Proper old fashioned service from an online retailer...
Firstly the prices are unbeatable and I have a black belt in google-fu, there was nothing even close for the items I ordered. On my last order I had issues with my card and got through on the phone in a couple of rings to resolve the issue. The staff are helpful, polite and know their job. Finally the delivery prices to France have been the same as the UK, fully tracked both sides of the channel using good couriers. Can't fault them.

Farage, Clegg and Cameron beware - I made a telephone enquiry monday afternoon this week and was given exactly the information I needed to enable me to place an order that afternoon and guess what, augmented by FFX update emails, my order arrived the next morning first post and free delivery. You just can't ask for more. Business as usual from FFX, very competitive and slick aswell - they get my vote !

No Nonesense
Used FFX a few times now.... they always send whats on the precise listing and post fairly quick too.
Unlike other sites who list items and ship a 'grey' replacment.

Fantastic customer care and service - Fantastic full stop!
After making an error in an order - bought a 110v sander instead of the 240v model - and not realising my mistake for over two months FFX exchanged the unopened, and unused sander with no fuss at all!
Brilliant communications, customer care and speed of service......I would have no problems recommending FFX, and I will certainly buy from them again!

Brilliantly fast and very competitively priced
Ordered branded blades Friday and delivered early Saturday. Astonishingly good service at a price 25% below others that I contemplated using. I'll certainly use FFX again.

Good service, Speedy Delivery but beware of hidden items.
I was very happy with the three key things I look for in my shopping experience. The price was very good, the product arrived quickly and was in good working order. The only slight gripe I have was the item (a hose reel) was wrapped in bubblewrap and black plastic. This in it's self was fine but the additional hose / tap connector I had order was wrapped in the same plastic in a hidden. I only realised this way I screwed up the packaging to throw away. Fortunately I did notice and everything was fine but I could just as easily of thrown the other item away and not known about it.

dpd consistency-late again !
Quick effeicient service,always ask retailer which courier service they use,have cancelled in past when told dpd-later than texted arrival stopped me giving 5 stars.

FFX do it again
Having used FFX to purchase tools in the past i did not hesitate to use them when i needed a new hitachi drill. They were so helpfull after ordering and easy to contact if there is a problem and quick to sort it out , if you need any tools FFX is the place to go

Super quick delivery and refunded the VAT
I only ordered a £10.00 item but then again FFX was the only company who had it in stock. Not used them before, but having checked their prices on some Bosch tools I'm planning to buy I shall certainly be using them again

Excellent service
Ordered item one day...arrived the next! Up to date status of the order provided and full tracking of the delivery given including text updates down to an hour window of final delivery time. All I can say is what an excellent service FFX provide and I would highly recommend them!

Great deal really fast

very poor performance
Rang to check availability of items - told all in stock.
Problems with my IT so asked if I could order on the phone - was told no. No offer to help me, just NO.
Managed to get friend to order for me.
Items never came on the day promised.
Phoned to find out why, was told 1 item of the 3 not in stock so order was not sent. No phone call warning / explaining or asking what to do - just did not send it.
Very poor show on a GBP1,000+ order.
Will not use again.

I am sorry to hear that you are not completely satisfied with the customer service you have received. When you rang up on Saturday we were unfortunately experiencing some technical issues of our own so were unable to take your order over the phone. Our staff did offer to talk you through the order to help resolve the problem on your end.
The items you checked stock on were in fact available for dispatch. However you then proceeded to order two of the item that we only had one of available. Due to this your order was going to be delayed by a day while we waited for the stock to come in.
Once you rang up on the Tuesday after you had cancelled the order. We then took the payment over the phone for what we had available and made sure it was delivered before 10 A.M the next day as a gesture of goodwill and as an apology for the confusion experienced earlier.
