Amazing!

I have bought a few things, and me thinking because its cheap they wont last long, especially the shoes, but it is amazing quality, and a bargain! the only thing I would say is the postage charge is a bit over priced, but I guess that's comes for buying cheaper things. But a massive thumbs up (y)

fantastic but some flaws

I love this site, and order from you almost monthly! I'm a bargin hunter and this is somewhere I regularly browse, however there are two major flaws, one being the fact these is no size category which is really infuriating when I go look through everything, open stuff up and there is nothing in my size! which brings me to the next point,. can you stock more size 14 things please, I am too small for plus size categries but too big for alot of the one size stuff.
You have the best ranges of shoes and bags however, you are usually my first port of call for shoes! <3

Good but needs improvements

Everything5pound.com is a great site, they are real bargains and good quality, however it would be easier if the site has filters such as shoe and dress sizes so that we dont have to scroll through loads of different products, and then when we see something we like we get excited but then find out it isnt in the size we need, it saves on the disappointment. The wishlist idea works well as does emailing it out to friends for birthdays etc, however stock should be renewed more regularly as when we sent out the list a couple of days later the things that are on it are out of stock which defeats the object of creating a list. The products are good quality mostly and last a long time considering they only cost five pound, so overall it can be quite time consuming when trying to find something in the right size that you want (considering the amount of products) but it is worth it when you do!

Addicted

Fantastic clothes , you have to look carefully at them before you buy as some look good till you look closely but on the whole very pleased. I made the mistake of buying shoes one size larger as recommended, but they are all to big and even a heel grip won't fix it. So buy normal size. The shoes are out of this world , packed in their own little bags to protect them . I am amazed . I have also bought bags , dresses and jackets and have never been disappointed yet. I told all my friends about E5P and now they are all buying from there.

Never received order - no refund??!

I made an order on the 30th of april - now 2 weeks later, I still haven't received it.
I contacted the customer support and they told me that my order did not pass the security checks and the bank was unable to give full verification. My money has gone through, but I have to not only contact Everything5pounds via phone, but also my bank to set up a 3D authentication code to process online payments. Unacceptable that they do not let me know about it!!!

I've ordered from Everything5pounds before with the exact same card, so I don't understand any of this. I want my money back!!!

Couldn't really believe it, thought the shoes would be rubbish but they are actually really nice and arrived quickly, well packaged so will definitely be buying from them again

AMAZING Customer Service

I could not believe the service... It goes to show that the level of training and politeness is of a much higher standard than a lot of other online shopping sites and if this was an actual store, a lot of other high street stores.
I knew what my order was doing from the moment i pressed 'purchase' and even though the item was not suitable and i had to return it, the out-standing customer service just continued.
I could not have and never have received such a great service - Thank you!

Quick delivery and surprisingly good boots

have brought from a few times now and i find it's better to buy a couple of items at a time then the p&p isn;t so bad for each item. As for other comments on items being sold out that can happen even on the high street it's happened to me more times than I can recall, also mentioning no names but there are a couple of companies that do exactly the same stuff as e5p so have a surf about. I will still shop from them and haven't had the problems that others have mentioned. but as always if your unsure don't buy.

Sizes really small including shoes, pretty rubbish.

I ordered a pair of mid heels in a size 8, I was sent the shoes in a size EU41 which is generally a size 7 in most other makes and when i contacted customer service about this, asking if they had sent me the right size they said that this was a size 8 even though they were way too small! I was told I could send them back for a refund but would have to pay the postage which would be nearly £5 in the first place so theres not much point!

Not really impressed

Customer service is crap!

I've ordered off e5p loads of times. Never really had a problem but when I had I phoned the customer service line. I don't know who I spoke to, but she sounded the really disinterested, didn't speak clearly and just sounded like she couldn't be bothered. I phoned one occasion to find out if an item had been sent out, the girl I spoke to had the same attitude has mentioned above and has I was saying thank you and goodbye, she put the phone down on me mid sentence. I couldn't believe it! So rude! They customer service is crap. I think the staff on the phones need to be taught some manners.

Expensive shipping out UK

I love your store and i always buy there, but i think that your shipping out UK is too much expensive. There are a lot of girls from another countries (like me who live in Sweden) wich would like be your customer if the delivery's cost were little cheaper.
Clothes are very cute and really good quality and shoes are great!

Why do you let people BULKBUY 20 items at a time?

People BULKBUY all the new arrivals so there is nothing left for NORMAL CUSTOMERS then sell them on EBAY/SELLING SITES FOR £15
Why not put a limit on it only let them buy 2 per item?
So there is enough for everyone else,I'm sure you would have more happy customers

Brilliant

Ive used this site for a few years now, always been happy with the service given and the goods are real bargains. Sadly, through no fault of their own, Im using the site less and less as due to the high increase in postal charges things are no longer the bargain they once were. Shoes and boots are now more than double the £5 price tag and that means I now have to stop and consider the cost. A £5 bargain pair of shoes is not so much a bargain when its nearly £12 with postage. Its a pity the site cant get a courier firm on board to offer cheaper postage costs.

great all round

my friend and i combined our orders for 5 pairs of shoes.
each pair is true to size and although not fantastic quality, certainly well worth £5 a pair.
my only concern was the carriage costs, but shared between 2 people, it was less than £5 each anyway.

Ordered bags on two seperate occassions first, one bag missing so contacted company, they then sent me a returns form for a MISSING ITEM, !!

Made another order and hey presto another bag MISSING! So I contacted the company AGAIN and got told as before they would investigate, STILL NO BAGS (2 OF THEM) AND STILL NO REFUND!!! NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE

IN NEED OF GLASSES

I've ordered from yourselves twice within the past couple of weeks and on both occasions you've some how managed to put Medium tags on clothes that are labelled inside Large. Therefore has resulted in the items been far to big for me. Please tell me how this can be possible on 2 seperate occasions.

Have been really happy with Tue clothes and shoes. The only thing weren't happy with was the bag received used it on a night out and fell apart. :-(

I can recommend a great website for clothes, footwear and other items. It even caters for the larger lady and it's stock is added to each week. I love it and recommend it.

Poor customer service

Emailed to question how to return item as does not fit no reply and the bag I bought while looks amazing I have used for a week and the strap has snapped so not be using again as no point in emailing customer service as thy don't reply

I have purchased many items and loved most of them, some not as good quality as others, but always well packed and delivered promptly with updates on delivery via email. Many people ask me "where did you get that?", have also bought some lovely things for my daughters. I look daily - its an addiction! Thank you for a wonderful site and service

Fantastic value for money

I have purchased many items off this site I am happy with all of them. Some items I cannot believe that I only paid £5 for them. The only fault I can think of is that once people place items in their baskets it should be theirs to buy. But all in all a great site looking forward to future purchases

Best value online shopping experience

I can't recommend them more highly, not the fastest delivery unless you pay extra but everything turns up correctly and beautifully packed. Fiver for a pair of really funky boots or shoes? Makes it easy to really keep outfits coordinated for less than the cost of a taxi on a Friday night.

Quality is pretty good, I've had a couple of jackets that have been beautifully made and look very expensive. One piece of advice? Bid quickly, check out the next day's items on ebay and make sure you know exactly what you want to but and get online as soon as the items have gone live. Stuff goes quickly and if you hesitate you will find the stuff you want might have gone.

this is a really good company overall customer service is fantastic, every email ive had a reply straight away, when my order is packed I get an email, and when its ready for dispatch I get an email, when its at my local sorting office I get an email. ive never known any other company do this its normally me doing the chasing, the items are great especially for 5pounds my only gripe is that I wish they was more to choice especially shoes and plus sizes but apart from that I think the site is great I look forward to checking the new arrivals daily its exciting.

I have almost never been disappointed with my purchase from E5P. Delivery is always on time and products are good quality. I recently had an issue with 2 items in my purchase but they sorted it out quickly and to my satisfaction. So no complaints, except for the high delivery charges.

I love this shop. I ordered some shoes, a watch and a tunic and everything was delivered very fast and is of great quality. Much better than I'd think for five pounds. I will be definitely shopping there again and again. I'm not giving five stars only because there was an error in system and some items weren't available. My money was returned really quickly though an I got an apology email.
