I tried to purchase a pair of boots and a 2 piece race suit from FC-Moto. After first confirming my purchase, they later emailed my saying that the suit was no longer in stock with the colour I ordered. They charged me for the boots (which I received) but they also charged me the full shipping amount for the boots and the suit combined. I asked them to change the suit for a different colour (of which they had in stock) but they said that my order was closed and that they would not make any changes to it. I also asked them to change the shipping cost as they had overcharged me but they refused. I cancelled all my payments to them as a consequence. It took 2 weeks for this to happen as their response time was very slow.
Boots fit perfectly. Pricing was better than anywhere else I looked. They were initially out of stock from the manufacturer, which I was advised of, and were then delivered nearly 4 weeks quicker than expected. Would definitely use FC-Moto again, they kept me well informed of the order status at all times.
Would recommend you utilise this company not only for prices but efficient service. When items you wish for are not in stock you are given an estimated eta plus an option to cancel the purchase. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and as a racer will continue to do so.

Very disappointing. I ordered an helmet AGV K3 Dreamtime Helmet, after two weeks I was told that the helmet not available in stock, (thanks for let me know 2 weeks later. i got an email on 30 Sep. that says : "We would like to apologize for the waiting time. The AGV K3 Dreamtime Helmet will be available at the shop on 10.11.2013.." WHAT?!?
Then from some reason another e mail : " Some items are meanwhile possibly already sold out again and we are waiting for the delivery of our suppliers".
I was waiting almost 2 half MONTHS until its arrived them shop.
FINALLY when the helmet arrived my home, i was really excited, but unfortunately the glass wasn't the one i ordered. I gave up. instead BLACK i got TRANSPARENT.
I ordered a lot of items through FC-Moto and one of the helmets (Shark Evo 3 ) was broken, on the same day of recieving the shipment i dropped them an email with photos to show the broken parts
They replied back after 3 days saying please send the helmet back and they will refund me the shipping cost
I shipped back the helmet and i paid 65$ for that, after 10 days I wrote them an email advising them to check with the customs for clearance, they didnt respond to my request and the customs had to send the helmet back to Dubai as no one responded to thier notifications
Now I m lost with them and dont know what to do, I have a broken helmet that i will never use and I paid 65$ for the shipping cost that i was promised to get a refund for

While tracking my parcel, I found that it was mis-routed to Bahrain. So I emailed DHL immediately and received a reply from them. DHL admitted that there is a mistake and the parcel did go to a wrong place. In their email, DHL said:
"It is necessary to file an investigation to redirect the parcel to Brunei. Please contact your Sender to start an investigation."
So I sent an email to FC Moto about this matter and requested them to start an investigation with DHL. Until today, I still have not received satisfactorily response from FC Moto. I tried calling FC Moto almost everyday, there was no one pick up the phone, or the line was busy. It has been a week now and I am getting very frustrated.
Will defo buy again. Infact can you do ne a good deal on rukka armas trousers.
Size 56 C3. The ones with air protector & the rain runs off not soaks the fabric & makes it heavy.
This is my first order to Fc-moto.de The Givi boxes I ordered corresponded with the description and to my surprised the paired came with 4 matching keys. The boxes were carefully packed, with all the accessories supplied by Givi. The delivery time was acceptable, about one week. Although the cardboard box was a bit damaged, the boxes were unscratched and in perfect condition.
Ordered a pair of Alpinestars Jet Road gloves (for £110). Upon wearing them for the first time I noticed that they didn't fit comfortably when holding the throttle (trying them on without holding the bars I hadn't noticed it). They seemed too wide and fingers didn't hold the grip well. looking at them closer it turned out that the ringfinger on the right is cut considerable wider than on the left.
A clear manufacturing fault, I would have thought. When I contacted FC Moto about a return, they said they couldn't exchange since the gloves are now used, and would need to be returned to Aplinestars for their evaluation. A further email questioning this poor service was ignored.
I felt a distinct lack of confidence in this getting resolved satisfactorily given the unwillingness to promise an exchange and later lack of reply, and fear getting stung with multiple postage charges as well as my return postage costs, only to get the gloves back with a comment that they are fine. So haven't returned.
Very poor service. Expensive, faulty item, but not willing to sort it out! Very disappointed.
I recently ordered an Alpinestars leather jacket and had it delivered to my door in Sydney in two weeks. Including delivery charge it was still about $200AUD cheaper than I could have bought it here in Australia.
My email regarding tracking info was answered quickly and I'm more than happy with the two week turnaround from Germany to Australia.
I will definitely be buying more gear from fc moto and have recommended a few mates who ride do the same.
I placed my order for a helmet on 31/10/2013 and on 11/11/2013 UPS was at my door with the package, no problems, no fuss and the helmet was in great shape, really nicely packed, and in good condition. For a 2000 km delivery I think it's great, thanks FC-Moto and thanks UPC!
I Bought an Airoh Cannonball helmet. I received the parcel and when i got i for first use the left lock of the chin guard broke. I discovered that at the point o the lock was placed a large quantity grease already.So, they knew that the part was probably defective. Ι was so upset because i had to pay 30euro to return it back. I 'd expect to receive a spare part .
