Truely FAST Keys
I have used Fast Keys for a few years, we have over 200 staff lockers with the associated problems of lost keys and keys not returned when staff leave. I used to use a local key cutter, but I could not ID the keys he cut without going through the key case and matching them visually. Fast Keys have the serial number engraved onto them so I can match them against my key list. they are truely fast as well, we have always had next day delivery for locks and keys we order. I would recommend you use them, they are great.

Quick, fast, effiecient, have used for a number of years and never had any problems
I've always found Fast Key great, I use them for our under desk pedestal keys at work mostly, and my order is always with me a day or two after I have placed it. The very odd time I have ever had a query, Fast Key have always got back to me straight away and their customer service is excellent. I would definately recommend this company to everyone - Audra

Great service!

Excellent service does exactly what it says on the tin!!!
Could not have asked for better service. I needed a key that I thought would be difficult to obtain but I was so wrong I just entered the key number on the website and bingo exactly what I was looking for at a very good price and the delivery was very quick too all in all 10 out of 10 will definitely use again

Really quick with orders - but no response on queries via web
Have used them several times to order keys for my company pedestals/cupboards etc and cannot fault the excellent service and quick delivery.
However, I posted a query via the enquiries link on the website and I'm still waiting for a reply? Otherwise it would have been 5 stars!!!!!

The key to customer service
I have used Fastkeys over many years. Not only do they have probably the largest databases anywhere for the range of keys they cut, the turnaround time is second too none. Most times, the keys arrive next day. One of the biggest bugbears of any company is the huge investment made in their office furniture, yet keys regularly go missing so it's handy to know there is a supplier who can solve that problem and at very low cost too. Have previouslu recommended Fastkeys services and would do so again.

Excellent service, excellent price.
Placing an order online was easy and quick, the price was much lower than other online companies, the lock arrived the following working day and was exactly what I had ordered. An excellent service.

Late delivery, poor info on web, no communication would not use again.
Ordered online. Asked to review but the keys have not arrived yet and I have had no communication. I rang and after an hour was rung back told that these keys need to be specially ordered in from Spain and can take 2-3 weeks, but there was no indication of this when I ordered them, or in confirmation emails etc.
On the website is a banner that says "With few exceptions, orders recieved before 3pm are posted same day. All prices exclude VAT" I would expect that an exception that means it is 2-3 weeks rather than 1 day would be detailed on the site. I think it is somewhat lucky that I did not choose to pay an extra £6 for guaranteed next day delivery! - The option for this should not be there if the product is not available next day! I wonder if I had paid this extra £6 if I would have been contacted or refunded...I suspect not.
On talking to the staff at fastkeys I was not really offered an apology - more a case of well that's the way it is.

This is an oversight and I have taken action to make it clearer on the website.
Indeed it is true that the very large majority of orders do get dispatched same day and these security keys are one of the few exceptions to the rule. Also, we would refund any Special Delivery payments if these were accepted in error.
Bob, thank you for bringing this to our attention and we will not charge you for your keys.

Abracadabra - the key opened the mystery box!
In my new role I found a heavy cash box and searched the office looking for the key to open it - to no avail. So put a quick and easy order to Fast Key Services meant I was able to open the box! The cost of the key and service was well worth it for the treasures found inside the cash box. Thank you Fast Keys for opening the box.

One word - Fast!

Fast is Not the Word , Its almost Same Day.....
Very helpful staff identified my locks from the pictures I sent , ordered keys and they were in my hand the very next day.
I have recommended the company to my work place and we will def use this service again should we ever need any key

The Guildhall School of Music and Drama has been using Fastkeys for about 5 years now and have always found them reliable, speedy and extremely good value for money compared to our local alternatives. Apart from price another plus as far as we are concerned is that they can process orders with a Purchase Order reference which makes life a lot easier for us.

Cheapest and Best?
Tried local key shops no-one had it in stock and were very expensive.
Fast key were true to their name. In stock and next day delivery. and in addition were less than half the local price.
Would recommend to anyone.

So easy to find the key you are looking for, just type in the makers name and key number, and hey presto there it is, the key you was looking for, very well priced, reasonable postage charges, and was delivered next day, fantastic service from Fast Key and the Royal Mail.
