eXpansys are awful. I took part in the Samsung Trade-up offer, sent off my phone mid-February, and got a tablet. that bit was fine, but the tablet was faulty and wouldn't charge above 63%. So i sent it back to eXpansys and they said they would test it, if there was no fault it would get sent back, if there was a fault it would be replaced. weeks passed and i had heard nothing from them at all. so I phoned them, only to be told that there was no more tablets in stock, so i asked for my phone back. they told me that this could not be done, so they would contact their product manager and contact me back in 2 days, which didn't happen. so i phoned the again. they said the product manager had not replied to them, so they would try again and i would be called back in 2 days. still no response, so i phoned them yet again. i was told that they were trying to organise for a tablet to be sent out to me. a week went by and i had heard nothing, so i called them up again. again i was told that the product manager had not responded to communications, so the person on the phone said he would contact the manager or the samsung trade-up, and i was put on hold for 5 minutes. then i was told that he was eating at the moment and would phone me back in three hours because they wanted to send my phone back to me, which previously i had been told was not an option because they no longer had the phone. so now i am waiting to be phoned back today. on top of all this, i have sent them over 10 emails, none have got a response, or even an acknowledgement of the email. this is ridiculous, i just want the tablet, and they are being lazy and lying to me.
