I found the sit and looked for what I required. The only drawback was that to view prices at different times you needed to search again and could not state a time window.
In saying that when I found what I wanted I checked this against another site and confirmed it was the best deal for what I needed. Purchased from here as this was in GBP so it gave me overall the best deal.
Really easy to book online. You can print off your tickets straight away. We missed the ferry we wete booked on due to getting stuck in traffic jams. I rang the office and they booked us on the next ferry. No charge. Very pleasant and helpful. The whole process was easy from start to finish. And the ferry and the staff were great .
Would've been good to get a little note that the longer you leave a booking the more you'll have to pay, the price didn't change for a couple of days then shot up and there was no pre warning this would happen.
If on the back of this review I was offered a refund for the increase in price then I would post a much better review.
I wanted to order my ticket on 24 of november,and the ferryonline throwned me 24 of december. And I ordered my ticket 1 month later,and i had to pay 30Ł extra,when i wanted to change. The ferryonline didnt give me warning,i couldnt buy a ticket on 24 of november,only gave me on opcion 1 month later. Why not 1 year later?? So i think it wasnt correct.
When booking a ferry, what we need is to see a list of crossings AND THE PRICES FOR EACH DIFFERENT TIME of crossing, so that we do not need to go back to fill everything in again in order to get a quote for each different hour we might want to take the ferry. Usually it takes me a couple of hours to make a booking when I compare all the times that are possible for me with all the available companies , to try and find the cheaper crossing. Thank you for making the lives of so many people easier.

I was disappointed that I could not buy roadside assistance with your company when booking the channel tunnel yesterday. I booked a one way ticket to Folkeston expecting to be asked if I wanted roadside assistance.

we were able to follow the the page and book on with spree and no worries about being slow on the computer ie as oldies we have to read every thing thats printed before we hit click .Hope to enjoy the crossing as much
I was reasonably satisfied with the procedure and staff I spoke to were efficient friendly. The only negative comment I have to make is that it took a separate call/amended print out to add a pet instead of just being able to tick a box along with car and people details.
I have used "Ferryonline" for several ferry bookings over the last 14 months. Straight forward, and simple, hassle free. First do the comparison check, select the route, and time, add in all your extras, trailer etc. Make the payment, receive the e.mail, print off the PDF file ticket, so easy.
We are always very happy with the service we receive from Ferryonline. We have used them many times and, as we travel with our dog, we have to make our bookings by telephone. We find the staff helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and would recommed them to others.
It was easy booking with this lot. Yes, there were a lot of 'fiddly' questions but necessary all the same and with a surname like mine (which is always spelled oddly on continental credit cards) I had to be careful as to how I sent in my 'details'. Needless to say Ferryline dealt with it. I shall probably use them again BUT.....there is one detail that I feel should be brought to the attention of Trustpilot. The rating! 5 stars says 'No reservations'. This is meant to mean 'I have no reservations about booking with Ferryline in the future'; however, it could be misconstrued as meaning 'in the future, NO reservations! I shall shop elsewhere'. English is an idiomatic language............
The soft ish play area allowed me to lie down and have a rest after a long drive alone safe in the knowledge that my 2 kids were around and inside. Yes it was quiet however I needed that rest on a padded floor
The booking was quite easy, but I do object to having to make a separate reservation for a pet and therefore another reduction from my card
