Easy, Fast, Updated, Thorough
Filehippo.com has come to be the first place that I visit for software updates, and on a daily basis.
I've been only possitively surprised by the site, and I can indeed recommend them for their good and well-described software updates.

CONS:
1) Does not list or review so many softwares as CNET does
