The company is not responsive AT ALL!!!, I called the number several times over many days, NO ANSWER!!
I e-mail!! No response!!!
It said 1-3 business days delivery... NO!!!!

I needed this product for a job I start in a few days from now- So I was sure to order well in advance incase it didnt fit me and I needed to reorder. It arrived after a worryingly long time and didnt fit so I had to reorder- and was very worried that it wouldnt arrive in time for me starting this job- It arrived just in time after another ridiculous wait- and they sent me the SAME SIZE AS BEFORE!!!! I checked to confirmation email to make sure it wasn't me who had made the mistake. It wasn't. They were just careless. And now I'm screwed.
I ordered a costume from Fantasy Costumes in October 2011 for my birthday at the end of Nov 2011. My item never showed up! I contacted them a few weeks after placing my order and eventually got a response saying they would look into it for me.
I still haven't received the item, obviously I no longer want it either! I also haven't heard from them since despite several attempts to call and email. No one answers the telephone number quoted on their website, you can't use the query form on the website and they are not responding to my emails.
I ordered an item from this company and it was delivered in four days of my order, the item was just as I expected in fact it was better quality, I used the company because it advertised small size clothing and I find this is difficult to purchase as most companies seem to have all larger sizes, I will certainly use the company in future.
I ordered an item a week ago and it hasn't arrived yet. On their website, Fantasy Costumes say orders are normally dispatched within two days and that the item would then arrive within one to three days. I tried to contact the company through the contact form on their website, but it didn't work, and when I called, there was only a voicemail. I left a message but have not heard back. On the website, the status for my order is still "payment accepted", nothing new since the day I ordered.
