Ordered frames, recieved in 10 days (in Denmark), received regular updates on my order (and contacted them with some questions after ordering and had answers within an hour). Unfortunatly the frames broke (manufacturing fault) so I had to contact eyewearbrands again. The service I received was exemplary. We disagreed on a few points to start with, but all the time they answered quickly, respectful and I never felt the fear of being ignored that you can sometimes get with online stores. It didn't take long to settle all questions and I feel taken very good care of. Highly recommended!
Placed order for glasses over a month ago, didn't receive anything. Had to chase them up to find out the frames were out of stock. They could have emailed me to let me know this! Exchanged frames and yet to hear from them. No glasses through the post, no update on them and really slow and non existent service.
I will not be using again!
I have ordered a few pairs of glasses/sunglasses from Eyewearbands now and have never been disappointed. The service is outstanding from the very beginning, the glasses usually have taken up to a week to arrive and I have been kept informed through the whole process. Designer glasses at very affordable prices, can’t complain!! Very happy customer :) :)

Ordered my prescription glasses from eyewearbrands. Did the administrative process as quickly as possible, getting the PD and took a photo of my prescription as soon as i could.
I was told by the service personnel that my glasses would be done in 7-10 working days. I understood that they had to ship my frames from Italy, therefore it would take the longer stipulated time.
Consistently checked my account to know the whereabouts of said prescription glasses, but to no avail.
Had to call them up not only once, but thrice to know specifically what had happened to my glasses. Was told on the last phone call that I would be getting a call back from them but instead received an apologetic email, as apologetic as it sounded, I had to do the footwork to know where my glasses were, the onus should be on eyewearbrands towards the customer. Not vice versa.
The last time I'll be ordering from eyewearbrands if no action is taken.
I ordered two pairs of Jimmy Choo glasses and was told one would not be in stock till after Christmas. Fair enough I replied, but what about the other pair? A week later they responded to my email asking if I wanted the other pair. Odd question since I had been chasing them on it. I emailed back saying YES I WANT THE OTHER PAIR! A week alter they email saying 'will be sent asap.' I hear nothing so I email, my email is ignored. Two days later I call back and the woman I speak to is really rude and seems quite baffled as to why I'm asking for a response to me email Apparently, they aim to only respond to emails in 7 days and think that is quite reasonable. Further they couldn't explain where my order was. I'm still waiting for a response.

It took only 7 days since the day I make the order till I receive the package to Finland! The price is very good, service is great as well. They helped me confirm the prescription carefully and Order status is updated frequently so customer knows which step the glasses are at each time. If there's one thing that I could complaint it must be the delivery. The package was suppose to be delivered to my door told by the Eyewearbrands' staff, instead, the post asked me to pick it up from the local office saying that this package is not marked for home delivery. However, this is a very little part of the purchase and also might be post office's problem, so I would still recommend the website to everyone!

First time I have gone online for prescription glasses, but I shall do so again.Eyewearbrands are a great company to deal with giving professional prescription advice and producing designer frames and lenses at value for money prices. I shall definitely recommend them.
After having lenses installed, my glasses frame had become too loose and unfortunately it could not be manually adjusted.
I contacted www.eyewearbrands.com who resolved the issue quickly, fairly and without any fuss.
Particular mention should go to Rebecca who handled the whole situation very smoothly.

Had a few queries regarding my order, phoned and got the "no problem" answers I was looking for. Then forgot to ask for a VAT receipt - emailed and got a reply within an hour and it was sent out that day, as promised. Brilliant service.
I have previously ordered glasses with them and I did not like the product and so they refunded straightaway, then finally I ordered pair of glasses that I have tried some retail shops, and ordered from eyewear brands of a fraction of the price!
I am very competitive buyer and I find eyewear brand prices are unbeatable, than other online glasses shop, reason is other shops has hidden cost when you want to a anti reflection coating, where on eyewear rands anti glare/anti reflection and anti scratch comes as standard

This is the first time i have had to wear reading glasses and i wanted Persol which are rare to find in opticians. i was very pleased to see so many options and cannot fault the whole process. I dealt with a guy called Marcus who was incredibly helpful. Although i expected them to take a while especially with a prescription, they were waiting for me when i arrived home from a holiday. Incredibly safe and secure mailing and the glasses are great. I am sure even if i did have a problem it would have been solved in no time at all. If you have any reservations - give them a call- the staff are fantastic! I wish all the best for this company in the future because they are obviously doing something right! I shall certainly recommend them to friends and family!
I rang Eyewearbrands prior to ordering a pair of Ray Bans as I was anxious that they be delivered quickly. I explained that I was going on holiday in 7 days time and needed the sunglasses as a present for our grand daughter. The order acceptance and processing procedure was explained to me and I was assured my order would be delivered within my timescales. I therefore placed my order on Saturday afternoon and received it on Tuesday morning by special delivery - as promised. During our discussions, I also queried the different sizes (55, 62, 68) and formed a better opinion of the size I needed. All done in a most friendly manner and without feeling I was imposing on their busy time. I am delighted with the product and with the service provided. Absolutely faultless.
I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I placed an order for some Oakley prescription glasses on the afternoon of Wednesday 24th July, and they were delivered to me on Monday 29th July (in fact they could've been delivered on Saturday had I not given my work address for delivery!). The progress of the order was constantly updated on the website, and I couldn't believe how quickly everything moved. And best of all I've just paid half the price that Vision Express wanted me to pay for the same frames - bargain!
Eyewearbrands gave fantastic customer service. They answered my questions regarding where the Rayban glasses are sourced (some are from China) and they informed me all their Rayban frames are from Italy (which have a much better build quality). I really wanted my new glasses before I went on holiday and even though they do state it takes 7-10 days they managed to get them to me in half the time, and so I get to take them on holiday with me. They also made sure my prescription was totally accurate before fitting the lenses and always replied to emails very quickly. You receive emails at each step in the process so you know how your glasses are coming along, and they also use royal mail special delivery so that you can continue to track your order once posted. Great bunch of people and I would (and will) recommend them to anyone who is in the market for some quality glasses.
Ordered Rayban Polarised Aviators with Eyewearbrands on a Friday and emailed them asking when I would expect them to be delivered as I wanted to gift them to someone on Wednesday. Was told that I should expect them the following week Tuesday (11 days). Would have been late for a gift but partly due to my fault of ordering late. Received an email on Wednesday notifying me they would be delivered on Thursday (Earlier than expected and within a week). Was notified all the way through with the order which is great.
Only downside is that the sunglasses have minor denting where the screw to adjust the temple/ear piece on the right ear is, looks like an effort to adjust it was made and that side ear piece opening is more loose than the left side. Would expect it to be dent free, but I cannot be bothered to return or exchange it as I'm already late to give the gift and the return would cost me money and time to send back.
Having seen a nice pair of Prada glasses in House of Fraser, I found the exact same pair on Eyewearbrands at £50.00 cheaper! Was a bit sceptical about this, but went ahead and placed my order on 12th July 2013.
The glasses arrived on Tuesday 16th July and are absolutely perfect.

I ordered a pair of sunglasses shortly before I went away on holiday and was concerned they wouldn't make it to me in time. I emailed the customer services team and asked for their help to ensure I would receive them before I went away. The next day I received a call from Rebecca who advised me she had chased up the order for me and marked the item as a priority. I was impressed by her taking the time to call me and update me, an email confirming our conversation followed shortly after. Needless to say I was delighted to receive my sunglasses the very next day. Less than three days in total after placing my order it had arrived. I cant recommend Eyewearbrands enough!
Its not easy to buy glasses online as you need to know all measurements and cant try them on...i need to admit that eyewearbrands have the best customer service! All questions answered quickly (and i had a lot), issues solved with no time. Also been to the store and again got all help and support i needed! Thank you will shop again. This was the first time I'd ordered prescription glasses / sunglasses online so I was a little nervous about doing so. When I initially called and spoke to somebody she was very helpful in making sure I chose the right options for tint's, colours and thickness of lens etc. From point of order to arrival it took just over 7 days and the glasses are perfect.
I'd definitely use this service again!
Ordered my prescription Ray-ban Wayfarers on Wednesday morning , they arrived Saturday morning. Well impressed with service and quality of the glasses. Kept up to date with emails on the progress of the sunglasses during the week and notified when dispatched.
Ordered my first pair of Ray Bans. Waited excitedly. After a week I contacted them via Twitter to ask why my order was still 'processing' and was told to wait the 7-10 working days. Two weeks past and it was still processing so contacted them via Facebook this time. Here I was told they had tried to contact me ( no emails received even in the junk folder ) and that my item wouldn't be available for over a month. Was very disappointed so ordered elsewhere and they arrived very quickly. A couple of weeks ago I thought ild purchase a new pair. The only place I could find the glasses I wanted at a reasonable price was here so thought ild give them a second chance. Shouldn't have bothered. Over a week past and the order was still processing so got in touch on Facebook where I was told someone would be in touch shortly. No one contacted me so I rang them to be told the glasses I wanted were discontinued. Another two weeks wasted. Definitely wont be giving them a third chance and would not recommend to anyone. A great lack of communication. Now got to wait for another refund to process because they let you order glasses which aren't in stock and take the money from your account there and then.
Cannot give 5 stars jet because I only ordered once. My Chanel sunglasses were beautiful, furthermore, they were on sale for unbeatable price. Came carefully packed and in relatively short time.
I had my eyes set on some other beautiful Chanel frames as I am a big fan of them. Unpleasant surprise came when I notice they are not retailing them anymore. That was really sad news to me. I wrote to Eyewear Brands Facebook page about this but I didn't receive any answers - another poke in an eye.
But all of this doesn't stop me from wanting to shop with them once more. They still have the best looking frames for the best prices. What's not to love. Only wish for more Chanel in my collection.

My first purchase was a pair of RayBan sunglasses at half the price they are on the high street. My second order was more complicated because it had a prescription but the service I received from the Rebecca and Marcus at Eyewearbrands was fantastic. They sourced a frame for me that they initially didn't stock and even though I changed my mind about the choice of frames they remained courteous and helpful throughout. My prescription glasses were ordered late on a Tuesday afternoon and arrived first class signed for delivery on Saturday morning. In addition to great prices and service the signed for delivery was free and tracked. I was sceptical about ordering my prescription glasses online and had looked online at other companies offering discount glasses but none of them gave me the confidence that Eyewearbrands did. They are professional and I would definately recommend them!
im ordering chanel glassess that I have been wanting for so long, ive been thinking to buy it but wanting to be a good deal. and I came across this website and straight away order. after ordered apparently the one that I buy doesnt have any stock so they recommend another one which I more like then the one before.And it arrives fast but low light some of the email was respons a bit long and even I try to contact the number in the website no answer. But all of the suspicious thinking all gone when I received my package it was original brand new and the most important this its below the market price. Ordered a pair of Versace glasses for less than half the price in the high street. Accuracy of the prescription was on point and delivery was very quick. Next day signed delivery for 'free' delivery is very good.

I had looked at Specsavers and other High St opticians but found the prices didn't represent good value and the service at most is not good, often they want you to have what they like and not what you are looking for. Ideally I would have liked a pair of vari-focal glasses, but as I have never tried them I didn't want to risk ordering them to find out I couldn't get on with them. So I ordered a pair of reading glasses in a Ray Ban frame. Initially I was informed that the frame was out of stock and that it might take a few weeks to get the frame. I decided it was the frame I wanted and to wait until it came into stock. Then after only a week I was informed again that they had sourced the frame and the lenses, followed by another email to say they had been despatched. I am so pleased with the glasses and they are exactly what I wanted. I cannot praise Eyewear brands enough and would recommend them to anyone, they go that one step further to make their service smarter, and it puts them ahead of the competition.
I used to shop on the High St and was very reluctant to try online, but after ordering my Ray Bans at less than half the price of those in Specsavers / Optical Express, I am very happy with the quality, speed of delivery and accuracy of prescription. Glasses were out of stock, so they ordered them in and despite a Bank Holiday weekend I still got them within a week or so. Bravo.
I ordered a pair of Tiffany and co Glasses from eyewearbrands. At first I was informed that the frame is out of stock and there will be a delay of dispatch on it. After a few weeks, I was told the frame was still in processing. And the website gave me 10% discount in compensate of long waiting time.And they did dispatch the frame ASAP. When I received the frame, I feel that it is absolutely worth to wait. The frame is just so brilliant, and just nice to fit my eyesight. They are very comfortable and I can't wait to wear them. The glasses come with the original Tiffany cloth,Tiffany blue case and even the Tiffany shopping bag. It is really a ready gift. Will definately be purchasing my next pair of glasses from there.
I ordered some sunglasses at about 1/4 of the price I can get them for here in Australia. I received them in about 8 days with extremely cheap postage! I had one email enquiry while I was waiting for them to arrive and it was answered within hours. The service, postage time and product are all fantastic. Thanks guys
Great that they have so many positive reviews but as a company you are judged on how you handle things that have gone wrong. To me this is where an improvement needs to be made. Prices are great, the item is great, no knocking that whatsoever. However, I was obviously forgotten about (whether this was human error or computer error who knows). I'd waited 11 days and still not heard anything, I sent an email and a facebook message and all of a sudden the next day I'd got an email update saying glasses have been sent out. The reply on facebook was just 'glad you've now heard something' and I got no reply to the email I sent. Also, I never received the cleaning cloth with my glasses so I went back to facebook to put this (as I know this is monitored regularly) and found that my original post I'd put on only a few days previously had been deleted. Now, I know its their page but its a bit misleading to delete anything that is construed as negative. The company I work for leave these things on to show to their customers (and prospective ones) how they deal with customer issues. After all, all companies face this at some point. I would buy from them again because the end product is good, it didn't really bother me that I was some how forgotten about it just bothered me with how my issue was responded to.
