Poor communication Re: out of stock items but all delivered 100% in the end.

Our order was placed on the 25th March, the goods were delivered on 12th April, and there were some major paper work errors which could have been quite serious, there was very poor communication in respect of out of stock items, but when we eventually received the goods they were 100% correct as per order, We would buy from Expert Electrical again but next time we will allow more time for delivery.

Good seller and prompt service

Relay/contactors ordered with bases at a fraction of the cost the wholesalers wanted.
Received them quicker than the wholesalers could deliver them, only needed two but at this price brought six (four for stock), great service that makes a change in todays world.

Good website, prompt and efficient service

I place an order last week and the checkout didnt work, but phoned Expert Electrical and the issue was dealt with efficiently. My order arrived as promised the following day. I will definately deal with them again

great online electrical company

i live in ireland and searched everywhere for a 1 amp and 2 amp breakers and they are not to be found,but i found them on expert electrical and they sent them to me within a few days at a great price.

Expert works well

Found to be very helpful. Usually have everything you'll need.
Prices are pretty much on the ball for all items I've purchased in the past. Only had a few minor problems and they have always been resolved to my satisfaction.
No hesitation in recommending them.

Just what I wanted

It's a long time since I purchased this item, but It was just what i wanted. I needed to make some small modifcation, but otherwise it does the job.If I need something similar in the future I will be shore to look at there site first.
