Ordered Sunday, arrived Tuesday!
I wanted two Solwise PL-200AV-PIGGY_MK3 Homeplugs to enable internet connection between rooms in our house. The website with the most useful information was Faculty-X, which I had not heard of before. I made the order at 5pm on a Sunday, received notification of despatch by 10am the following day and the order arrived on Tuesday. The plugs work as advertised - plug them in and that's it.

Good quality products & very reasonable prices fast tracked to my door.
Product plugged & played a total Ronseal moment.
Surprisingly good product for a reasonable price, was initially concerned that competitors higher price meant that product would be inferior, could not be further from the truth equal to or better than the same product I have used for many years.
Open advice freely available enabled me to select & pay for what I needed by just replacing worn out unit from existing system confident in the replacement units compatibility with current system. A level if integrity that is very pleasing when most others suggested later units at higher prices & a systems replacement.
Bonus I was able to reconnect & extend current Powerline Ethernet system to an improved quality of performance for a fraction of the costs of other high street suppliers.

Customer service doesn't get better than this.
Any kind of problem is fixed immediately. Refunds are instant. The service to the customer is the best I have ever experienced. The prices are extremely competitive too!

Fast Efficient Service
I came across Faculty X during a search for Solwise Homeplugs, which showed them to be selling them cheaper than anyone else. I was reluctant to use them at first, basically because I'd never heard of them. However, after reading some of the reviews I decided to give them a try. I ordered 3 Solwise Homeplugs late on the Monday afternoon and they were delivered on Wednesday morning, even though I opted for delivery within 5 working days.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Faculty X.
The Solwise Homeplugs are brilliant too - I just plugged them in and they worked instantly....no settings to worry about or buttons to press.

BRILLIANT
After seeing the long range wi fi antenna on line,Rang a couple of times to explain what we wanted it for,To be used for a caravan,The staff was very helpful and explained which one was the best for our job,Loaded the disc on my windows 8 with no problems,

Quick Delivery. Simple installation.
I ordered a set of 3 Homeplugs, which arrived the following day, although I had opted for 3-5 day Free Delivery service.
Although there were no physical instructions, just a minidisc, I guess it would have been difficult to get it wrong. Just plugged the first unit in and connected to the router.
Plugged the second unit and connected in to the TV downstairs - instant result. Plugged the third unit upstairs and connected the appliance - instant result.
These Homeplugs come with connecting leads. It's lovely when technology is kind to you!!

Fantastic!
Ordered three homeplug network adaptors, came with prompt delivery. Had a problem with one of them not working. Sent a brief email explaining. Immediate response, sent back and was replaced next working day. Would recommend, excellent service.
