We are a business and regularly order printer ink from them. Delivery is fine and price is the cheapest we've found but they always need to be hassled for a vat invoice. It is not automatic. The last person even told us outright they don't do them when we've had them previously. If there was another company at the same price I would have no hesitation in moving our business.
Cheap enough but I've had them delay dispatch for no apparently reason, so not received when I was supposed to get it and they have send me someone else's goods too! On the latter case they wanted me to go without my order until they had received the wrong things back, I wasn't impressed, I hadn't sent me someone else's things, it involved an argument with them as I needed my order, they seemed to give in then did it the way they wanted anyway! I have given them several tries as the quality of the goods is good, the customer service is awful though and they have no understanding of contract law...
Absolutely useless customer service, I tried to order a CM750A HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus e-All-in-One Printer plus additional black and colour cartridges on the 28th March 2013, after I enquired on the 3rd April to find out there my delivery was (it's next day delivery), they said I failed their ID / Credit check - very confused as I was not only on the electoral roll - but also have a good credit score and was delivering to my billing address (matched up with my bank address). So they really were telling me porkies; and I found it very insulting.
Having chased them again to tell them this and get my order back on track, they'd already cancelled it. So I thought okay no problem, just a misunderstanding - so I've reordered and called them back to check it went through okay this time, 4 hours later they said sorry - order refused, as I wasn't passing their checks and I didn't exist despite the fact I was talking to them on the phone and my payment was taken?? I'm not even buying something on finance, seriously WTF?
Goodness knows, so after waiting a week for my printer - I decided to get it off Amazon - free next day delivery and it's all gone through fine like every other website. This has got to be the only website I've ever known to decline my order, telling me I don't exist when I definitely do and can prove it - it's just insulting. Absolute nightmare, not worth the hassle and getting a refund takes 3-5 working days to my card, so a £200 printer - has £600 pending from my account until the refunds are processed! Will never order from them again, absolute joke - my advise would be to avoid at all costs.
Ordered my printer cartridges on 25 May. Missesd the 1st delivery attempt on 28 May. For three days, the UPS system kept saying it would be delivered "today." When I finally called, I learned the package had been lost and I had to initiate a trace with FMS. The cartridges didn't arrive until 11 June, two weeks after the initial delivery date. I was the one who had to make the calls and do the tracking down. FMS need a more reliable delivery agent or to keep better track of what UPS are doing.
On 30.10.10 I ordered a set of 4 HP print cartridges plus an Own Brand Imaging Drum at a total cost of £300.41 including vat. I asked for delivery to Jersey and reminded FMS to deduct vat in my 30.10.10 email. Despite this the full sum of £300.41 was taken from my credit card account on 30.10.10. Subsequently I was told FMS can’t deliver to Jersey, they even failed to deliver to a UK address I provided and have since ignored my many requests for a refund. Emails sent to firstname.lastname@example.org are returned undelivered.
I ordered some ink cartridges from this company, and before the delivery was processed my printer developed a fault. I emailed them to ask to cancel the order. I was told that as this had been processed I could not cancel it. Leaving aside the fact that it had not been processed at the time my email was sent, I was told to ring a number between 9-5pm to request a return. I duly informed them that due to my work I could not do this. I was then told the lines were open until 5:30pm. This is despite the fact that their own website states the opening hours as 9-5pm, and on ringing, the automated message states the same. It is over a week since my initial request, and still no Returns Authorisation Number. I am over £27 out of pocket, with ink cartridges I cannot use nor it seems return. I would rate this as the worst company I have dealt with in over eighteen years, and trust me, that takes some doing. My advice is to go elsewhere or face a nightmare if you need to get your money back. Find My Supplies you are named and hoepfully shamed.
