Ordered on a Sunday, received a phone call on the following day saying that they were out of stock, but the item would be with me by the following Friday, it actually arrived on the Thursday, for which I was forewarned, so excellent price and service. Small mistake with discount quickly sorted out.
Have no complaints about the service or products this company provides. Quick dispatch, unfortunately I no longer wanted the product once it was delivered but it was no problem for them to accept a return. Simply emailed me a form to fill out and the address to send it back to.
After ordering my new Yamaha amp I was contacted by exceptional av to be told that it was currently out of stock in silver, although obviously dissapointed they said it would be a couple of days,and I was given the opportunity to cancel or wait,I waited . And true to their word it arrived two days later,and I love it. What impressed me was that exceptional av kept in contact with me by phone every step of the way,good old fashioned customer service is still out there!
Not impressed when I ordered my Teac 500 only to find when they had taken my money that the item was out of stock. After a couple of email exchanges was sent an invoice with the eta omitted. One deadline missed and I almost cancelled (if I wasn't desperate for an HiFi I would have done) Second delivery date was achieved, but my frustration could have been avoided if they had admitted they did not have the stock before I paid.
I'm very happy with the service I received. I ordered some Bose Bluetooth headphones, they were a great price and arrived within a couple of days even though I opted for the free delivery service. Highly recommended!!!
Placed my order on the website and waited. Within 24 hours I was contacted by email and phone to be told one of items was unavailable. I was offered an alternative with such as good deal I couldn't refuse . Items arrived 24 hours later. Couldn't be happier with service and delivery. Absolutely recommended!!!!
I asked for help at 2.30pm Friday 28th March. I explained that I am in my mid seventies with hearing problems. I wanted to purchase a soundbar but did not want to spend more than £200. It was suggested that the best one for me was the Wharfdale Vista100. This was priced at less than £150. The unit was delivered by 10 am on Monday. The product is firstclass and fills all my needs. The company is also firstclass and I would recommend both to you.
