Prompt & Excellent Service
I was really impressed with the prompt and efficient service Extera provided. I choose them because the price was right and they quoted a next day delivery. True to their word my goods arrived the following day excellent! I was also impressed that the P&P charged was inline with actually charges, so no attempting to make extra profit in the carriage charges.

I ordered a telephone headset from Extera Direct without any previous knowledge, I could not have asked for better service,they even rang me as I had forgot to order the extra part and the lady on the phone was so helpful and pleasant.
The delivery was quick and efficient too and within 3 days of placing my order I am using my headset.
I will certainly order again from Extera if I need anything they can provide me with.

Great Service
Even though my credit card was flagged as a possible fraudulent transaction (Bloody rubbish HSBC validation - I actually bank with them), not exteradirect's fault, they still managed to deliver the goods.
Only criticism I have, like far too many businesses (and private individuals come to that), they insist on sending HTML emails, such things being a major security risk.

One of the best online stores
Wishing to buy a Plantronic M1100 bluetooth headset and knowing that hygiene comes first with buying something like that (they have to be tried for fit) I sent an e-mail explaining that I had a hygienic way of doing this. Imagine my surprise when I got a telephone call from Extera and discussed this with a representative. The outcome was that I ordered the said headset on Friday afternoon and it was delivered the following Monday morning. Not only was I impressed with the service I received but the headset is the best one I have ever used. This firm (and the young lady receptionist) deserve more than just five stars and I shall know where to go next time for first class service!!

One of the friendliest and most efficient companies I have dealt with.
I first rang Extera Direct after trying in vain to find a phone which met all my particular requirements. When I spoke to the lady she asked me exactly what features I needed (there were several specific requirements) and after only a few minutes she had come up with four phones which seemed to meet all my requirements and once I had checked them out myself on their site I plumped for one but had to call back to double check several more things.
I actually started to feel a little embarrassed because I felt I was being a bit of a nuisance but everything I asked was met by a friendly “no problem – we want to make sure you get the right thing”. This poor lady then went to the trouble of clarifying a couple of points with the manufacturers and then ringing me back with their responses. She went to no end of trouble to help me get what I wanted and it arrived the next day.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Extera Direct to my friends and would use them again myself (although with the 12 year guarantee provided with the phone I bought I suspect it won’t be for some time).
Thank you Extera Direct and in particular Elaine. When I say “it was a pleasure doing business with you”, I really do mean it!

Fair prices, fast shipment, but failed on basic addressing (no name - expensive item)
Best online description of the product and good prices (close enough to the lowest to buy anyway). In stock, fast shipping and clear communication. Unfortunately failed to address the item with the name provided when ordering (put 'goods in') - unacceptable as I only knew about arrival after a delayed period and multiple intra office emails to discover the owner of the parcel. Also, it was a tough decision to buy here as there was not the same 'peace of mind' no quibble return (without stocking charge) offered elsewhere at the same or lower prices... Risked it as they had stock. Pleased in some aspects, very disappointed in others but would recommend... If no one is likely to run off with your unnamed parcel!

Excellent service
We recently purchased a licence for the BCM console from Itel Business Solutions. We had some initial problems installing and using this software but the helpdesk at Itel resolved these issues within minutes. The software is now in daily use and works perfectly.
Best of all it is good to know that if things do go wrong again help is at hand from the extremely helpful helpdesk at Itel.
