This is the answer i got when i wrote to custumor "service". I am still waiting on my order. The order is at the moment 11 days delayed. It says: "Still in Progress" on their website even though it said 2-5 days delivery time on the items when i placed the order. Then I wrote to customer "service" about my delay. This is the answer;
Hello M..... B......., we want to inform you, that your order is still in process. There are several reasons for a delayed delivery. Some items are meanwhile possibly already sold out again and we are waiting for the delivery of our suppliers. The below given estimated delivery date can in certain circumstances not be the latest, e.g. if our suppliers didn't submit the latest data. Please contact our customer service if you have any questions.
SERIOUSLY, Could You get a more stupid and roboticl answer than this....? OMG. Guess this story is to be continued
If I was thinking about buying online, and plenty do, then I see no reason to pay stupid UK prices when you can buy and have [even quicker?] delivery from these guys at EU prices. My one sentence opinion says it all. no hesitation in recommending.
there was some small things. first of all, I wrote my own data in cyrillic letters and got some encoding problem in confirmation letter. Secondly i was little bit nervous about slow answering of support (about 2 days) but in result everythings is just fine and i got my order and now happy.) thanks!
The goods are sent on the next day after payment. The cost and delivery time for a good price. The goods would fully correspond to the description and was of excellent quality. I want to thank the team FC-MOTO and I wish you further prosperity and development of Your store.
Order was not delivered well. Did not get any reply after several e-mails. Did à telephone call, were I was told to get an answer next week, but now already two weeks later and Some reminding e-mail which are ignored.
It is a good thing that you have packed the helmet in two cases, the original box and another outer box, because the outer box was completely destroyed (I also have pictures as proof). As I could understand by the looks of the outer box, the destruction must have happened by the Cyprus Post Office stuff since their logo ribbon which is placed on the box after its arrival to Cyprus was also destroyed. Fortunately, the helmet is fine and completely untouched. Of course the local post office stuff blame it on you, they said that you did the damage! This was of-course expected. Therefore, please, when you ship fragile objects to third-world countries like Cyprus, put a "fragile" sticker on the box so that the stuff here does not completely destroy our things over incompetence or boredom.
The FC-Moto service is absolutely disastrous. I made an order on 13.01.2014 and not received until 02.17.2014, one month and four days later, even when I made my purchase the requested item was available and made sure that the page would be sent in five days . On several occasions I contacted the sales department of FC-Moto and every time they said they were having problems with the provider ... And I wonder ... what the hell does the vendor with an article you're selling as available, ie you have in stock. Honestly a bit unfortunate and serious service. When you are making a purchase in a German page expect much more professionalism and seriousness. In future I will refrain from buying occasions in FC-Moto whenever possible and I certainly would never recommend this page to any friends, maybe if an enemy.
