Great service and as a retail manager I know how important this is
I've been an Oakley collector for years, from my first pair of frog skins to my latest x-squared I buy Oakley as its a quality brand. The products I purchased from Eye wear outlet were of great quality and value. The service was superb and delivery was prompt. I will be using this company again.

Great Service
This was my first order and I was not disappointed. The service was very good, a couple of e-mailed questions answered very promptly.
Placed my order on a Tuesday afternoon and received my order the next day, and that was to Guernsey in the Channel Islands.
Oakley sunglasses are excellent as expected, not my first pair so I know the quality.
Would certainly recommend eyewearoutlet.co.uk and will very likely order from them again.

Great price and next day delivery - faultless
Ordered late in the afternoon, had an email within an hour to say that my item had been despatched, and it was delivered the next day.

Great advice and support, excellent service
Chose one style that didn't really suit my purpose but on speaking to Customer services I was able to select the right style and have it delivered next day to an alternate address. Fantastic customer service.

Great eye catching service
Received my sun glasses and they didn't suit my face , so telephoned and explained that I wanted to send them back and a really helpful member of staff explained easily what to do , I sent them back and the next day they had sent me another pair of sunglasses which did suit me this time , he helped me decide on the right style for my lifestyle , oakley necessity.... They are lovely thank you

DON'T SLEEP IN YOUR SHADES !
Prescription shades are perhaps the most useful thing I own.
Lifted them to the top of my head on a night out. A big night out. A very big night out.
Woke up my fabulous prescription oakleys smashed (as smashed as i was the night before). Frame was snapped - but lenses ok.
Great idea - just buy a new frame. Not as easy as it sounds - the design was three years old or so. Eyewear Outlet to the rescue. Website easy to find, and easy to use. Found my frame design in seconds. A quick trawl confimred good value and ordered in minutes. Delivered two or three days later.
On day two I sent email requesting update on delivery and received a reply next morning. Excellent customer service.

Where do i start ?

Just as I hoped and expect
Ordered the goods, they arrived very quickly and was informed when they were dispatched. Sadly a couple of the items didn't fit, so had to return, and if I have any criticism its that I would like to have had a quicker reply when asking for a returns reference (they replied the following day after sending the email at lunchtime, bit that's a minor niggle rather than a complaint.
