Mit der Ware bin ich sehr zufrieden, nur hat das mit dem Lieferservice DHL leider wieder nicht richtig funktioniert. Der Lieferant gibt sich keine Mühe ein Haus zu Suchen das nicht auf den ersten Blick ersichtlich ist und gibt dem Paket lieber den Status Adresse falsch, damit das Paket wieder an den Absender zurück geht. Leider war das bei der letzten Bestellung auch so, dort wurde das Paket an einer komplett falschen Adresse abgegeben. Das Problem liegt aber nicht bei FC-Moto sondern bei DHL-Schweiz.
A week after making my order (one jacket and two helmets) I sent an email to FC asking why my order is still in procprocess, I recieved the answear that some of the products were out of stock(helmets). After that, I replaced these products (helmets) with an other type of colour but the result was that the order came in three pieces! Fisrt came the jacket with shipping cost, then came one of the two helmets I had order, with shipping costs too and last the other helmet fortunately without shipping costs! I had UPS delivering once a week, every three weeks!
However all the products were in great shape and right sizes and colours just as ordered!
April 10 I ordered a helmet "Shark Evoline Series 3 Hakka Mat WKW (L (59/60))", Visier Shark Evo (iridium Silver) and Germot X-Air Jacke (Black / Light Grey, XXL). The helmet was not available and had to wait when it will send the supplier. April 24 order was deported to Russia. May 2 order was handed post Russia. May 15 order was received by me. Getting things very pleased. I will continue to place orders at FC Moto. Thank you.

I made 4 or 5 orders, first few orders were shiped in time, but 2 months ago some problems have started. Noone informed me that they hadn't something on storage, and I was waiting for the answers many days....and had to start my order from the beginning (2 times)!!!.
This last order was shiped to Russia in 2 pakages. 1 pakage arrived in 30 days, but the second is still somwhere between Moscow and St-Petersburg (I'm sure that it is fault of stupid Russian Post)
Please do not sent the pakages to Russia with EMS Russian Post (this company is much worse than usual Russian Post)
I had the opportunity to test both your normal e-sale service and the return and replace product services. I must admit that you surprised me in a good way.
I ordered the TCX - X Street Waterproof boots but i underestimated their size and purchased the 46 instead of the 45. To begin with, i received the boots not only fast but in light speed! Then, when i realized i had purchased the wrong number, your employee, Mr Markus Schröder, assisted me all the way into replacing them with the correct sized ones and a few minutes ago i received the new ones.
At this point, i would like to thank you but specially Mr Markus Schröder, for your immediate responses to my e-mails and your professionalism in all fields i experienced.
I wish more of the e-selling websites were like you.

Nothing bad to say about the product. But I ordered the helmet long time and nobody informed me that they didn't have it in stock. After many many e-mails I was finally informed that they didn't have it and din't know when they were getting any, so I canselled my order. Next day I got mail that they would now have the helmet, so I ordered it again (and canselled my order to another dealer). Got it quite fast.
There are two things which is better to be put right:
1) one of the items I'd ordered was no longer produced. And I was informed about that in twenty days after placing the order. It's not good. Such kind of things could be figured out much faster.
2) incorrect information about the presence of an item on stock. For example, the item from previous entry (Spyke Tenancy Brown woman leather jacket) is still shown as available to order. It requires not much resources to fix it by creating one single database connected to all retail stores and warehouses. But fixing of it will lead great benefits for fc-moto.
Other side, the quality of contact center is wonderful - very fast answering e-mails and almost instant solving of all issues you may encounter. My favorite moto e-store for three years! Recommends.
So far I 'm very pleased with FC moto.de !!! I 've bought a SUOMY helmet and a pair of TCX boots ! Nice price for these products and much cheaper than other shops! All the information I needed about the products and payment methods, was answered very quickly by email by the personnel of FC moto ! I will definitely recommend it to my biker friends!!!!!
They have a nice wide range of keenly priced products but all their sizing charts are a puzzle. Got Icon super duty 3 boots.(Great boots) Ordered size 44.5 ( should = UK 10.5) Boots came as US 10.5. So they are = UK 9.5 and are too tight for me. Not my fault. But I would have to pay 36euro to send them back so I keep them.
Recently got Buse lady boots but the right boot had a tear in the lining and the heel padding was jutting up uneven and would hurt the wearer so I had to return them(shipping cost 36euro). Surely FC-Moto should have refunded me the shipping and they get refunded by Buse!
So. Good store if all goes well but ends up dear if there is a hitch.
Bought a Rukka Mika jacket from FC-MOTO late on sunday night, first thing monday morning got an email to say its with the courier UPS,unfortunately the courier leaves a lot to be desired took seven days,I have got parcels by normal post from Germany to Ireland in three but thats not an FC-MOTO failure,as for the Rukka jacket its fantastic highly recommended remember Rukka jackets are a size bigger, example Im normally a 52 after watching some youtube sizing videos I went with a 50 and its perfect, you will not be disappointed 10/10 for FC-MOTO and Rukka hope this helps. When i was browsing for a helmet to buy in the website, i saw that both the helmet and the visor were in stock. Then, after I placed the order i got a message where i was informed that the visor was not in stock and they didn't know when it would arrive to the store. They only told me that they will ship the order as soon as they receive the visor. So, after 12 days the helmet finally arrived to my house.
So I open the big brown box and i notice that the box where the helmet is in, is open. Not even a duct tape to keep it closed. And when i pull out the helmet i see that the little helmet baggy is ripped. A hole of about 3 centimeters. Also the helmet itself had 2 fairly noticeable scratches on front, under the visor which was a huge turn off.
Anyway, these are the negatives of the helmet. Apart from these, the helmet is amazing. The look of the helmet just gives you an eyegasm... And with the tinted visor on.... oh my god... It's just amazing. Furthermore the fit is just unbelieveably good.
In conclusion, I would definitely recommend the helmet to a friend :)
The package is always great, comes fast and it's delivered in hand.
I like a lot UPS or DHL, both are very good.
I will always buy gear from here, it's the cheapest place I can find, and they often got everything I want.
Ich habe heute (08.02.2013) mit FC Moto eine schlechte Erfahrung gemacht:
Ich habe am 08.12.2012 bei FC Moto einen Daytona Supermoto Stiefel bestellt.
* Sie haben die Bestellung angenommen.
* Dann halten Sie mich zwei Monate hin bez. des Daytona Supermoto Stiefel mit der Aussage, dass der Stiefel zwar nicht am Lager ist, aber demnächst produziert wird.
* Dann sagen Sie mit heute, der Stiefel wäre nicht mehr lieferbar.
Nicht mehr lieferbar?!
* Na ja, wenn man bei Daytona auf die Webseite sieht hat man den dringenden Eindruck, dass der Stiefel sehr wohl lieferbar ist.
* Ein Anruf meinerseits bei Daytona Mitte Januar hat bestätigt, dass der Stiefel noch produziert wird.
Die Leute von FC Moto wollen wohl einfach nicht:
Sie haben den Stiefel bei meiner Bestellung für 639,95 Euro angeboten - dass war wohl ein zu gutes Angebot, denn der Stiefel kostet aktuell bei diversen Händlern und Daytona selbst 698,95 Euro.
Ich bin echt sauer und möchte mit diesem Posting dem Ein oder Anderen von Euch den gleichen Frust ersparen - offenbar kann FC Moto zu dem günstigen Preis, den sie ausschreiben, zumindest mal in meinem Fall nicht liefern.
Havde bestilt en hjelm som stod til at være på lager, efter lidt tid fik jeg så en mail om, at hjelmen var udgået og at de ikke vidste, hvornår de ville få den igen, hvorfor jeg slettede min ordre. Et par uger senere ændrede hjelmen så status, sådan den igen var mulig at bestille, hvilket jeg skyndte mig at gøre herefter hørte jeg så ingenting og en måneds tid senere kan jeg så se at min ordre er blevet slettet uden at have hørt noget fra dem.
Min anbefaling er at finde et andet sted, har du brug for varen relativt hurtigt er FC Moto i hvert fald ikke stedet at handle ind.
Ordered a Spidi Leather Jacket. Upon arrival i detected a deep scratch on the front. (Obviously pre-delivery) Now I have to pay 37 euro to send it back, even though the scratch was clealy visible and shuld have been detected.
When i contact their customer service, they just told me, that there was no other way than for me to pay the return shipping.
Never again Fc Moto.

Placed an order, paid via credit card, the order has been "in progress" for three weeks during which they never replied to emails. Finally had to cancel the order.
Very very bad experience.
I'm never going to buy anything from them again.

I have shoped with fc-moto a couple of times over the past five years. My last transaction went very well. I ordered a leather suit on sale which arrived very quickly. I received emails about order status and UPS tracking about 48 hours after placing order. UPS delivery was 5 days after order was placed. The suit did not fit and had to be returned for refund. This also went very smooth with, shiped with UPS saver and they credited to my account 10 days later. Thanks for a smooth transaction and keep improving your organization for future deals.
Ich habe bei diesem Versandhandel bestellt.Nach einigen Tagen rief ich dort an und erfuhr das erst in 2Wochen geliefert werden kann.Da war ich doch etwas schockiert.Zumal ich schnelle Problemlose Abwicklungen gewöhnt bin.Beratung fand gar keine statt.Ich habe dann woanders bestellt und hier meine Bestellung widerrufen.Mein Fazit,nicht empfehlenswert.
Bestilte, 2 hjelme, fuldt udstyr til barn (ca. kr. 6.000), men hørte ikke noget i 14 dage, hvorefter jeg kontaktede dem. Normalt vil der blive leveret 3-5 dage, dog 8-10 i højsæsonen. Nu fandt de så først ordren, og ville sende den indenfor 2 uger, trods at jeg havde informeret at jeg nu ikke var interesseret. Efter 7 mails, hvor jeg blev ved med at informere om at jeg ikke var interesseret, fik jeg besked om at nu var der delleveret (1 hjelm) til mig via UPS. Måtte så stoppe den i DK ved ikke at modtage den fra UPS, som så returnerede pakken. Først her gik det op for FC-Moto at de nok måtte returnere mig beløbet. 6 uger var gået med strid og kamp.
Prøvede i stedet Louis.de, hvor der slet ingen problemer var.
