Great choice of picture frames from Ezeframe which you can view on their web site. You can even upload your picture and then see how the mount and frame go with it. Excellent delivery. Have bought from you before and have never been disappointed with both quality and delivery time.

fantastic product, fantastic service - will use again

Ezeframe from my investigations, have the best customised framing options on the internet market, and the website is really top marks - you can amend/alter your frame in terms of materials, colours (both for which there are many options), sizing etc at any step of the process, and the amendments will be updated in a diagram. Service was brilliant - my frame was delivered in superfast time, and well packaged. Very happy with the results. The only slight negative, I ordered a red painted wooden frame with a bright green mount - the mount was slightly off colour to the green displayed online. But it's gorgeous anyway so I don't mind.

Outstanding service!

I have ordered many canvas' from Ezeframe and they never fail to provide amazing quality products delivered to my door in record time. I first ordered a canvas last year and was very happy with the service and communication that Ezeframe provided. Then again this year I have ordered many more! I'd wholeheartedly recommend Ezeframe. I have been sending my artwork to Nick to frame for a few years and he has always been attentive, helpful, fast and expert, not to mention encouraging of my own work!
Nick runs a fantastic service, whether you want a little personal snap framed for yourself or a friend, or if you are looking for affordable, quality well-finished framing for larger pieces. There is no choice, I would, and do, travel out of my way to make sure I get my items framed at Zan Art (Ezeframe)

Hey Guys, just thought I would leave a review to commend you on the excellent service you provided. I purchased 10 frames which I presumed would be budget quality due to the low prices paid, however I was more than pleasantly suprised that the goods were top quality, and better than some frames I recently purchased from a local framer at much higher prices. The material used was very good quality as was the actual finish of the frames. The delivery was within 48 hours of placing the order and the courier delivered within the one hour window that was text messaged to me at 7am in the morning.

Just wanted to say a big thank you for the work you did for me. The 2 frames I ordered only a couple of days ago arrived this morning in perfect condition. I am extremely pleased and impressed with the high standard of frames - just what I had hoped for. This was the first time I've ordered frames online, and was a bit sceptical I have to admit, doubting that you'd match the quality of a local supplier I've used for many years. Great customer service and wide range of quality value for money products

I wanted a specific frame and mounting for a picture of great centimental value to me but like a lot of people hadn't really got the time to visit a tradional picture framing shop. I found the webisite very easy to use with a wide range of products and was able to find exactly what I had in mind. The ordering process was straight forward and my expectations were more than managed as my delivery arrived arguably quicker than I had anticipated. I'd certianly recommend Ezeframe and will use them again in the future.

I have ordered many times before from ezeframe, and have always found their frames to be reasonably priced and very good quality. the delivery times are very fast, and If I ever have any queries they are always happy to help me on the telephone

Terrible experience. Will never use again.

Delivered a faulty frame and after 3 months of extremely frustrating communication, refused to offer a refund. Sadly, this was probably the worst customer service experience I've ever had.

Hi Will,

Thanks for your feedback and the opportunity to respond to your comments.

Firstly, the product purchased was a custom made product manufactured to your exact specifications and not eligible for a refund under the terms of Distance Selling Regulations. The frame was purchased/delivered in November 2012 and the first mention of any faults were received approx 2 months later via email.

We were initially unsure of what the fault was, but as a gesture of goodwill sent a complete replacement frame despite the problem being reported well outside of our 48 hour damage/fault window. The replacement item was inspected by numerous people here and free from any faults. On receipt you reported this item as faulty, and I became concerned that the fault was more to do with the technics being used to fit the pictures, and not with the actual frame, although I cannot confirm this as you have not responded to our requests to make the faulty frame available for collection so that it can be inspected here. You immediately requested a refund and advised you would take action via your credit card card company.

I am very sorry you feel let down by our service, but from our point of view we have offered, as ever, an excellent service. You reported a fault with a picture frame 2 months after it had been received and we still sent a replacement item which was free from any faults or defects.

Great cant fault

I recently ordered some frames and mounts from ezeframe. I realised after ordering that i had made a mistake. I phoned up and they kindly helped me get it sorted. What impressed me most was that 48 hours later my parcel arrived. Upon opening i am pleased to say that my picture fitted perfectly.

Awful Customer Service

Ordered a frame and mount from [link removed], which is also owned by ezeframe.co.uk, so it's essentially the same service. The mount was a wildly different colour to that expected. I asked if it would be possible to order another mount in a different colour and was told the delivery cost would be the same as that of the frame and mount (£6!) I told them I appreciated the mount colour was not their fault but then I was dealt with in a rude manner. I made a complaint via PayPal, which was rejected but then they emailed and also threatened me not to complain via PayPal! Unbelievable. Avoid.

Dear Jordan. Your original email to us stated that you were "very happy with the frame" and you "appreciated the mount colour will vary" and "it was not exactly our fault". You proceeded to suggest a different mount colour would have been a better choice and questioned the delivery charge of £5.95. I responded advising I would send a sample of the mount colour to ensure we had supplied the item correctly, and confirmed the delivery charge of £5.95 for orders under £50.00 net. I have reviewed my email and I cannot see any reason why it would be deemed to be rude. You responded telling me not to send the mount sample and you would go elsewhere to buy a replacement mount. You then raised a claim via Paypal for the original order, which was subsequently rejected by Paypal. I emailed you to advise that Paypal were rejecting the claim and maybe it would have been better to have gone directly to us as the problem could have been resolved amicably. This certainly wasn't a threat and my apologies if you saw it this way. The problem seems to have arisen due the the postage charge for a replacement mount being the same as the original postage charge for the frame and mount. Please can you consider that the mount would have been virtually the same size as the original frame/mount, it would have been packaged in the same size box, and dispatched via the same next day courier service. The cost of delivery to us would have been exactly the same as the cost of delivery for the original order and therefore we have to charge the same amount.

No complaints, almost perfect

Well firstly they were the cheapest around; always a winner. Then having read reviews I was unsure on anti-reflective. I voiced my concerns having placed my order and they immediately sent samples of both options. I emailed Sunday evening saying I wanted to continue with the non reflective as they really are perfectly clear. By 2pm Monday the frames had been despatched and I had a tracking number. Received them Tuesday afternoon, fit perfectly as promised and look great.
Only couple of frustrating points - wish they quoted inc. VAT, hate it when the bill suddenly goes up and for free delivery to also inc VAT.
Also I ordered a very small frame which only came with attachments for hanging, would have been nice to stand it on a surface.
Both of those things can probably be blamed on me not reading the small print, but honestly if they are the biggest issues, Ezeframe has nothing to worry about. Thank you.

Excellent!

I have recently started using ezeframe-using regular orders to frame and sell my art work.
I have found the company to be very effecient,polite and helpful. Especially as I am starting out on a new venture!
Recently a frame arrived which was slightly damaged and was not usable. A quick phone call and a replacement was sent immediately-no quibble and no need to return faulty frame.
I would highly recommend this firm and their product.

Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with

I ordered some frames using the ezeframe website, I chose silver frames in the silver frame section that were labelled as silver. I also checked the photo on the website which showed the frames were silver.
The frames that were delivered to me however were gold. I called ezeframe and spoke to the manager who was rude from the outset and kept on telling me the frames were silver even though I could and everyone around me could see there were gold. He then said he wanted to send me a sample of the frames, I said he could send me a sample but the fact remained that the frames were gold. Eventually he said he would give me a full refund, if I returned the frames. I said I wanted my postage paid also because I had been sent something I had not ordered. He then told me he was withdrawing his offer and there was nothing he would do to help and I would have to contact trading standards. The sample turned up and he sent me a bright gold sample and a slightly duller gold sample that he had written silver on, which was the same colour as my frames - gold. He also sent me a photo of the frame which in the photo was silver and is what I had thought I had ordered. The manager of ezeframe was rude and pushy.
Avoid this company at all costs, they may be ok if you get what you want but if not be prepared for rudeness and lack of help.

Unfortunately your opinion of the colour of the frames differed from the opinion of the moulding manufacturer. I advised that the frames were classified as silver, and were entirely different in colour to the gold variant. As a goodwill gesture I offered a full and immediate refund of the total cost, including original postage. This offer was made during our very first telephone conversation. However you did not want to pay a few pound in return postage and advised you would prefer to take further action. I advised that you would need to contact you local trading standards office for them to make a judgement, and advised that I would comply with any decision the trading standards team made, as well as offering to provide moulding samples.

Absolutely Superb.

Incredible service, speed, quality and cost. Any poor reviews are ridiculous, as you'll see if you use this company. I love them! About to order my fourth lot of frames - so far they've provided me with over 20 frames and all of them perfect and arriving within a couple of days of my ordering. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Excellent fast service, surprisingly good quality

First time buying frames online, so a little worried. As it happened I had no problems at all. The frame arrived in good time, in good condition (A little dust from the manufacturing process, but that cleaned off without difficulty). I was anticipating problems with fitting my picture into the frame, but it was fine, and I am very happy with the result - friends and family couldn't believe I had bought it online, and at such a good price.

A cheap looking frame that distorts the picture

Total disappointment with this product. The glass provided is fuzzy and distorts the picture. I would have been better buying a bucket with a hole at the bottom!!! I will never use this company again.
