The Best Online Retailer
My whole power tools was bought from FFX last year at the best price and the best delivery service,this year I've tried 3 different online retailers(LawsonHis ,PowerToolsUk and Tools4Trade) they dissapointed me will never used them again, I guess this year I'll stick with the FFX they are just the best online retailer by far, and always recomand them to every contractor I meet.

Excellent service: goods as advertised, best price on net and prompt delivery
Was looking for an exact model as replacement for one I inadvertently damaged. Saw several other sites which advertised this but were in fact offering a different model.

Excellent service from start to finish
Can't recommend FFX highly enough. Came to them through an internet search for a power tool and found their price to be the best, added to which the cost of an accessory I bought with it was reduced by a discount. Delivery was also free and the order arrived very quickly and well packaged. The company kept in touch by email throughout the whole process - I was advised to the hour when my order would arrived, and it did!

Won't use again
Arrived fast but very disappointed with condition of item, unsure if damage was already there or if it was down to the poor packaging, £55 item sent in a plastic bag with no attempt to protect the contents, won't shop with them again

Absolutely brilliant
I made a mistake with my order but it wasn't a problem at all they exchanged it no questions asked and sent out my corrected order and refunded the difference all in record time would not hesitate to use the company again superb service from start to finish

Reputations are made or lost by how problems are dealt with.
This was my first experience dealing with FFX. Order placed and delivered very quickly but right basic product, wrong part no received (I ordered an 8" grinder with work-light, - model sent was the one without work-light). One phone call, problem understood and rectified instantly & correct item now received (we all make mistakes but how they are rectified makes all the difference in the world). This company is a pleasure to deal with and I will have no hesitation in using them again. Oh that there were more companies that practiced the first class, old fashioned customer service that FFX does.

I never fill out reviews - they deserve 1.
Every step of the way from ordering to the drills being at my front door I was receiving emails or texts from either themselfs or there courier company who even gave me an hour slot the morning it was delivered. Great peace of mind when spending alot of £££. Fantastic team defiantly use them again.

First class service and a first class product.
Service second to none. I placed my order with FFX, on line, at 10am on the 8.5.2013 and it arrived at just after 10am on the 9.5.2013. I searched the internet for prices and found that FFX was the cheapest and considering they were reasonably close, (I could take it back if needed), it seemed a no brainer to buy from them and I certainly use FFX again.

poor courier service, damaged goods, lacklustre approach to dealing with complaints
FFX courier delivered it to No 85, (I live at 79) without our permission. We eventually found it but only after searching around the street.
When I opened the box the single chrome towel rail had a serious bend in it and looking at the packaging I can see why. Only bubble wrap and no hard polystyrene to protect it during transit.
FFX then asked me to email a photo of the damaged goods and said they would call me back. They didnt call as promised but emailed , so I had to call them and apparently I am recieving another towel rail at no further cost to me.
Overall the experience has not been good so I wont be recommending them or using them again.

We are sorry to read you are disappointed in the way we handled your complaint, I can assure you here at FFX we take great pride in our customer service and as you can see from the 1000's of reviews on this website this is a very rare incident. On this occasion we felt the easiest and most efficient solution to resolve your problem was to ask for a photo of the damaged item (to send onto the courier) and send a free of charge replacement. As you sent your email at 20:28 Friday night we then read this first thing Saturday morning and responded 8am as we did not think this was an acceptable time to call a customer. As you are aware your free of charge replacement is on its way.
We are sorry you did not feel this was satisfactory.

yes i recommend this retailer to all my friends as the tools i have used have been brilliant and out perform the tat you get from the unfortunate local hardware stores and £ shop junk cheese metal rubbish, as much as i like little shops i can get 10X the quality and service life from the tools here for the same price i know where i would rather shop.

Grumpy man says good service and prices.
Whenever have phoned, immediately answered and my queries dealt with politely and efficiently - even on one occasion, when I ordered and paid for, a tool incorrectly. Delivery process was canceled, and was immediately refunded, without being made to feel a damn nuisance. That particularly impressed me.
My orders always received next working day, with one hour time slot given via mobile/email.
Have to say very pleased with service + easily best prices for what I've wanted.
Definitely recommend, and is my first port of call.

Great product - even better price
I ordered a set of Bosch holesaws at almost half the price I could find them anywhere else. I expected to be charged the usual rip off extra charges to the highlands and for them to take several days to reach me due however they were delivered within a couple of days at no extra charge. I would certainly recommend ffx.co.uk to anyone.

Excellent service
