Delivered on time
We had a very short turn around to get the products to us, it was guaranteed to be here on time and sure enough it was. The staff were very attentive and pleasant to deal with. The actual products were good quality and just how i had wanted them. I would definitely recommend them.

after sale service is very poor
I placed an order for our school and have been trying to receive our goods ever since.
I have called so many times to speak to our account manager however I have not yet received any reply. Whilst I was chasing the order, Everything Branded was calling me for payment!!! It has now been 6 weeks and I am getting fed up with it all.
No one is able to answer my calls and this is not good practice.

Firstly thanks for your valued feedback. Here at Everythingbranded.co.uk we take customer service very serious and as this is your 3rd order with us I must admit to being very suprised by your 1 star rating. Even so I really do understand your frustration and would like to explain why this has taken so long.
After looking into this it turns out that your first order was infact lost with Fedex which can happen now and then I am afraid. We subsequently re ordered your bands but due to a festival in China this added some time to your order being processed. I have today checked and your bands will be with you in max 7 days I hope this give you the clarity you are looking for but if not I am happy to discuss this further if needed and can be reached in the office from 8.30-6pm daily.

The staff - James especially - were fantastic. They sent out samples in a timely manner, were helpful when it came to choosing print colours and deliveries met the dates promised. The products are excellent quality, and we received many comments at the event about the merchandise we had chosen.

Quick and efficient producing a good quality sample
I found all the members of Everything Branded who i spoke with to be polite and personable and extremely helpful. The sample which i ordered (whilst unfortunately the client declined to order further of at this stage) was of an excellent standard and quality

Great service, very fast turnaround.
We ordered some printed pens 2 days before a conference. Although no guarantees could be made, Everything Branded went out of their way to ensure everything was approved an processed as quickly as possible and the pens were with us in time.
Excellent service and reasonable prices - I will be using them again.

Very obliging team who bent over backwards to ensure I received the product I needed.

Great product, fast turnaround on rush job
Placed an order for company branded pens from Everything Branded a few days before easter, as a rush job for the early part of the following week. Pens arrived on time and were excellent quality. Clients have really liked the pens. Few other companies were willing to take on the rush job and we were delighted that Everything Branded could turn around the job so quickly without compromising on the quality.

Great communication, very pleased with product

Good service , good value
I purchased Pens and note pads with our institute logos, the pens arrived with a small spelling mistake, which i should have checked the proofs properly, but i was very promptly sent replacement pens straightaway without any fuss :)

Excellent Customer Service!
Ordered some of our first ever branded charity items from this Company.
James provided excellent customer service, he was so helpful and guided us through the whole process of design and ordering.
We ordered trolley coins, pens, pencils and rulers and they all look fabulous!

Fast and very efficient
We left finding a promotional pen for trade show very late, and so needed a company who could provide a quality product but more importantly within a few days. This was done and although the original pen we chose was out of stock when the order was confirmed, everything branded offered us a better replacement... Results all round. Would definitely use them again.

Excellent Company - helping out charity!
We held a charity event for fans of boy band The Wanted in November 2012 in Manchester - the beneficiaries of this evening was Help For Heroes. Everything Branded kindly donated us 300 wristbands of two designs which we used as part of the goody bags that each guest received as they arrived. These proved to be a great part of the night and many of the guests made comments that they loved the quality and design of these items! Everything Branded staff have been very helpful and easy to communicate with. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to a friend! :)

Great Products
500 notepads and 1000 pens were ordered. Unfortunately they were not received in time for our event. The deadline was given and I was assured by the Company that they could meet it, however, there was a problem with their BIC supplier. I was offered a better pen for the same money so that the deadline could be met, however, we wanted to keep with our original order and therefore waited the extra time. Very happy with the notepads and pens and it was not the end of the world that we did not get them in time, hence still giving a 4 star rating. Everything Branded have the widest range of stock and we would use them again in the future.

Very speedy and high quality service
We requested 500 custom-designed pens at 4pm on a Wednesday and they were with us by 2pm on the Friday. Superb service and excellent quality pens.

The perfect mug for our Fairtrade Celebrations
As a Fairtrade competition we asked pupils to design a logo for celebrating our town, Strathaven's 10 years as a Fairtrade town. We then put the logo on to a mug to present to the winners and to sell - thus promoting Fairtrade further roung the town.
I shopped around and found Everything Branded - they were brilliant. I couldn't quite work the text I wanted round the logo, but they did it for me, really well. We're delighted with it.
Even better - the mug is printed on both sides for the price most companies charge for 1 side.
Time wise - as ever we were tight for time, but the whole consignment arrived no bother for our Fairtrade event.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Everything Branded to anyone or to use them again for another project.

Couldn't have been faster or more cost effective
I recently had a very specific requirement for notepads and Everything Branded turned it around in almost no time at all. I couldn't believe the cost either, particularly considering the quality of them. If we have any future requirements I'll definitely be returning.

Bl'ink'ing Brilliant
I ordered 250 pens for our small company in August last year. We had our logo printed on the side and a rubber grip in each of our company colours. The pens have been very popular with out clients and I would certainly be back for more when they have run out!

A reliable and quick service.
Had to get a shipment of mouse mats in at short notice, less than there normal lead times, this company went beyond that and assisted in all areas. A quick response to the proof drawings and once we agreed on the final design the product was shipped in time and a few days to spare.

Quick and efficient service, but got the wrong delivery date!
Used Everything Branded based on their website and helpful staff for a project that needed quick turnaround.
As mentioned, the staff were friendly and helpful and had a seamless artwork and proofing stage, but got the delivery date of the items wrong at the last minute.
However, all was not lost... the staff realised their genuine mistake and delivered the items to the event on a Saturday morning which meant a happy client.
I would use them again :)
