My order arrived timeously, however the wrong product was dispatched. I returned it and my postage was kindly fully refunded. My replacement item (apparently the correct one this time) was confirmed to be on route to me. I was then notified 24hrs later that my item was not dispatched and my item was sold elsewhere and as a result they are now out of stock of my item and will not be getting more in until June. I was issued a full refund, but unfortunately not a positive / professional / recommendable experience.
