Very good Service EXCELLENT!
Ordered ipad mini for my Daughter from PC World. Paid for it then was told it was out of stock, despite having confirmation. So I ordered from Execspot and it arrive 11am next day, excellent service. Best I have seen.

It's the Service that Counts
Anybody can sell you a piece of kit! What counts is the service. I bought a Crux Clamcase from ExecSpot. I ordered it in May this year. There were delays. But I never had to pester the company, who kept me informed all along as to what was the problem and when it was likely to be solved. When mine came it was faulty (well somebody had to get the Monday morning one). ExecSpot had it sorted in hours - no quibble. I would recommend this firm to anybody. Guy Mitchell (Liverpool)

Excellent service
Bought a Pong iPad case from ExecSpot because of their next day delivery (although it arrived Monday as I ordered on Friday). Arrived to the hour stated for delivery, quality item, would recommend.

Fantastic customer service!
I purchased an IPad case but it did not work correctly so they immediately replaced it with another. unfortunately this did not work either. This was due to an issue with the new design of the product not working corretly with the New IPad. Not only was it collected again very quickly but they also sent me a small gift by way of an appologie. I have since purchased front and back protectos for the iPad and these have been sent very quickly too. Any emails are answered usually the same hour\ day.

Having searched for hours for the right ipad cover,i came across Execspot.com and after some initial confusion my problems were solved.
My e-mails were answered swiftly and contained all the information i required before making a purchase.
From initial enquiry right through to actual delivery i was kept informed of my order status via e-mail throughout the whole process, despatch date, delivery date etc. etc. Well done Execspot.com. 1st class all the way.

Quick outstanding service.

Having made a purchase from the website direct, I was surprised when my order was not delivered in the specified time scale, I contacted Execspot.com and spoke with a chap called Neil who was excellent, apologetic and showed genuine concern, resent my item with a freebie!
So I was very pleased indeed, bookmarked the company and will use them again for sure!

Superb shopping experience
I purchased the Adonit Writer Plus ipad keyboard case (which is a fantastic product by the way) from Execspot.com on 16-04-12.
I received an order confirmation instantly, letting me know that the product would be with me the following day and giving me tracking details for the courier.
I was told down to the hour when the product would be delivered - and that is exactly how it happened.
Superb, product, superb customer service and superb delivery.

Outstanding Company first class Service
The Wrapsol Cover for my iPad 3 arrived promptly. I was unsure on how to apply the Screen film protector, but after a quick call to ExecSpot I was given the guidance I required. Unfortunately I still managed to get it wrong and damaged the cover slightly. Silly me!! I called to buy another one and as a gesture of goodwill they agreed to send me a replacement FREE . At last an internet based retailer with outstanding customer service. Very impressed with product but even more impressed with ExecSpot.com. Many thanks again Patrick and Neil.

Very impressed.
I am very pleased with the item ( Adonit Jot Pro Stylus), and couldn't believe how quickly it came, and I was able to track the parcel up until the last hour, which enabled me to go out and come back in time to sign for it. And then try it out straight away.

Reallllly quick !! Will order again for sure
I was looking for the new Adonit Flip and as it's new and I live in Austria, I was ready to wait for loooong weeks.
Then I saw it on ExecSpot, the price was good, and it says "shipped the next day in Europe" I tell myself... Tomorrow my ass :)
Well this was yesterday, and today at 11am, a guy from TNT ringed at my door ! Amaizingly quick !

Basically ordered and it arrived...
I ordered on Monday and received it on Tuesday, and I live in Sweden (they ship from the UK) so it is basically unheard of. The shipping was £8 so not cheap, but now knowing that it arrives in "24hr" I don't feel overcharged per se.
