I wanted the Yamaha 675 and the Monitor Mass 5.1 system and I wanted it in France It got here in 3 days and all for a price I couldn't match elsewhere The help and advice I got over the phone was fantastic. I have no hesitation in recommending Exceptional AV as the place to go for your sound equipment
It could of been five stars because you state that you can post to 90% of the country for free yet I was charge for postage I stay about 10 miles outside one of Scotland largest city's , when I enquired about the postage charge I was informed the delivery company decides the postage

This is an extremely good company, they have "exceptional" customer service with very polite and very knowledgable advisors. I ordered my items and they kept me fully informed of my order process and delivery times ( which was nice and quick) the trouble with today's internet based sales companies is they don't really care about their customer, well I can absolutely say that it's perfectly clear that Exceptional AV have values centred purely on a great customer experience from start to finish. The products ordered were well packaged in working order. Well done I will recommend this company to anyone looking for av equipment 5/5 stars!

I ordered a wireless speaker from Exceptional AV. I got a call the next day to say they were in fact out of stock of the model I had ordered, but that they would send me the next spec up for the same price. It arrived the following day despite me only paying for standard postage. Delighted! Very happy punter. A lot of companies could learn from that sort of approach to customer service.
The Marantz unit was not in stock but Exceptional AV kept me informed of the delivery dates from the factory. The all in one system and Q Acoustics speakers shipped on the date advised and I am very happy with them and the service provided. I would recommend and use Exceptional AV again
Tried a number of times to complete order online but the SagePay form kept failing. When I called customer services to report the fault it was assumed that I was at fault as orders were processing as normal. I tried a further 4 times with a number of different cards and every time the form failed or my order was reset on the website requiring me to re-enter all my delivery and personal information. I was offered the opportunity to buy over the phone but only if delivery was to my billing address - this is no good to me as my working hours make it difficult to collect packages from the sorting office. Not a great experience and the last time I will attempt to buy from exceptional-AV, regardless of how good your prices may be.
Ordered on a Sunday, received a phone call on the following day saying that they were out of stock, but the item would be with me by the following Friday, it actually arrived on the Thursday, for which I was forewarned, so excellent price and service. Small mistake with discount quickly sorted out.
