again - but they have yet to respond to my question about if they do the massage oil in larger quantities. So I rate them good at sales but poor on customer service.

Superb Service
Ordered Organic infant formula which I really needed to be delivered within 3 day after purchase as I was running very low. Due to a problem with courier item arrived just before 21:00hrs on third day. (Website states up to 4 days for delivery)
Customer service was great. Phoned to confirm item was in stock and got sent out just before their order cut off time then when I requested information on the ETA of my order I was updated within 15mins

Good price
Good price, but rang to query dispatch time as I needed the item for my holiday. They didn't seem very interested in my query and although the dispatch was not late I rang to query how it had been sent and I just felt they didn't seem very interested in me as a customer and that my call was unjustified and that I was a bit of a nuisance.
