I am really pleased with all the products I have received from festive lights. They were delivered very quickly with no issues and they work very well. The fairy lights are great and stay lit for hours on very little sunlight.

Really pleased with the solar lights bought from Festive Lights. Have only had them up for a few days but so far so good. A nice bright blue string of solar lights. Service was very efficient. If they continue to work well I will definitely order some more .

It was refreshing to find a website that would cater to supplying external rope light to the length you want. It appears well manufactured, it was well protected for posting and transit, and was speedily delivered. i would use this website again in the future.

Hiya,
was given a link to get some of these festive candles, which I thought would be great for my elderly parent. Safe yet authentic looking.
I thought I'd buy one, and then if there were as lovely looking in real life as they are on line, I'd buy a whole lot more for family and friends.
Well I ordered it.
Waited for it.
Still Waiting for it.....
Receiving good by other companies that I ordered items AFTER I ordered the festive candle.... Still not received the candle
To quote an old Motown Diana Ross song.... 'I'm still waiting....'
I'd give this one a miss.

Hi there, we always recommend contacting us at the first opportunity should you believe that your parcel has gone missing. In this instance delivery was attempted by Royal Mail on 13/4/2013 and as no one was in a card was left and the parcel is waiting at your local depot. You can now arrange a redelivery online, call the number on your card to arrange a re-delivery, or collect the item from your local enquiry office by bringing your card and proof of identification and address.

Great quality products

Purchased a selection of solar lights. Quick delivery with a text message confirming delivery window. Unfortunately one item was missing from delivery but upon phoning festive lights this was rectified straight away and delivered within 24 hours. Very pleased with quality of products. Would highly recommend festive lights.

Excellent service

Ordered 4 solar lights which turned up next day. Courier service excellent, I was kept informed constantly on progress and given a delivery window of only 1 hour. Very different to a recent debacle I experienced with DHL.
unfortunately one light was found to be faulty and did not work, however a replacement was sent immediately.
Excellent service all round.

The product is well built although I had an issue with one unit ( a leaking battery) but the company was very good and is sorting the matter out.

I had a bright idea to put some lights around our arbour and garden arch and trellis work what a difference it makes really brightens up our garden a very good product with which we were more than pleased with and the postage to us was very quick we will be recommending this company to our friends

My first order arrived broken, after telephoning i was so pleased with the excellent and kind attitude of who i spoke to and an immediate replacement was sent out to me.
Alas, second order broken but same response, could not have wished for better service and again a replacement was organised and dispatched.
I could not speak more highly of the help & attitude of this company and the speed at which the problem was rectified.

Light UP Your Life

Received the 3 Egg Lights prompty with good packaging. Product itself looks good but just one thing to note is that it is important to check the charge lights are fully on and not flickering when charging to ensure a correct charge.

Quick reply to my query about the products. Excellent products, arrived quickly, but the best thing is the courier texting with options about delivery. When I texted back asking for a different day, I was texted on that day with my 1 hour delivery slot, and they came when they said they would. Thank you for using a courier with a bit of customer service.

Not the best delivery experience but Zoe's service helped turn my opinion around - thank you

I placed an order at 7pm on a Monday with 7.95 next day delivery ... but it wasn't delivered the next day. There was an issue in that I received an email that my order was dispatched and I had to be home to sign it on Wednesday. I chose my home address because I thought it could have been easily slipped through the letter box. Now it was going to be delivered at home when I was at work. I would have given my work address had I known a signature was required. When I rang to sort this out, I was told that it was very clear in the ordering process (in the price drop-down when selecting the delivery option) at the timing. I have double-checked again now and it's not true. There's Standard, Next day, Next day by 12pm and Next day by 10. If you cannot fulfill Next Day then don't offer it alongside of the specific 10am & 12pm Next Day options. I had to ask for a refund of the delivery cost but with some friction with Zoe on the other end of the line. She rang back to tell me that there was in fact an issue with the courier and she would refund my delivery fee (and ended up refunding the total price). It was all a big frustration in preparation for a trip so I needed the goods delivered in time to the right place. Far too much effort was put in and the delivery timelines when ordering are not clear. However, I appreciated Zoe sorting me out, and calling me back to close the feedback & service loop. I will order again from Festive Lights if there is a product I require. Sincere thank you for making good on my initially poor experience. The product was great.

Hi there, thanks for your feedback on our delivery options and I am pleased that your situation was resolved satisfactorily. All next day delivery services require a signature for security reasons, at the request of the delivery couriers. Although this is referenced on the website, we will check to ensure that this is made as clear as possible. It is also worth mentioning that 99% of next day orders made before 3pm (the deadline that is provided on the website) do arrive the very next day.

Tiny, tiny lights

Ordered some battery festive lights for twig display, missed the postman as they had to be signed for! Was shocked at how small the lights were. Very bright, but tiny,tiny lights!
