Hadn't heard of this company but no fears in terms of the quality of the product we received, or their communication. They maybe need to re-think their choice of couriers, and use someone other than Interlink. We were promised a 1 hour time slot on Friday. That came and went, so I rang Interlink up, and they said the slot had been left out as they'd been busy, but we would have it by the end of the day. So, waited in till gone 6, and nothing. No further contact until they arrived on my doorstep on Monday morning, with one package and no apology. None of this is Faculty-X fault, other than their choice of couriers, so don't necessarily expect your item when you're told it will arrive. That's why I can only give 4 stars
