Non existent aftersales service

This company do not give a monkey's once they have taken your money. Faulty goods and despite 4 emails to request return authorisation code as per their policy they have not even had the courtesy to acknowledge receipt of the complaint. Will now resort to dispute through credit card company....BUYERS BEWARE!!!

The first we heard from you was an email dated after close of business on Monday 20th January 2014, which we opened Tuesday 21st January. Unfortunately the online form you sent never reached us.

As a company we pride ourselves on customer service and talking to our customers as quickly as reasonably possible,in this instance replying to you early morning on Thursday, 23rd January. I am sorry that on this occasion we have fallen short of your expectation. We will surely strive to do better in the future.

I can assure you that this is not normally the way we do business, however we value all feedback as this informs us as to where and how we can improve our services.

As per our emails to you regarding the faulty item, we await its return for a full refund of the item value & postage value back to us.

What a Great Experience

Having trawled the internet to find the right price but also somewhere that looked, well not too sleezy and had all the hallmarks of an well established business, I came across Exclusively Eve - wwwexclusivelyeve.co.uk. I liked what I saw, the colours, the products and of course the prices and so immediately placed an order for the toy that I wanted. I places the order mid morning , on normal free shipping (over £30 item) and expected to receive the order within 2 ish days. My order to my pleasure and surprise arrived the very next day. Once I opened the brown padded jiffy bag, inside was my boxed product wrapped in crisp white tissue with a beautiful silver sticker, looked lovely. I was thrilled, so much so that I immediately wrote back to the company to tell them how pleased I was. I could not have been happier! I will definitely go back!

absolutely unacceptable

I received the good in a damaged unsealed box that was obviously not its original packaging. There was no answer to my phone calls neither there was a reply to my email. In my opinion this company is a health hazard to anyone purchasing a product from them.

Please accept our sincere apologies for not replying to your email sooner however unfortunately the first that we knew of your unhappiness with your product & packaging was when we were notified today that we had a new review on "Trustpilot". I have since managed to locate your email and I am sorry to say that it had lodged itself in our "Junk Box"

As a company we pride ourselves on customer service and talking to our customers as quickly as reasonably possible, I am very sorry we have fallen short on this with you, please do accept our apologies.

I am still trying to get to the bottom of this issue with our warehouse however do need the product and its packaging back to really understand what has gone on here. As soon as I have it back I will also be directly in touch with our supplier as there is a possibility that we received the item in this condition.

I can assure you that this is not normally the way we do business and that we have quality checks in place to see that products do not leave us if there is anything wrong with either the item or the packaging. In this instance your order has clearly fallen outside of these checks. Part of my job moving forward will be to see that this does not happen again.

We recommend that you return the item using a signed for delivery service, such as recorded delivery.

poor custome service

I contacted exclusively eve regarding how their packaging is done, in particular how discreet it is as I needed the item sent to my workplace, and never received a reply. I ended up going elswhere.
