I used another website before which is run by internet fusion as they also have extremepie as their website but might be different people managing these two sites because it was totally different two experiences ...

Brilliant shopping all round
Purchased Sunday, received goods Tuesday morning. Very good quality product at an amazing price, with free delivery via royal mail. The ends fit tightly into my Sony products. Strong braided cable with surprising amount of flex. Would not hesitate to recommend or purchase from again.

I ordered a few bits from this site as I typed in to google a search and it came up with the extreme pie web link I was happy to find a better alternative to what I was first looking for once I easily ordered up the products they were in here in no time! Used be great... not sure now!
I ordered some trainers and a cap, paid for speedy delivery as really wanted the trainers for my holiday.
Received my invoice, awaited delivery. Then received another invoice, I presumed it was just a VAT receipt. Delivery arrived promptly but was just the cap. Looked at my invoices and noticed I had been credited with the trainers money back. Ideally a seperate emai telling me why the trainers money had been returned would have been great as the cap was just an added extra and so i paid for speedy delivery on something that I didnt necessarily need quickly.
Used Extremepie alot over the years and will use once more but if any probs then will probably avoid.

Great Service
I ordered Oakley ski goggles and extra lenses from extremepie as they were cheaper than anywhere else. And let me tell you I'd hunted all over the internet!
My order was acknowledged within minutes, the invoice email arrived 48 hours later, quickly followed by the delivery information email and the actual goggles arrived two days later. Perfect service - done and dusted in four days and I was kept informed at every stage.
Oops nearly forgot the goggles are lovely - roll on the next ski season!

My item arrived very quickly, although it was not packaged very well, the polythene it was wrapped in was open at one end.

Extremely satified
I ordered a pair of Converse All Stars Chuck Taylor Hi Shoes - Red from Extreme pie for my grand-daughters birthday....I hoped that they would arrive in time because I had left it quite late, no need to have worried received conformation e-mail straight away, next day another e-mail to say they had been despatched...following day delivered ...great service and communication.
Thanks to all concerned, will definately look to Extreme pie again in the future

Nice Dress
I bought a dress for the summer, very nice and quality material, it took a while to deliver but probably not their fault as it had been shipped the next day, or at least so they said, the price was decent though I think I could have saved had I shopped around a bit more, but happy in the end.
