Always feel shady ordering from sites, had bad experiences from others so i usually go to my local headshop.
Firstly their customer service is awesome, always got replies to my emails within 24 hours and phone calls (need to check they're legit due to other crap sites) so its comfortable to know they actually give a shit.
Got my package in a few days, (surprising as they use Royal Mail!!!) EXACTLY as ordered, and some EDIT wristband that ive got on.
Next stop, Iolite!!!!
Pretty shit reveiws on here though, i guess a company that big might have the odd one or two pissed of dickheads, unlucky!!!

After using this company last november my so called delivery never arrived, it was then resent out and 3 weeks later it arrived.
i then decided to give the benefit of the doubt and order again in march 2013 - after waiting yet again nothing arrived, so i called up and they said hang on a day or two.. again nothing, so i ring again and arrange to have the item sent out recorded delivery.
as expected nothing has arrived yet again.. after looking on the net i then find post after post of non deliveries.
this company are not trustworthy and i clearly believe they dont send out items that customers have paid for.
i cant see them being around much longer as its simply awful service..
i wont be buying again from them thats a 100% guarantee.
Where do i even begin about this company? I ordered two pipes and a bong from this company about a month before Christmas for Christmas presents. The bong and one pipe arrived about two weeks after Christmas, which I didn't mind they had to ship overseas. The bong was missing the downstem and the hitter piece, which clearly said online that it came with the bong. Where the hell the other pipe is...beats the hell out of me. I sent the bong back and finally got a refund after a lengthy process. I still wanted the other pipe though, so i tried to ask where it was. The person i was emailing back and forth avoided answering my question for a good ten messages until he just stopped responding all together. The last message i sent was on February 14, about 2 and half months after i ordered my stuff and still nothing. I finally just asked for a refund because they would have stolen my money if i didn't. Wish me luck. This company has absolutely TERRIBLE customer support. I am completely astonished with the lack of organization of this company and the amount of incompetence is ridiculous. DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! GO TO YOUR LOCAL HEADSHOP!
I ordered something from this company over a year ago. They claimed to have sent it twice; they didn't. After almost a year of trying to either just get what I ordered or have my money returned, they informed me that they will not "resend" it nor will they reimburse my money.
Whatever you need, I strongly advise seeking it elsewhere!!!!
I bought my Volcano from everyonedoesit and it took two and half months to arrive.
Main problem I had that I unfortunately ordered seeds from everyonedoesit. After one month I started to ask where is my seeds, it took week before they replied that they are sending my order same day and offering some excuses, that they did not remember to send my order last time and so on. Their customer servicer writes (when that happens) like 12 years old.
After two weeks still no seeds, I sent another mail asking about my order. Promised to send my order immediately. This same show went on one month and on third time they really sent my order, just to find out that I receive wrong seeds, no freebies as they promised two seed packs as freebies or any gifts for orders above 25£. One wrong pack of seeds and luckily one pack was correct. None of the seeds from one seed pack did not germinate.
My advice is that, please consider twice or three times before you are making business with this company as you will save your nerves, time and money when you do business with some one else than everyonedoesit.
After 3months wait I finally received my whole order and alot of freebies and a discount on my next order... Yes the main problem is the customer support and after dealing with a few too many monkies I think I found the organ grinder and he sorted me out. Will still use them, but Ill make sure they have their stuff in stock before ordering!!!
Not used them for a while, but used to use them a lot and never had any problems.
Orders always arrived on time, and used to get freebies to which was always good!
Looking at reviews it seems they're good until you need customer service, which seems to be the case with most companies online now!+

Item broke within a few hours of receipt. Offered overnight replacement by Customer Services. 10 days later nothing. Had to really press my complaint to them, loads of emails sent, in the end I had given up, vowing to never use them again.
Week later my replacement item arrives, a few days later another identical one arrives out of the blue!
I have never used them since, and have kept the spare item the Mensa group that is EDIT Customer Services sent in error, ha ha!
I Ordered 2 products on 12/8/11 as a xmas gift to a friend. Im not a shitty customer or anything i always expect packages to come in late especially during the holidays well anyways today is 3/12/12 i recieved my package!!! oh just one of the items. thing is they said one of my items couldnt be shipped cause of US customs so they claimed to send me a email letting me know.... they didn't. getting ahold of these people is nearly impossible too! So i wrote back and was like cool just send the 1st item and refund the other money if you expect me to spend shipping again than just give me a full refund. cool. they did exactly what i did not what them too. so in result i got the cheap item i ordererd and spent over 50 dollars on just a tiny item and didnt get the big one. paid double shipping for a envelope. will never order from here again. the site looks reliable but if your in the US i wouldnt bother with it.
used to buy from them all the time then a few years ago they went downhill badly.nothings ever in stock and then they decide to send you a similar item instead,no one answers the phone and replies to emails.used to hear nothing but praise for this company.now forums are full of complaints
Idk what website the guy commenting before me really went to or what he really ordered. They clearly have problems with updating their inventory. The first time I placed an order, it was for a specifically colored piece. They sent me the wrong color with a note saying we're so sorry for the inconvenience. What's the point when I was allowed to checkout items that weren't in stock? Second time I ordered 24 packs of only three different flavors of papers and spare parts. out of 24 packs I only received two of one flavor and four of another I requested, and 18 random flavors that were also very obviously old and another crappy note with an apology that saidI could return the papers. Why would I pay to return the wrong items because the company posted the wrong items available and don't make corrections until someone orders them and realize they're out. I also never received my spare parts. I asked for a refund, and I was told they needed my account and routing number. Ya, they can't manage their website, not giving them that info. They told me sorry they were on back order because of the holidays and that they would get back with me january 9 2012. It is february 27 2012and I placed that order in oct 2011. This place is crap and you might as well order from grass city or roller depot; even amazon or bonanza. I wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered, minus the preceding brown nosing comment of the one time miracle satisfactory order, probably of random papers. Myspace has a more updated website, these people are insufficient and technically thieves: they are not to be trusted.
I read reviews from various websites and EDIT seemed to have pretty bad reviews. There's not a lot of online headshops with a large item selection and EDIT seems to be by far the one with the largest, and it also seems like they have the best prices. Shipping was also ridiculously cheap so I went ahead and placed an order of small cheap items since I didn't want to risk buying pricey stuff with the bad reviews I had seen. The other option I considered was Grasscity, which seems like one of the large online headshops as well, but their prices were higher, they had much less stuff and shipping was more expensive.
Not only did EDIT have everything that was looking for but the prices were excellent. The best part however was the shipping: It took 3 working days to ship from UK to Canada from the moment I placed my order to when I got the items to my door. Shipping was only 5$ for 6 small items and I didn't pay any tax or custom fees. I usually order online from USA and it's more expensive and takes longer than that.
EDIT will give you credit towards your next purchase, which I made the week after, this time with a more expensive order that shipped just as fast. They will also give you a free "Everyone does it" rubber wristband with your purchase.
Overall I'm very satisfied with my purchases and I took the time to write this review because it seems like current reviews aren't representative of positive experiences like the one I had, it seems like only frustrated people write reviews.
Most of negative reviews are about customer service. I can't comment about it since I didn't have to contact them for any reason. Their customer service may or may not suck, but if you don't have to contact them expect great product selection, excellent prices, cheap and fast shipping and cool freebies.

I have been ordering from everyonedoesit for a couple of years and never had any problems except for the odd item turning up with a different colour or design.However, on the 28th December 2011 I ordered an item which was shown as in stock but received an email the day after, explaining that the items that I has ordered were out of stock and that they would receive them on the 4th Janurary 2012. It is now the 16th Janurary and I still haven't seen my parts. I have also made about 60 calls over 3 working days to their customer service line and it either rings out or it's engaged. They don't reply to emails either. Dissapointing to say the least.
I ordered a bulk amount of items last week and got them delivered today. Large quantities of rolling papers and filter tips available. I will be using EDIT again. Very cheap and fast delivery to Ireland.

After spending hundreds of $ at everyonedoesit.com. They have lost my business. They screwed up my last three orders(IN A ROW !) They will get get your credit card number and THEN they send you out of stock notices.They will not reply to emails for days(which leaves you feeling mad/helpless) Change restock shipping dates with no notice to you.AVOID THIS COMPANY OR GET READY TO PLAY GAMES !!!!
Before easter I orderd a Vapir No2, After waiting 2 weeks for item to be in-stock I opted for a refund. I originally deposited cash into their account. After 2-3 days my refund was delieverd into my bank account.
NOT SCAMMERS. shame, i have used the company in the past and now it seems there are problems. You can get through on the phone line, even if you do have to ring 20 times.
Anyway, tried to order a vapno2 today and was told it will be instock on wed, crossin fingers
all items are listed as in stock, they only tell you once they have your money that it will be a big wait. mine was a week. the date came and went and no delivery. i tried phoning and emailing them and got no response. it wasn't until i contacted them repeatedly through every avenue that i was told it would now not be in stock till the 8th. well fuck them i demanded a refund. dont use them, its not worth the risk and they dont deserve business.

First of all, their page is full of "in stock status" but fact is that many of these items are out of stock when you place your order. Then you get an automated response with all the excuses and a new date for your items to be shipped.
One of my orders have now passed the "new date" with one week and has been "in stock" all the time. You expect it to be shipped automatically on that date. Same story with my other separate order of the Vapir no.2 witch I ordered a couple of days after the first one.
I get the feeling they where just gonna leave me, hoping to "forget my order" and keep the money,
Fuck that, I don't smoke that much!!!
I will follow up on this and if they try to rip me of I'll make sure I write so much about it on all corners in three different languages until I have to buy me a new keyboard.
As a customer when you already payed normally you will think "i rather wait a couple of days instead of going through the hassle of getting a full refund(that can take weeks) and find the items for the same price.
To have fake "in stock status" for the sake of not losing customers wandering of to other competing sellers is a bad bad way of running your business.
I have bought glass ware from EDIT over the past few years totaling over 2.000£ and i am yet to have a bad experience. All shipments have been packed imaculately and all communication has been friendly and straight forward.
I made an order in last December. I had to wait over three weeks before they even received the payment I made right away. They didn't answer emails or calls, until 10 days ago when asking about the order REALLY POLITELY: Then they said that 60% of items I had ordered was Out of Stock, eventhough the website said, and still says they're IN STOCK. They're advertising 24h dispatch before 4:20 everyday btw. Don't fall for it. They'll dispatch it when it comes from China a month later. Can't believe they're still in business.

I recently placed an order (before Christmas) and was a bit concerned that it would not arrive before Christmas as one of the smaller items was out of stock (they emailed me).
I then phoned customer service to voice my concern, to which a very polite and helpful lady said she would take the order details, look for a possible exchange and then phone me back. At which point, needless to say, I was very doubtful at receiving a return phone call.
Low and behold 15 minutes later I get a call back, offering me 3 alternatives to the discrepancy in the order, and she also promised to send me some free items for the inconvenience.
2 days later a very carefully packaged order arrives at my door, and too my continual surprise an array of wristbands and free papers accompanied my order.
I emailed the lady to say thanks and got a far from generic email telling me how my custom was valued and appreciated.
After my initial worry, I would definitely make another purchase and would commend their customer service, taking a very personable and helpful approach to dealing with their customers.

They didn't have many staff in so decided to turn the phones off! This is around christmas time. 1 Item missing in the package that has been paid for and still waiting on a reply from them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!
ok so i live in the uk and have used this company a lot over the course of 3/4 years for various products. items not received were always resent free.
seeds listed stocks are often incorrect so be sure to phone through if u can an want these items. most other stuff ive had no probs an also tend to get free gifts with my orders,
but lately ( 2/3weeks before xmas) ive been trying to order loads of stuff an i always usually phone it through to double check stocks but for some reason nobody is there, or they do not answer, i dunno wot is going on with this company but i placed 2 orders today an got emails saying both are dispatched but tried to phone about 30 times today aswell an no joy. i really want to order a replacement volcano but im not spending that much to find out its outta stock an i cant phone up for a refund.
sort it out EDIT i wouldve spent near £1000 with you guys over the last 4/6 weeks if youd just picked up the damn phone.
Ordered four items from EDIT, two arrived correctly, two were wrong. Both the incorrect items were of a lower value with no explanation or apology. Company is contactable by phone or email but phone is constantly engaged or off the hook more likely and mails are ignored.
EDIT website states good are available and in stock however this is simply not true. The range of items seems to be good but as I've just said they're not in stock.
I'm sure many people have used this website without problems but if you do have an issue or problem you will undoubtably come across the same terrible service I have received.

Have placed a few orders with everyonedoesit.com 3 of which were a compleate nightmare,some of my order was missing and after sending emails explaing this fact i got no reply.Placed two more orders that on the website said was in stock,then received email saying the items were not in stock,this is stuff that a simple stock take could resolve,all in all i am not very happy with this company,

The delivery is always on time (I'm in UK) and i always get a bonus little gift with it :). The prices are better than a lot of other sites too and the items normally come in "excellent quality."
Have used this site numerous times and always had a great experience with them. I've used them a number of times over a number of years and received numerous freebies along with my orders which have always been quick to arrive.
Blame US customs for the fact you can't receive things if you order from the US - that's not the company's fault. It happens exactly the same in reverse when we (in the UK) try to get stuff from the US - believe it or not the US does have a messed up overkill perspective when it comes to the illusion of security!
They are not perfect but the best online head shop around. I placed an order for a Roor custom on monday and received it that saturday. Thats fast especially since I live in the US. I dont know what to say about the other people who never got their orders or had problems. Ive always got my items, no problems with EDIT or with US Customs. US Customs is iffy depending on where you live in the US, sometimes they smash pieces sometimes they dont. If they do just send a pic to EDIT saying the item must have broken in transit not by customs. They usually will resend your order. One thing I will say that is bad is their exchange rate on the website. You can view items in US dollar but the transaction on your statement is in GBP which means your banks exchange rate is whats used. One of my orders was $360 and ended up being $393 it sucked but worth having a Roor delivered to your door.
They wont send you anything. They charged my account for my order and then said they were back ordered on the item and that I could get a refund but now they wont write anything now that I want my refund. They robbed me of $212 dollars. They are a big scam.
