30 day returns - even on faulty items. What a joke
I purchased a mobile phone & seperate power supply from Expansys in early December as a Christmas present for my son. The power supply blew yesterday so I called Expansys to discuss replacement - no chance as it's outside of their 30 day window. I tried to argue that in effect the product (their own brand) had been used for less than 30 days but they weren't shifting from their 'company policy' stance. I asked what the answer would've been if it had been the phone that'd blown - same answer - it has to be within 30 days of purchase for them to consider offering replacement. Makes you wonder why??? I shan't be buying a replacement power supply from them I'll go somewhere with good cusmtoner services.
