I purchased a 10W R7 Retrofit bulb for near £30 believing that over its 50,000 hour lifetime it would save me some money. The bulb failed after just under 1 year of very light domestic use. I was not too worried as enerled offer a 3 year warranty on this item.
This is when the problems started. Over the course of a month I have emailed on 3 occasions, left 3 phone messages. and tried the online contact forms both the fixed one & popup support line also on multiple occassions. I have not yet received a single response. Reading the other reviews & on the basis of the lack of response to my attempts to contact them I am very reluctant now to send the item back to them. I think It would be a total waste of another £5 and I am already out of pocket. How can these cowboys be allowed to claim & offer warranty's that are just pipe dreams.
I am truely disgusted and this has been the worst case that I have ever had buying from a company online. Generic unlabled packaging, Shoddy fake chinese products & nothing but bluff warranties to back them up.

I ordered two types of dimmable bulbs , one type ( G 9 Led Bulbs Dimmable 48 smd 3528 With Beam Angle 360 ) worked ok , the other one (G 9 Led Bulb 27 smd 5050 Dimmable 4Watt 210V-240V With Beam Angle 360 ) did not. The box that contained the good LED stated it was dimmable but the box that contained the unworkable one did not state dimmable . Neither of the shipping boxes or the LED bulbs were marked with a CE mark , which I believe is not allowed. The bulbs did not contain any information on them at all . The cardboard boxes contained a part number which was not identified on the website data sheet either, so I could not determine if they had shipped an incorrect part. E-mails have not been answered and it is impossible to contact them by phone.
First Class. I was able to source and order the items I wanted very easily. Living in the Channeel Islands we have little or no choice. Service was good and I received my order, complete, in record time. This was the second time I have dealt with rhis company and will do so again.
I originally purchased 2 4w gu10 bulbs and, as they worked well, in Jan 2013 I got another 4 bulbs of warm and cool white to check the colour, 1 of the new bulbs failed within 30 mins of being switched on so when I placed my final order of 4 bulbs I informed Enerled and asked them to also send a replacement for the failed bulb. The new bulbs arrived without the replacement bulb, I immediately sent a message via their web site and also another by email but still no response. When another bulb failed the next day I tried to contact the company by phone only to be offered a voice mail, I tried calling again on a number of different occasions and never managed to speak to a person. Today a 3rd bulb has failed and while a failure rate of 50% is bad enough the lack of any sort of customer services is unacceptable whatever the price of the bulbs
Not a lot more to say beyond my one liner, except I look forward to making a saving on my energy bills.
Ordered replacement LED spotlights and G4 LED bulbs in November 2011. Spotlights arrived and were fine. I had to chase the company twice to find out what was happening with the G4 bulbs and was finally told that they were out of stock. They eventually arrived 2 weeks later but were of inferior quality. The bulbs did not fit into the housing correctly (they were loose in the fitting) and did not work. I contacted Enerled who said to put the bulbs in the opposite way (ie upside down!!) they still didn't work correctly - the ones (2 out of the 6 ordered) that did were worse than candle power (as you would expect when placed in the housing upside down). I sent these back by Special Delivery, the company received them back on the 28th November 2011, but so far I have not been refunded for the goods. Have tried ringing but get no reply. I am still out of pocket to the tune of about £31 as you are also expected to pay for the postage when you return items.
Just to say how pleased I am with the lights. Fitted easy straight into existing (low energy) GU10 fittings - lovely glow. Going to order for whole house so I can get rid of those horrible low energy mini fluorescent GU10 effforts that take forever to get bright - and keep blowing!
Rarely you found a company with a tremendous after sales service !

I recommend to any one that need LED's
My initial experience with EnerLED was positive. I ordered some bulbs on Sunday, and they were delivered early Tuesady morning. The only problem is, EnerLED sent the wrong bulbs, or at least has tried to palm me off with an alturnative product.
No problem, I thought I'll return them for replacement or refund.
I emailed email@example.com explaining the issue and asking for returns advice. No reponse. Later, when I had more time, I checked their website, and filled out an RMA returns form. No response. We have called their phone number numerous times. No answer and it just goes though to a mobile phone voicemail.
So now I'm stuck with the wrong bulbs and 60 quid out of pocket.
While the website seems well put together, EnerLED does not even attempt to live up to the websites claim of no 1 in customer support. Thinking about it, the tell-tell signs are there. Bad grammer on website descriptions, and even the reply email address of this invitation to leave feedback was mis-spelled as everled.

Normally they have been very good. They send promptly and are well packaged . That hasn't changed. This time I ordered 2 E14 bulbs and I was sent E27 fittings.
Previous order 3 weeks ago had 1 faulty bulb. No response to email so phoned about both problems. Very helpful but communication on phone difficult as I suspect English is not the respondent's first language. All bulbs replaced but one of the replacements was faulty. More phone calls, all very helpful and eventually everything is working.
They asked me to have the old bulbs ready for a courier to collect. They have been ready for 3 weeks now and a courier has been promised on multiple dates but has yet to turn up. Enerled's service is very good, I have used them a lot in the past and I am happy to use them again. This transaction has had some bad luck but they have been more than willing to help. The only things letting them down are getting clear communication on the phone and their couriers seem to be poor.
I received a single downlighter on Thursday that I had ordered the previous Sunday. There was no datasheet or product information other than the outside of the box - for example the hole size needed or clearance information. Otherwise everything excellent.
Having searched the web for a supplier of good LED products at good prices, found Enerled so thought I'd place a small trial order. Ordering process was smooth and delivery quick (next day). Sadly, 2 pretty substantial items were missing from order (ordered 3, recieved 1). Called the phone number given and it was quickly sorted out (at least the promise was to send the missing items next business day). Shame there was no apology. I'm sure it's a genuine mistake, but check deliveries if placing a large order as a few missing items could easily be overlooked.
Update- on installation of the MR16 Halogen replacements- 1 of 10 physically 'popped' and generated a puff of smoke. Have emailed Enerled and will await their response after the weekend.

I ordered some bulb adaptors 4 weeks ago, the funds were taken and still nothing has arrived.
I managed to get a phone call answered after 2 weeks - some items in stock the rest expected in a week at the latest.
2 weeks later and still nothing has arrived.
Phone calls go unanswered, messages left are not returned, e-mails are not answered.
Other internet shops keep you informed as to progress or lack of it and respond promptly to queries. Funds are only taken when goods are despatched.
Upon placing our first order with everled,I was informed by your salesman that the items ordered would be delivered next working day.
Upon enquiring when they hadn't arrived a week later .I was told they were not in stock
If I had been told this on ordering I would have sourced the items else where .As we had a client waiting for them to be fitted.

ordered 4 led spotlight bulbs thursday night at around 7pm and they arrived next morning! unfortunately one bulb was faulty but after a quick phone call a new one was dispatched straight away and arrived the following day no ifs buts or arguments. i'll definately use this shop again
My experience is that of very fast service and the one bulb I had faulty was immediately replaced - Well done.
Considering I live in Malta - the bulbs posted on Monday usually arrive here on Wednesday or Thursday morning
a good friend of mine recommended led's and since then i've done a lot of research on the web. came across enerled and all the confusions finally ended. tired of never ending replacement of halogens every 2-3 months (sometimes even 2-3 weeks!) in my flat and led's seemed to be a great way out. got advised to get mr16's in 6 watts,had to replace the transformers though since they are 12v,but it was worth it. team enerled,you've been very helpful,thank you so very much.
very happy with the lamps i buy from enerled,very good quality and very cheap too. i put some led tubes in my basement to my cafe,very bright and save a lot of money. is only 18 watt. and delivery is free. ciao from vinci
I run a cosmetology salon and the existing halogen lamps have been causing a lot of trouble. Had to run an aircon for almost the whole duration of the day to stabilize the heat emitted from them. My electrician suggested replacement with LED's and brought me some samples from Philips,but the prices were too expansive. After a long research I came across the fantastic team of professionals at Enerled. Have ordered several LED tubes and MR16 spotlights and so far they have been working perfectly,very bright and no heat emission,at all. Very happy with the service as well,plus the prices were much cheaper compared to Philips and other alike brands. Will recommend Enerled to everyone! Thank you!
Ordered 14 units of 6 Watt dimmable downlighters for the living room. Prices were second compared to none,great customer care,Theo was very helpful with advise. Items received with no delay.

Delviery arrived quickly but I'm still waiting for a replacement transformer. I bought low voltage LED downlighters which look ok but the quality is not good and two of the connectors fell out of the transformers. The brightness of the LEDs are no way near comparable with name brand equivalent.
I probably won't use Everled again as I need top quality for my customers.
Ordered 5 LEDs, 3 of them that worked were as ordered, but two of them did not work.
Returns policy typical of europe/UK where customer service is so poor.
Because of faulty merchandise, it is expected that the paying customer has to pay to return items, arrange packaging etc.
I don't have time.
I wrote an email but have received no reply. If any answer to this post appears I am sure it will be simply to refer to T&C with no apology of any kind.

Fast shipping and products as described. I bought downlghts for the kitchen, floodlights for the outside and E14 and E27 Bulbs. All work fine and the light looks just fine. Will add a few lights in the garden soon ....
Our order was delivered with a part that was the wrong wattage from the one we ordered,we were promised a replacement the next day!
It ended up nearly a week late after several phone calls to remind them to send us the right part, they didnt even send us a Freepost parcel to return their goods so we had to pay £6.65 to send back the item that we didnt order.Definitley not impressed with this level of service! Would not recommend to anyone, I dont have time to deal with companies that cant keep their promises especially as it severely delayed my electricians installation work!
I love LED bulbs - I've shopped about a bit, and everled always come up with the best selection for a really good price - now I just go straight back to them. Bought from them several times now, always great customer service and really good bulbs. In regard to returns, I did return one set, simply because they weren't quite right for the situation I bought for - and there was no quibbles on a refund.
I placed my order for 4 LED spotlight bulbs at 4:00pm. Had a query on my order so used the live chat facility which enabled me to have an answer instantly. The bulbs arrived the next morning by recorded delivery despite being free postage and all worked perfectly. Look good quality too. Add to this they were the cheapest I could find on the web and overall I shall use his site as my first port of call for future requirements.
