Less than half of retail price!

I could not be happier with my Prada glasses! I almost pulled the trigger at my eye doctor, but decided to wait...and I'm glad I did!! I paid less that half of what I could have, and the glasses are exactly the same as I would have ordered! I won't ever pay retail again!

Huge range of glasses to choose from, especially sunglasses, which I ordered, and my order was received extremely quickly.
Customer service were also a breeze to deal with, addressing a query that I had almost immediately.
Can't imagine prescription glasses would be anything less that the same brilliant service.

Amazing Glasses

Approached eyewearbrands with a quite complicated prescription that i have had issues with in the past, their helpful team advised and explained the best options and guided me through all the steps, very soon after, ended up with an excellent pair of glasses that I am over the moon with. Couldn't have had a better experience.

After looking round the highstreet opticians, I found the glasses to be really expensive, so I went online to see if I could find them any cheaper and came across eyewearbrands.com. The look of the site was excellent and found shopping for what I wanted very easy. They had my glasses in stock and for £60 cheaper than my local opticians! Delivery only took 4 days and I absolutely love them! I'll definitely shop with them again and recommend them to anyone.

The ordering screen for perscription dark glasses was confusing. They have since changed it, but it's worth the time to click on all the links to be sure you are clear on what you are ordering.

From the moment I set eyes on my glasses I knew I wanted them. I had seen them on the high street for more than double the price so I decided to do some online bargain hunting, that is when I came across eyewearbrands. I wasn't sure at first but decided to go for it after reading all the great reviews. Once I had ordered my glasses I received regular updates on the progress of my order from the initial confirmation email, to sourcing my lenses, to my order being dispatched. The online status checker is really good as well as you can keep updated on the progress in more detail. Also, I got text messages from yodel delivery service to let me know that my order was out for delivery and a confirmation text once it had actually been delivered. I ordered my glasses on Saturday night and reieved them on Wednesday afternoon. I couldn't have asked for better service. I will definitely be recommending this site and purchasing from here again!!!!!!

Fantastic collection - 5 Star customer service

I was skeptical at first about buying prescription glasses online, especially as it was my first time having to wear glasses. The prices seemed too good to be true. Usually this would mean they ARE too good to be true, but not in this case.
Eyewear Brands offers a huge selection of trendy glasses at incredible prices. I do have some bad points I'd like to mention about this company though. Two things I ordered were out of stock or discontinued, leaving me to pick another pair. EyewearBrands need to have better communication with their suppliers.
The most impressive part of this company is the staff. They are a real credit to the company and are so helpful and 'human', explaining prescription and glasses lingo.
Buying glasses from my high street opticians would have cost me £130 minimum for one pair that I liked, I got a very similar designer pair for £60. Just as good, just as precise a prescription. They are professional opticians, do not doubt that!

A few months ago I decided to get myself some prescription sunnies as I had been told I had to wear glasses full time and I cannot stand to be in the sun without sunglasses. As these were going to be somewhat pricey I thought I might as well treat myself to some Ray-Ban's for the first time!

I discovered Vision Direct's several websites one of which is eyewearbrands. They were doing the best offer to suit my needs and I chose some fantastic frames.

The collection is amazing and this would give the site 5 stars but unfortunately 3 weeks later my frames turned up and there were tiny hairline cracks in the frame and you could clearly see the lenses did not fit the frames. I sent them back and 3 weeks later received another pair, yet again a tiny crack but this time it was even more obvious the lense didn't fit in one side as it was bowing badly. I took these to show my optician and they said the lenses were 'underglazed'. So I sent them back and also decided to choose another frame.

Unfortunately these were out of stock and I was not prepared to wait as by now the weather was lovely and I was desperate for some sunnies! The customer service advisor told me she would overlook the next order and check them herself before sending them out to me so I stuck with the original frames and 3 weeks later I received my THIRD pair, this time with no faults. They are gorgeous and my friends have been impressed. But really, I waited 3 months for a pair of sunnies I should have had in 3 weeks.

The customer service was impeccable. I was mostly in touch with Hannah and Sara and they were lovely. I also got reimbursed for the postage of sending 2 pairs back. So it is such a shame that I have to rate this company so low purely because of the ridiculously long wait because their lab technician(s) clearly need to go back to college.

However, if you are buying non prescription I am sure you will have a wonderful experience and get a real bargain. £98 for a pair of ray-bans is a beaut but I would be a little scared to buy prescription from them again. I would buy normal frames from them in future when I have contact lenses.

I originally gave them quite a harsh 2 stars but in their defence it was just one area that let them down so instead I have amended this to 4 but this is purely for their customer service and range of frames. I hope their technicians are more careful in future :-)

Never again will i buy on the high street. I went to my local opticians two years ago, waited 10 days for my glasses and paid twice as much! With these guys I made the order in 5 minutes, the glasses arrived 3 working days later.

Super Speedy Service

Brilliant! Never used Eyewearbrands before, I have always gone to the high street so was a bit dubious. I had nothing to worry about, picked my frames for a pair of glasses and sunnies, entered my prescription and ordered (at a rediculously cheap price). Hey presto! 5, yes 5 days later my glasses are in my hands, the lenses are sweet, better than Boots, very happy customer!

I would have given more than 5 stars but apparently that's the most i can give. Apart from the product which are exceptionally good with the cheapest price you can get on the market, it is also worth mentioning the superb customer service. Due to my own error, I have exchange the first ordered I have placed and chose a new one. The customer agents did not even asked me why, they offered me immediately with a replacement and i chose a bit expensive than previously ordered and the did not even asked me to pay for the excess as they say it was a good gesture, and it was indeed.. I would recommend this company to anyone who looks for a high end glasses and the cheapest price. Very suitable for those who are having difficulty in this economic situation..

Just Amazingly Brilliant

I am returning customer of Eyewearbrands because I had a great experience with them the first time I ordered my specs from last year. I wasn't expecting anything great than what is usual service from an internet site because I knew what to expect. But I was surprised and very delighted that an amazing and commendable service still exists in this saturated market of internet shopping.

My expectations have been surpassed with tremedously helpful staff. They are always ready to answer any questions and does not give any promise they can't keep.

My kudos to all the staff for a job very well done!!

They went the extra mile, very helpful

I made a mistake, and ordered the wrong frames for my Rayban reading glasses. This was my mistake, so I called them up (they're on the phone as well, very handy), explained what had happened, and they said just send them back and we'll change them. No extra charges for me, that was it, they arrived back with the frames I wanted in a few days.

They also talked me through the ordering process on the website while I filled out the prescription details in the boxes. A good service, very good in fact, which is why I'm taking the time to write this review because they made such an effort for me.

I'll definitely use them again for my next pair of glasses. They're good guys so I say give them a look and you won't be disappointed

I bought my glasses and they made a fine journey from England to Brazil. They were perfect at arrival and I had no problems with payment.

Simply Outstanding

I'm new to glasses having recently been diagnosed with shortsightedness. I tried on a pair of Hugo Boss frames in Vision Express, only to find that the price with prescription lenses was £300. I ventured onto the net and found Eyewearbrands.com. The frames with lenses came to £113.00. The company kept me updated on the progress of my order by email and when the item was dispatched, provided me with a tracking number. I received the item within 4 days. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

They are situated north-west of Manchester. The glasses arrived to Surrey in 1 day after dispatch. In perfect condition. Carefully packed.

The order was processed very quickly, I was updated at every new step of the process.
Questions were answered in less than a day.
The price for my designer glasses was about half the High Street price.
Next time I need some eye wear I wont look further.
