Reputations are made or lost by how problems are dealt with.
This was my first experience dealing with FFX. Order placed and delivered very quickly but right basic product, wrong part no received (I ordered an 8" grinder with work-light, - model sent was the one without work-light). One phone call, problem understood and rectified instantly & correct item now received (we all make mistakes but how they are rectified makes all the difference in the world). This company is a pleasure to deal with and I will have no hesitation in using them again. Oh that there were more companies that practiced the first class, old fashioned customer service that FFX does.
