Nothing but trouble.
First time I ordered it took nearly a week to arrive. I had to phone and enquire, an item was out of stock and they where waiting for it to come in. I was desperate for some of the items so had a replacement item instead to get order. An email straight away would have helped.
I thought I would give them a second chance as I like there products. What a mistake. The delivery was a bit faster but packaging was very poor and 2 items arrived very damaged. I had to package up the damaged items which had a total value of £7 for the courier to collect and they redelivered the new items. These where even more damaged than the last lot due to poor packaging. I have since received a refund for these items and salvaged what I could from the debri. I think the whole experience could have been dealt with a lot better. I certainly will not be using them again, ordering on line is supposed to save time but created unnecessary hassle.

Feedem sell a quality product at a competitive price, and support the order with a number of informative emails which makes you think that they care about their service. I shall use them again.

Great price and fast delivery, definitely recommended
Ordered as dig biscuit were a great price and was pleasantly surprised when I got an email next day saying it was dispatched and the following working day delivery received. Nothing to fault, really pleased and will order next lot of dog food from Redeem for sure

Very Happy with the bird cage - Couriers are just a bit shoddy
Very quick delivery no quarrels with the company however the couriers leave a lot to be desired from a service. They used APC and the cage had to be thoroughly inspected before being signed for due to to rips and holes in the packaging where it was bashed in the van. The cage inside was unscathed and well protected by further packaging.
Also some instructions would be nice to save time putting the thing together!

Excellent Service
Really great service. Ordered James Wellbeloved Large Breed Turkey & Rice for my two Briards on Thursday and it was delivered Tuesday, despite it being the Holiday weekend.

Good Service from a friendly firm.
Left a message for Feedem explaining where to leave delivery if I wasn't home, they phoned me back, forwarded my instructions to the couriers who left it as directed. OK so it took 3/4 days but I knew that anyway so placed my order before I ran out of dog food..

Dogs were delighted
Placed my first order with feedem over the phone. Very easy, the dog food arrived quickly, the dogs are now happily munching.
Previously I have ordered direct from masters, who forgot to process one order so dogs were very grouchy, decided to take one order to the post office in our nearest town, which meant I had to haul to sacks of dog food across town then drive it back home,whch made a grouchy owner. And to top it all Masters charge more so for the last 11 years we have been over charged.
So we give feedem five stars
