We were advised 14 days for two amps. This is a little too long but they were split delivered with the second one taking over three weeks. This should have been advised at point of order when we were advised 'around a week' - POOR. One amp developed a fault, this is down to Yamaha, but it took another four weeks to get a replacement. EVEN POORER. Good on the phone, quick to take the money slow on delivery and communication.
I purchased this item from Exceptional AV due to the fact that they were the only company which had these items in stock not only that extremley excellent prices as well. The staff was excellent when purchase in line they all seem to now their products i will be using this company again to purchasr audi equipment i would have give 10/10 but not enough stars.
The product was great, price very good but they initially sent the wrong colour. My email was answered almost immediately though and a courier sent to collect the incorrect item straight away and worked around my schedule. Would use them again.
My Denon system and Dali speakers arrived quickly. I phoned for advice on connection and got very helpful information. The system is fantastic quality. So glad I went for the Dali speakers. I'd been to an exclusive hi fi shop just before making this purchase and what I saw there was more than double the price and less than half as good. Now I would definitely look at Exceptional AV first when I am looking for any future purchases.
I recently ordered a Monitor Radius Series Audio Surround Speaker 5.1 system, where via phone interview found Sales adviser Andy Scaife to be very Knowledgeable and informative. I will place furthers order with Exceptional AV in the future.
Once on their web page it wasn't easy to choose for the good range of AV receivers I had been reading about. All of them organised well and better presented that other sites I'd come across. But for ease of ordering and speed of delivery,Exceptional AV proved themselves the best. Pretty well Perfect!
Nice people, very good service, I have a problem with the subwoofer which failed after 2 days, the unit has been returned and I am awaiting a replacement. They are out of stock but I am confident they are doing their best.
ordered online they were showing stock of my item so I ordered but the two days later received phone call to say it was out of stock and could not give a definite delivery date for my item it arrived one week later so not to bad overall
Speed of delivery was excellent, possibly due to the fact that the item was not packaged. Unfortunately this resulted in the original box being quite badly damaged but the contents were ok. I sent photos of damage to Exceptional AV with an email and received a very prompt reply saying they would forward my email to the shipping company. It is a shame that first class service is let down by packaging or lack of it.
My experience was one of ambivalence. Happy to have placed an order for very competitively priced goods and eager to receive them, yet mildly disappointed to feel short changed by the lack of information. I was initially sent a confirmation email stating that my order was received, and duly on its way in 3 to 5 working days, a following email stating when it would be dispatched to follow - happy enough. However, after 7 days ( allowing for the weekend ) and no dispatch details, I was beginning to wonder if my order was actually processed. Upon questioning the lack of information via an email, the response was, they were extremely sorry but part of my order was not in stock and and that a delivery was expected in the next few days - not so happy, but reasonable enough. My experience from this point on, though, was one of complete satisfaction. Regular updates and true to their word, my order was delivered three days later. To that end, I was very happy with my audio equipment, great value for money. All said, worth the wait and a good, efficient service provided.
