Bought some garden fencing from here and was very happy with it! Had it delivered to my home free of charge and my husband used their help videos as a guide to put them up.
I spent an evening researching the cheapest fencing and kept coming back to fencestore. Was a bit worried after reading the reviews but I can recommend them - ordered 14 fence panels which were delivered for free and the driver was very helpful.
Worst company I have ever dal with - delivery supposed to occur (took day off work) - no delivery despite confirmation the night before. Shocking response from the 'customer service team'. Would rather have paid double from another firm who actully does what they say (it would not have cost me a full day's pay) - I would not even rate them 1 out of 5 - Don't use (or do so at your peril)
You should not advertise 7 working day delivery times when in fact the manufacturer says they have told you that they are working to extended lead times and the best they could give me was 17 days from order... and even that was not certain. You are awfully close to breaching false advertising rules since you knowingly make false statements on your website! I really wanted to support a small business and not go with the likes of Wickes, B&Q and Homebase, but you leave me no choice.
100% disappointed.
7-10 days is the time they give when placing orders....More like 30 days and still no sign of my fencing...So much for wanting to support one of the smaller businesses rather than a large multi-national,
I should have gone with my gut feeling and taken myself off to one of my local DIY stores. To be honest this would have worked out cheaper, less time consuming and I would have my goods.
Fencestore/shedstore are however VERY QUICK TO TAKE YOUR PAYMENT!!!!!
Called to discuss an order to which the sales man said he could get it to me the following week.
But two weeks later still no fence pannels. Now I'm trying to get some idea as to when the delivery will be as I have workmen starting on my garden next week.. but their delivery database is being updated so call customer serivce, which has a queue.. so no response there. Have email numerous times to be told they have a lot of requests as it's that time of year.
I have now cancelled the order.. well I've emailed their cancelleation email address as the phone lines are all busy!!!!!
Fingers crossed they can cancel better than they can delvier..
The irony of this being sent to fence store.. I don't hold my breath on a response...
Over a month now and still not received the correct trellis. Waited in 3 full working days off to sign for the fence - turns up incorrect after 2 weeks. Now after another 3 is supposed to be collecting the wrong delivering the right stuff - umm no collecting the wrong and no idea when will deliver the correct stuff. Great !! TERRIBLE NEVER AGAIN!!
