Payment taken then advised no stock available
1) Urgent requirement.
2) Web advised stock available.
3) Purchased the goods at over £900 + paid by credit card.
4) Received notification the next day no stock available.
5) Refund required.
6) Goods ordered elsewhere & shipped same day.
Poor experience & will use in future as secondary supplier

Exceptional service
I needed my ladders delivered quickly so rang the company as there was no option for express delivery on the online order form. A very helpful gentleman first checked stock then rang me back to confirm that they could offer next day delivery ( naturally at an extra cost). Ladders duly arrived next day - excellent product with excellent service.

Could have been better
I bought some steps which were good quality at an unbeatable price. Comms was generally good but I had no means of tracking the delivery and consequently I was out when the delivery man called. I had to ring the delivery firm to arrange another date.

Friendly, helpful service and competitive prices
Excellent customer service - tracked down the last remaining stock of the ladder I was after and was extremely thorough and helpful, including making sure that my things were all delivered on the best day for me and turned up exactly when promised. Items were high quality so not cheap, but the prices compared very well with their competitors, plus went the extra mile - unlike other places who didn't care enough to check the stock availability properly.

Lead times and stock availability not made clear on website
Disappointed to learn that after paying for the item, it was was not available for 2 weeks. Should be notified of lead time and/or availability on website prior to paying for the product.

I would like to say in our defense that in this case the manufacturers were out of stock and we sent you an email shortly after receiving your order to say that the steps would take 12 to 14 days and gave you the option to cancel your order. You replied " Thanks for letting me know. 12 to 14 days delivery time will be fine.

Excellent service, easy to use and informative website.

Good product very keen price but unfortunately quite some delay in receiving the tools.
I only have the one experience and so it is a minimal sample. The goods when they arrived were of a good quality and the price was as good as anywhere. Unfortunately I experienced quite a long delay before the goods arrived.
