Unfortunately the lights I ordered for an event were not sent to the delivery address, they were sent to my billing address, therefore I did not get them for the event in question. I do appreciate that Festive lights did their best to rectify the situation but without success. They were probably delivered to the address sometime after I had departed.

Hi there, I am sorry for the misunderstanding that has taken place. Without knowing the ins and outs I cannot apportion blame but I am glad that steps were taken to try and resolve the situation, and I hope that this unorthodox scenario will not dissuade you from shopping with us again in the future.
