TERRIBLE ABSOLUTE TERRIBLE

I have a paper licence of which is presently in my mothers address due to moving.
I sent it off via email and kept getting text and email messages stating that I need to send my licence. After contacting them via email asking why I received a BLANK email reply. Totally BLANK. Then I called them of which then decided to tell me that my driving licence needed to be a photo card licence. I then stated that I will get this done immediately yet average time for DVLA is 3 weeks before I get this back. YET they then stated they will NOT extend the time it is need by. ALSO THEY WILL CANCEL MY INSURANCE WITH CHARGES. Today I received a letter stating there will be a £15 admin charge if the licence is not received within 5 days of the date of the letter.

THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL WASTE OF SPACE AND TIME. RIP OF B/-\$T/-\RD$

Probably the worst insurance company! Save yourself!

Do you want an insurance company that rips you off and fails to deliver on any of its promises and then blames other associated companies when things go wrong?! Then this is the company for you! Incompetent at dealing with enquiries, administration, billing, breakdown cover (enjoy being left stranded), complaints, customer service... its probably best just to say "stay well clear"...
