absolutely unacceptable

I received the good in a damaged unsealed box that was obviously not its original packaging. There was no answer to my phone calls neither there was a reply to my email. In my opinion this company is a health hazard to anyone purchasing a product from them.

Please accept our sincere apologies for not replying to your email sooner however unfortunately the first that we knew of your unhappiness with your product & packaging was when we were notified today that we had a new review on "Trustpilot". I have since managed to locate your email and I am sorry to say that it had lodged itself in our "Junk Box"

As a company we pride ourselves on customer service and talking to our customers as quickly as reasonably possible, I am very sorry we have fallen short on this with you, please do accept our apologies.

I am still trying to get to the bottom of this issue with our warehouse however do need the product and its packaging back to really understand what has gone on here. As soon as I have it back I will also be directly in touch with our supplier as there is a possibility that we received the item in this condition.

I can assure you that this is not normally the way we do business and that we have quality checks in place to see that products do not leave us if there is anything wrong with either the item or the packaging. In this instance your order has clearly fallen outside of these checks. Part of my job moving forward will be to see that this does not happen again.

We recommend that you return the item using a signed for delivery service, such as recorded delivery.

poor custome service

I contacted exclusively eve regarding how their packaging is done, in particular how discreet it is as I needed the item sent to my workplace, and never received a reply. I ended up going elswhere.

Customer service is a very high priority to us and we pride ourselves on our speed & efficiency of response to all communications. It would appear that your email has slipped through our net - a sincere apology to you.

All our parcels are despatched in a very discreet manner with no mention of company name or what may be contained within.
