So, I discovered Facewest just a few days ago and had my first buying experience. Great, great service. Fast(same day shipment), precise(got exactly what I had ordered) , really care about satisfying their customers, great feedback. Smart credit-point system. I'll be back for more for sure.

First time I have used Facewest (following a recommendation from my good pal Brian Goodison) and I was not disappointed - excellent website, I like the money o0ff points earning system, products arrived in 2 days .. All just perfect, thank you.
Excellent initial delivery of goods, which unfortunately turned out to be faulty.
I returned the goods and was pleasantly surprised to receive and email confirming the fault plus refund of my return postage. Replacement goods were sent by return.
Service was as good as could be wished for.
Facewest offer a very efficient mail order service, and I am very happy with the service provided, and the product and price of the Rab jacket I recently purchased – I am also supporting local business too.
However, it is the ‘supporting local business’ aspect that ultimately lead to a slightly frustrating turn of events. You see, I live opposite the Facewest depot in Guiseley and, after buying the jacket on-line; I gave a quick call to see if I could just pop over the road to collect it - bish bosh job done. I was told I couldn’t due to Facewest not being a shop, and having an inability to offer any customer service at point of sale, and probably something to do with health and safety too?? I was surprised but thought “No worries - surely the person processing my order will notice the address, and quickly jog across the road and post it through my door.” …Errr no!!
So what could have been a 2minute ‘dressing gown and slippers’ journey across the road for me, turned into a six day wait (admittedly including the New Year and BH), and a trip to the Royal Mail Depot in Yeadon to collect my parcel!!! So close yet so far…
However, I will stress again that Facewest do offer a top class service, and have friendly and knowledgeable staff, and I will use them again in the future without hesitation.
Just returned from really deep powder in Austria. Thanks to the Facewest guys my last minute order for a new backcountry day pack,shovel and probe all arrived in time to be taken out with me! (even though one item was out of stock when the order was made) Thankfully no avalanches but was reassured to have the kit with me.
