I use to be a regular fashion world customer, but I find that there clothing is getting more exspensive but the quality is getting very poor.so I have not ordered anything for over a year now think. I have been put off completely
Have had a credit account for two months and owe only £60. Made first payment which was double the asked for minimum amount. Tried to place an order which was cancelled then tried again thinking it was just a glitch and again order cancelled. Phoned a 10p per minute line only to be told my account is under review...The lady explained that the company were looking in to my purchases and payment history and that I should attempt to place an order after my next statement which isn't for another three weeks! Customer service agent then advised that I should pay for my order cash to which I replied "that kind of defeats the purpose of having a credit account doesn't it". This does not amuse me as I am trying to rebuild a dodgy teenage period of bad credit decisions. What an odd company I would not suggest anybody no matter how utterly desperate you truly are and believe me I too was desperate but believe me I'm not that desperate to be mucked about by a company who feed of the poorer in our society to line there own already fat pockets. I will happily go back to purchasing everything cash from the likes of eB*y, Am**on and Pl**.com where at least you don't have to put up with utter nonsense!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!
My account has been 'under review' for 3 months and after MANY phone calls I am still none the wiser as to why. All I get told is try and order again after your next statement. NO reason as to why and they don't let you know that your order has been cancelled, Apparently a letter is sent out .... 3 months later and i'm still waiting on said letter.
RUBBISH!!!! Do not use, unless you want a headache!
Today, I have been on the telephone with Fashion World for hours, explained that the Microwave that I brought off them last year 11 months and 2 weeks has become defunct.
I explained that the front (fascia) of the microwave has fell away and is unusable. I quoted a reference that Daewoo (the manufacturer) have provided me with, to give to Fashion World to organise the immediate return of the microwave for inspection as it could be a health risk.
After explaining all of this to Fashion World, they stated it was out of warranty and would not exchange, refund or even discuss the matter. They did not seem to care that the microwave over the last year could of been a health risk and stated that it was the 20th July 2012 when I ordered it and that's when the warranty started.
Any warranty or guarantee starts from when you receive the product (for me the beginning of August, therefore my Microwave was still in warranty). Again, Fashion World did not seem to care.
This is not the first time Fashion World have delivered a faulty product.
I have been using Fashion World since it's outset in 1990. Obviously I have aged and my size has fluctuated over these years but I can always find something to my taste, my budget and of the quality that I expect. Delivery is always fast and efficient and returns handled without problems.

Account was easy to open and I was immediately given credit. The clothing is available in a great range of sizes, I like to order in a couple of sizes as my weight can fluctuate and sizing varies. The order and returns process was very quick and easy and I love the styles available.
