I received excellent ***** service from the Aylesbury. I booked the tyres on-line, received a courtesy call to say they were in, and the job was completed in an hour as promised. I have had to reduce the overall experience to 4* however as the tyres I bought and paid for on-line were not in stock and no longer available in the UK. I therefore had to pay more for a high value [but fortunately still reasonably priced] tyre.
I did ask if F1 would meet me half way, but it appears it was "my problem".
