Excellent Training Provider with professional Staff throughout
FGI Ltd provided me with a bespoke training package of 4 courses. Each of the course Trainers has created an excellent training environment, providing current industry experience to make the subjects 'real'. This is backed up by the Staff at their Warwick HQ who are extremely efficient and kept me informed at every stage of my training. Many thanks to Jayne Neal for her patience and her ability to find me courses at short notice.

Excellent course and excellent friendly, captivating, knowledgable Tutor!
I attended the 3 day ITIL Foundation course run by FGI, my work booked this for me. I had looked over the materials before the course and to be fair I thought it would be a very boring course which would be hard to take in and be examined on!
The course was well structured with excellent notes, easy to follow and learn for the exam. The Tutor was outstanding, extremely professional, captivating friendly and knowledgeable. I had personal issues during the course and he was extremely understanding of this.
I thoroughly enjoyed the course which I believe could be very boring had someone else delivered it :o)
I certainly feel that my Tutor got me through the exam with a high score, Thank you!
