My internet crashed and I didn't think I'd ordered the product, so I then tried again. It turned out that I ordered twice once in error. I called up and shared what had happened, I got credited back my money within a day or so and I also received a call from the distribution lady who asked me had I really ordered two lots????....it was all helpful and a good experience especially knowing how some companies operate....to finish off I used the product I bought (spin shoes) they are great and worth the money.
